This is seriously the nicest Wal-Mart I've ever been to and I'm so glad it's only a 10 minute walk from my house. This place had everything you need! The employees are very nice and attentive. The only thing that prevents me from giving 5 stars is that I have been to the pharmacy twice in the past week because I've been sick and it's been pure slow. Thankfully there is a huge store to walk around and shop in while you wait for your prescriptions but that's my only complaint! read more

Terrible customer serivce. They do not honor their advertised prices and accuse customers of lying when they dispute what their own price sign states. Don't bother walking back with the employee for the price check either, once there they just insinuate that you are stupid for not understanding that they placed the wrong price on the wrong row on the shelf. How is that acceptable and then the managers are a complete joke and just back the rude behavior of their employees. I'm not a big fan of Walmart anyway but the employees at this location definitely make it a far worse experience to be there. read more

More of a concern / complaint to the Walmart than anything. My daughters and I rode our bikes to this Walmart location today. We were chaining up our bicycles at the designated area and my oldest daughter burnt her left calf on the exhaust pipes of a motorcycle that was wrongfully parked where the bicycle rack is located. There wasn't just one, but 4 motorcycles parked on the sidewalk and at the bicycle rack. My daughter barely brushed her calf on the side of the motorcycle and now had a nasty 2nd degree burn on her leg about 2" in diameter. The management should not be allowing motorcycles to park illegally and should be making sure the operators are parking in a parking spot. We weren't offered any assistance from the personnel at the store and had to immediately purchase burn ointment and bandaging. read more

This super center is kept pretty clean and associates are friendly & helpful. Most items seem to be stocked well throughout the day. Love the self checkout area which is kept functional and un-congested most of the time. Overall, I feel this is the best Walmart in the area. read more

Been going here for about 2 years. They suddenly removed check out clerks and it is ALL self check out. I buy groceries a week at a time and this will not work for me. I will start going elsewhere. Bathrooms also not the best, carts everywhere in the parking lot. Even had a less than helpful employee at the self-check out. Would have given a 4 star review a few weeks ago when they still had cashier check out. Now handicapped, elderly, injured, etc have to struggle at the self- check out and huge lines. Guess they are trying to increase profits? Not from me. read more

If I could give you no stars I would! Instead of seeing a potential customer that walks through your door, you see a thief!!!! The store manager WAS suppose to call me and talk to me about this, but do you think she did? NOPE!!! Every time I shop your store, if you have to stop me and check my receipt, I will RETURN every item I bought and take my money to a business that really values my patronage!!!! alright, its Walmart. you can't expect crazy awesome service... I came and bought some groceries which should have been in the 40-50 dollar range. when the cashier told us the total it was 98.80! WHAT! as a cashier, you should be able to just scan the items and see that what was there was not 98 dollars. after questioning her, she said "its on the receipt". it was my fault for not asking her to look through it more... but anyways, she checked us out for 13 cucumbers, 12 orange bell peppers and 13 red bell peppers when we only got one of each. now its been a hassle for me to get my 45 dollars back! read more

Did some of my Christmas shopping here. The store is huge. They have merchandise as well as groceries. Some of the items I really wanted were out of stock or just not put on the shelves. I frequent this Walmart often, but have noticed that over the past month the stock has been low on many items and it's been really messy and gross. I went two weekends in a row to buy the same items and both times those items were not in stock at all; yet, items surrounding those items were fully stocked. I can deal with messy and even gross stuff all over the place--after all it is a Walmart--,but ONLY if they have what I need in stock. read more

This store lacks in everything about customer service. The return desk is a joke. One associate ringing cash register. Two people sorting returns completely ignoring the people in line waiting for their turn. No acknowledgement from the cash register as you wait your turn. Failure to call for another person to open a cash register when they have more than 3 people in line. Another customer behind me was getting disgusted as she wondered why don't they call for a second cashier to open up. IO talked to the store manager who didn't seem that concerned with poor levels of customer service that exist that store. It doesn't matter that the customer pays their checks. Doesn't matter that the lines are long and the customers are getting a little annoyed at the situation. No apology from the store manager. I don't care if those 2 people aren't cash register trained. Get them trained now and call someone who can help the customers. After having issues with this store location, I am asking all people to avoid this store. I know I will not be back to this location anytime soon. So, if you want terrible customer service, shop this store. For better service, visit the store at flat Irons crossing mall. Bigger store and friendlier associates in that location. read more

