If she's new maybe the others can learn from her. Always afraid to ask an employee for help at this location because theit standard answer is NO we don't have it or they don't know. And maybe those employees doing shopping could quit trying to run over people with their carts and quit putting their carts where you can't ge to what you want 90% are just rud. read more

If you're going to catch a thief, please find a better way because standing by people looking like a deer saw headlights is very obvious. You're following people off your judgement is a terrible thing. Clean up the spills. Teach your employees customers come first. Due to the change in cooler weather conditions the tire pressure on one of my tires had decreased. I'd spent the better part of Tuesday evening trying to find a gas station with workable air pumps to reinflate my back tires but to no avail as the machines were out of order or had coins stuck in them. So, I stopped by the Cameron Walmart early Wednesday morning and spoke with Ryan in the Automotive Center. His team got my car in, checked ALL my tires, inflated all with low pressure and at NO CHARGE. I'd recommend Ryan and his team for your auto needs as they were fast, efficient and courteous. read more

Normally Store #6958 is my go to for everything. I was there today 12-11-2023 to get things we needed. When I called this afternoon. I couldn't get anyone to answer the phone. The receiver was picked up and hung up. FINALLY, someone picked up in the Auto Care Center. A woman picked up. When I asked her if she could help me. She laughed and kept putting the receiver down. She was rude and childish. When I asked for her name. She said, I don't have to tell you my name! She sounded like a school yard bully. Mocking me, and then hung up on me. This was at 3:35pm. I've NEVER had anyone at this store. Be so Rude to me. Walmart #6958 whoever you have answering your phone in Auto Care Center. Is NOT doing your business any favors! read more

Absolutely the best Walmart. Staff is friendly and welcoming. The manager even gets out there and stocks shelves, which shows his dedication to having the store stocked and ready. Mr. Hughes attitude is reflected by his staff. When you lead with a caring attitude and get it done mindset, others will follow suit. read more

I placed an online order for pickup for a 58" roku tv on clearance. I was informed it would be available for pickup after 5:07. Upon arrival, I was informed the :"picker" could not locate the tv and my online purchase was being refunded in 4 to 7 business days. I walked the store myself and found the same tv in the center aisle of electronics, several in fact. I am left to think the "picker' was lazy and chose not to fufill my order costing me time and money. The manager refused to fulfill my order even after I located the tv stating that they already refunded my money even though I have to wait 4 to 7 days. This incident has left a very bad taste in my mouth for Walmart. No consideration was given to my time nor my money being tied up due to a lazy, shiftless employee!! read more

This is the best Walmart as far as customer service. The employees are polite, friendly and helpful. Each one of the employees will immediately stop what they are doing and make sure you can find whatever you are looking for. If they don't know, they find out as fast as they can, or call someone else to help you, and make sure that person shows up. The selection of foods and other goods is quite nice. I'm not going to complain about the lack of Blue Bell Milk Chocolate ice cream, because, you know...wait, yes, I am! I'd give the store five stars except for two points. Smoking far too close to the doors is allowed, and nothing is done about thundering 'music' outside. read more

She is standing in a front parking spot and this is a Sunday a very busy day. No ones car can park there while she and her friend chat. It's funny how people don't shop at Walmart because of its reputation. I know some folks can be "extra". I know some workers don't really care. Then you come across folks who do thee most! So I'm leaving with my tiny bag of meat and my receipt. There is a woman of standing there checking every item on people's list... there is literally a line in order to leave a store.... bizarre. Are we in prison?? I'm confused. So I'm in a rush to make a dish I walk up to her with my tiny bag and she bends over to look me up and down at my clothes... like I'm a criminal. Ridiculous. I hate that this is the Walmart next to military housing. I hope I don't see her again because I was in a rush but next time I will most definitely have all the time in the world to address her. read more

I felt I was watched and treated like a criminal. I have spent so much money in that store just be treated like a criminal. I will never shop there again. If you don't look a certain way. They will treat you like a criminal. I would love to go to upper management and complain about their employees. I AM FURIOUS about their treatment of me. After a month of trying to get my tpms reset on my jeep, them putting in non market sensors, replacing those ones because they didnt work, and then finally me complaining enough to have the General manager involved. Finally having them go to the dealership and buying Jeep brand sensors...lets just say my patience was stretched and I'm a pretty level headed guy. So it took a lot for me to actually write something...if they say it's going to take 30 minutes just plan on being there 2 hours at their tire center. read more

The auto center here is the absolute worst! The first time I came, it took 2.5 hours to rotate my tires and change the oil. There was only one other car there. I decided to give them a second chance today. I came in with a nail in the tread of my tire. It should be an easy fix. I was the first person here. They said it would take 30 minutes. An hour later, I finally ask what in tyre world is taking so long. They took another car before me, that showed up like 15 minutes after I got here. And the rest was them just taking their sweet time while my children ran around the store like crazy people. I tried apologizing for getting so annoyed and the lady flat out ignored me. Get it together Wal-Mart!! Hire some people who are actually good mechanics!! read more

I'm only giving it 2 stars because they are polite and very professional at this location. This review is more for quality, or lack of there, of the product I was served. Wal-Mart is doing great things in regards to really stepping up what they offer. Let me just cut to the chase.. so, I went to the deli to purchase lunch today and asked for 10 hot wings. The quality of the wings are terrible. Complete trash! Not just one component. I'm talking from the bone up! Let's start with the bone. It was splintered. Next is the meat. It was very fatty. Chicken wings aren't suppose to be fatty. Breading, you may ask? Greasy! Oh and then there's the sauce! Oh the sauce.. The hot sauce was rather sweet. But sauce aside because that's my opinion in taste.. The rest are factual. Please Walmart! Get your stuff together when serving hot food. I love wings and would love to see better quality ones in the future. read more
