I've been meaning to try this restaurant as it's near my Pilates studio. I walked in and was quickly assisted as I was the only customer. I customized one bowl and got the spicy volcano curated bowl. They really need to figure out how to get people in and out of there quicker because I don't have that much time to wait for my food. I have passed by Mr. Poke and see them pop up on my feed and knew it was time to try them out. My husband and I have had our fair share of poke bowl spots but what separates Mr. Poke is the price point and their quality/portions. We ordered bowls via door dash and it was delivered with care and still fresh. I ordered a regular 2 protein bowl and had great flavor and was perfect amount of food. I also tried the seaweed salad and miso soup which were both exactly what you expect. I love the option to make the bowls low carb with half salad or full salad versus just white or brown rice. Fantastic local find in Burleson! My husband and I stopped in for a quick lunch today and the staff was so helpful as this was our first time trying poke! I personally liked the build your own because once you choose your base and proteins, you can choose however many toppings, sauces, etc. However, if you don't want the guesswork - they have pre-decided options that you can order from. I'm excited a poke place is opened in the area! Place is pretty clean. The salmon was fresh. The tuna was a little fishy. Overall I'd come back. It's pretty good. I get the salmon with half rice half salad. With all the toppings and all of the sauces! Yes all of the above. My only complaint was that the Jasmine milk tea didn't have that floral taste that I prefer, it tasted more like earl grey. We even double checked that the worker didn't accidentally gave me earl grey instead but they insisted it was Jasmine milk tea. read more

I've had better poke bowls sprouts. The rice was hot with the raw fish put on top which was not appetizing . The service was okay nothing special but not bad. And I actually liked the ambiance. It was my first time at Mr Poke but not my last. We came here because there was a long wait time somewhere else. What a happy accident. We were greeted when we walked in and I told the staff it was my first time there and they walked me through my options. They have signature bowls where everything is paired or you can customize your own bowl, that is what I chose. You can choose a noodle, rice, or salad base, I did salad.you choose your protein, if you do regular size you get 2 proteins if you do a large bowl you get 3 proteins and it is only a $2 difference. They have chicken, salmon, tuna, shrimp, imitation crab and tofu. I chose salmon, tuna, and imitation crab. Then you can add all the veggies you want and then they have a multitude of sauces to choose from. I got the eel sauce, Wasabi, and garlic. I also added nori. It was so good! Everything was fresh from the meat to the veggies. The sauces elevated the flavors. I can't wait to come back and try their boba teas. read more

The food is excellent, the place is spotlessly clean, and the customer service is very good. When I can't decide on what to eat, this is my default go-to since there are so many customization options to try. One particular thing that always sticks out for me is how consistently fresh the seafood is. They also have Boba, served in a variety of ways. Highly recommended. read more

Got back from Seattle and decided to come straight here because we love the poke from here. The food always tastes so fresh and refreshing and the service is fast and courteous. There are always plenty of fresh ingredients and I like that they have several different ways you can select your protein. I had a large make my own poké this time and I have also never been disappointed with the selections they already have to put together. The place is cute and roomy. Plenty of room for a friend's get together or for a cute lunch date. The decoration is minimal and they have game options for when you want to hangout there. The only thing i haven't tried yet is the tea, which I will be trying the next time I come in! I also tried the miso soup and it had the perfect amount of seaweed and tofu. This place was wonderful! Went in to get a bubble tea (it was delicious!) and came out with a poke bowl after talking to a pleasant young woman named Hayden. I had no intentions of buying food, but she gave me some recommendations and they were a hit. I can't say enough how much I appreciated my short chat with Hayden. She was so sweet to give me such good recommendations and you can tell she genuinely is proud of working in this establishment.