Super impressed with this location.. Last Thursday I went in looking for a specific item.. and the first two ladies I asked were very helpful.. and advised me to a couple different areas of the store! The third lady was what you don't find in customer service;anymore anywhere! She had a few things going on, you could tell, but she stopped what she was doing to help me find the items I was looking for. It felt as though she almost would've been hurt at the thought of me not finding the items at the store she so proudly is employed by! Also extremely hard to find. She personally walked me around the store until we found what I was looking for. She had a genuine smile on her face once we found the section they were in, and really seemed pleased, not annoyed, to have met me, listened to me , and helped me find what I was looking for! Thank you for being you! I do apologize for not remembering your name to give you the full recognition you deserve! I'm new is this part of town so this is one of my first times at this location.. A few other key notes is this one is still open 24 hours which is nice for those days you get off to a later start, and the cleanliness.. It feels, smells, looks good .. The pharmacy staff is by far the most impersonal, slow, rude bunch I've ever came accross. Today I waited in line behind one other customer. There were several other employees stocking meds in back.. nobody made eye contact with the people in line. The pharmacist was a bald uncaring jerk..several people walked up to the consultation counter for help. He didn't look up or care at all. One man was with his sick little girl. Nobody helped them or cared. Then a lady with a brutal hacking smokers cough walked up to the consultation counter. Finally Mr. Too good to work at Wal-Mart pharmacist looks up... after several minutes of her.just hacking up flem. He just was so rude and short with her. He has no business in the business of helping people. Clearly these people are miserable working here. Can't go anywhere else though Wal-Mart has the best prices. Me and my partner were shopping at Walmart to night when we were approached by Walmart security in Broomfield police they asked us we're the alcohol was we drank was they were taking about some Smirnoff that my freind found in discount if the employees would have been doing there job and not passing the said product at hand alcohol were any kid /teen could have consumed the said product at hand that we had to submit to a breathalyzer by the police that came up nagitive for both of us clearing us of any in-store theft or consumption of said product at hand Smirnoff alcohol that should of been in it's rightful place if the store employees including the security staff and not harassing a lady that shops the rude stores called Walmart why she does is beyond me they did not apologize to either one of us or offer any kind of discount to my freind she should be given a frequent shopping award if anything's for as much money and time as she spends in their lousy rude stores instead she's accused of drinking alcohol beer store how dare they shame on their security employees for their lack of respect and their rudeness read more

I don't normally go to this Walmart, but I found myself there today looking for fabric for a project. I found what I was looking for, at a decent price which was great. What was not so great was that there wasn't a single soul within yodeling distance to help actually cut the fabric. After waiting about 25 minutes, making two trips to the Electronics department, asking for them to page someone to help me (which they did, hence the one star), finally the two guys from Electronics came over to help. I get it, this isn't the Ritz, but maybe, just perhaps an employee could be troubled to stroll past once in a 25 minute window? read more

This is the worst Walmart out of all of the Walmarts. The customer service is terrible. I had a couple cans of soup that my elderly mother didn't care for and I had a receipt and just needed to exchange them for another type. They wouldn't return them for they said it was a food item. It is soup in a can not opened! Never had a problem at any other Walmart but this one! Then when you are told that they have an additional 50 percent off clearance some of the employees say it is and some don't. When you speak to the poor excuse of a manager she just says she won't honor it and some of the employees are misinformed! Rather would let their plants die instead of watering them.A employee said they are too lazy to do that. This store needs to evaluate why they have poor reviews and why people will go elsewhere. read more
