I am only leaving a review in hopes that it will help management make the necessary changes in order to run more efficiently. I have been shopping at this Walmart for almost a year and have never experienced unpleasant or rude customer service. However the store is OFTEN under stocked, and there is a HUGE difference in the customer service from staff in the morning verses in the late afternoon, specifically in regards to pick ups for online orders. In the morning, there is always an employee waiting for me when I pull up. They greet me with a printed itemized list of everything I ordered, I have NEVER received a printed list of my order in all 5 times I have picked up in the afternoon, and I have always waited between 5-15 min for someone to come out with my groceries. Walmart does an exceptional job of putting customers first and making things very convenient. There are just a few things this location could improve on. read more

I would like to share my experience with Walmart store on 5/8/2020. I was trying to return 3 pieces that were in original package, with receipt and under 90 days. I was surprised that Customer Service did not accept my return. I was told that due to COVID19, certain items cannot be returned. The associate told me that the items I purchased were in the Apparel category. I told them that all of the items were toys and clearly not apparel, but the associate would not listen. I am positive she could override the system that clearly identified my return as apparel by mistake, but she would not listen. I feel like the associate at Walmart either did not care or was just stupid with no common sense. Either... or ... she should not be working there. I spent hundreds of dollars each week at Walmart, and I feel very discouraged to buying stuff from Walmart. This is not longer the Walmart I used to know and always felt comfortable buying things from. The current philosophy of Walmart is to sell and not take back with or without receipts. They use COVID19 as an ultimate excuse for everything. They are not properly stocked, blame COVID 19; they do not accept returns, blame COVID19; customer service associates are idiots, blame COVID19. Went in to do some light shopping for the household. Didn't do too bad. Good selection, pricing was good. Buyer beware. Keep an eye on pricing. Many multi packages and combinations are deceiving. And much higher in price, for instance frenches mustard. Large squeezer. 10€ per oz. the two package of the same size was 18€ per oz. keep your reading glasses on! Oh and just because there are five deli persons behind the Deli counter and two customers in front.. You can't get no cheese...disgustingly lazy. They all were just chatting Not doing a dam thing. I waited ten minutes and when I was the only customer left. I was not waiting until their manager showed up. Fire Every one of them I say. read more

The prices are ok. They NEVER sell Venus Fly Traps and I wanted to get one.. oh well. The parking isn't THAT big.. doesn't remind me of Disney's parking lots at all. The people there are nice and they always greet me. I like that!! read more

I have been the first in line for an oil change for the past 41 mins. It is 6:49 pm now, and after standing in the cold waiting for a service person they come tell me they can't service my vehicle because it's getting too late. I had another store to choose from that wasn't Wal-Mart and I made the wrong decision. They only have 2 attendants on a Friday when people are getting off work. Very RUDE customer service from a CSM named Rachel and her associate Chris... They were rude to me in the sense that I felt they were disrespecting my intelligence. So.ply out, I informed them that the price that was shown in store for some poultry was not ringing up for the use price. The sign read 1.99 in BIG letters and Per Ounce in small print. When I got to the register they proceeded to tell me thaty math and eyesight were wrong AND that there was nothing they could do to rectify the situation nor satisfy me as their customer. I did not ask for much, only that they sold me what I wanted for the price displayed and they were not interested in working with me nor did they seem like they valued my business. I then told them to cancel my order and I walked out AMD went down the road to Kroger where I received EXCELLENT customer service. I wouldn't recommend THIS specific Walmart to anyone I know, I'll tell them to go to another one where the employees seem more customer focused read more
