I was at this location yesterday around 2:00, 2:30 with my service dog went to pick up a few things when we got to the checkout line she had an accident i cleaned up her mess I asked the cashier to call for a maintenance associate to help me both the cashier and the maintenance associate were very helpful but the CSM her name was Jamie made a rude comment saying "Dogs are trained not to do that"!!! Before I left I was very embarrassed for both me and my service dog and very angry at the csm that I had the greeter Andy (who is a fellow veteran) and another door greeter (I don't remember her name) cause I was so upset called an assistant manager for me and I explained to mgr norma that I was at the checkout line my service dog had an accident I cleaned it up but your csm needs to be more well educated on service dogs. Service dogs aren't perfect sometimes they can't hold it much longer and have an accident but she didn't have to be rude to me in front of people. read more

Everything in one place at reasonable prices. People are always wierd at walmart. Workers always helpful and friendly.

I was very disappointed with my in store shopping experience yesterday. The Burleson store management would not honor the shelf price for an item. He wouldn't even go do a price check he just pulls it up on his tablet and says that he has the correct price. What is Walmart's policy on honoring the shelf price or not? I had purchased the same exact item from the Hillsboro Walmart and was given the shelf price, however, likely because it was on the box as well! read more

I love this place. Seriously love it. I'm usually in and out in a flash, hardly ever have to wait for more than one customer ahead of me in the check out and with the walmart savings catcher, I'm assured a good price. I go to Walmarts ALL the time!!! I used to play in the bread department as a little girl! But boy has the world changed since then! ;D But luckily I found that my old friend, and playmate has stood the test of time! I saw a large woman eating some of the Grapes, and called the security. They were quick to dispense justice to the Fruity Offender haha! After they hauled off the slob of a woman, I found what I was looking for!!!!! A whole section for bread, and bread-like products were assorted in one corner of this great store! I bought enough Eclairs to feed my whole dance crew, and boy was it delicious! I have also found that the service providers are both humble, and willing to help you find bread. Overall I had a great experience shopping at this old friend of a store. TEN OUTA TEN!! read more

Every time I go in there I have to wait. The line is always long so after spending 30 minutes in line it is finally my turn. Here is the time frame of my last visit. 2:15, I am the 3rd person in line, 2:45 it's finally my turn. I am told that even though my wife had called in her refill the day before it was not ready. She told me it would be about 20 minutes. I'm cool with that, so I go and walk around the TV area for awhile. Right around 3:00 I get back in line, 3:20 it is my turn again. The previous lady who I spoke with before had went on break so I talked with the other girl and she told me that one of the prescriptions was ready but the other was not but would be in 10 minute. She said she would call me back up when it was ready. Right around 4:00 the other lady comes back and I am still sitting there. At 4:18 I get an automated call on my cell phone saying the prescriptions are ready to be picked up. I am sitting right in front of them about 4 feet away. So I get up and talk told the first lady that I just received the call and wondered why they just didn't call me up there. She apologized and started to look for it. I am not angry with her by the way, she seemed like the only one who cared I was about to be late for work. She must have looked everywhere twice looking for the meds. After asking everyone about it, one of the pharmacists said he had given it to the second girl I talked to 30 minutes prior to the phone call they gave me. By this time it is 10 minutes till 5:00. I wasted 3 hours of my time having to sit and wait for unorganized incompetence. This is the last time I will ever ever ever get anything filled over there. Wife already transferred her scripts to Keene Pharmacy, the best pharmacy in my opinion. The only reason I gave it a two and not a one is because of the first lady who went above and beyond trying to find the meds, I wish I caught your name, I feel for you having to work with those people. There automotive service department is horrible, 2 hrs for an oil change and they were FAR from busy. There was only 1 car ahead of me when I got there. I'm surprised they turn a profit at all seemed more interested in talking a walking around as slowly as possible. read more

Whenever I go to Walmart, I expect to be around friendly people such as their smiley logo implies. Unfortunately, I was let down. All of the registers were closed, leaving only the self check-out. Although self check-out is an amazing invention, it is very inconvenient when there are suburban mothers buying food for their dozen children and all of their friends. I may have been able to overlook this detail, but the workers were rude as well. 1/10 recommend. I will take my business to Kroger next time. Or even a gas station. read more

I've had so many issues over the years and I do not have the time to type it all out. My last straw came today when a manager named Zachary decided to once again treat us like trash. We were returning a gift that was valued at 125$, which I understand is beyond the 50$ limit for what we had available with the return, but he refused to help at all, and called me a liar. We took this product to a different Walmart so we could just exchange there but they didn't have the product, so we came to the Burleson one because its our local Walmart. The other Walmart was fine, not very nice but helpful, Zachary on the other hand refused to do what the other Walmart offered, which was just an exchange for a different version of what we were exchanging. I'll quote Zachary, " I could approve it but I'm not going to". Mind you it wasn't until this point that I got irritated enough to be noticably angry. This is the second time this guy has been rude to us and there is no accountability. We've already been saying we should drop Walmart, Zachary congratulations you were our last straw. The "savings" are not worth the hassle. read more
