At the 3 1/2 mark I decided to call and was put on hold for so long that the call automatically ended. After calling back the lady on the phone was very uneducated about the test and questions I had about it. They said they had my results but their system was down so they can't send my results via email. I had to drive to get the results printed. Horrible experience and will NOT be returning.

I called waited on hold for 17 minutes. No answer hung up, called the store itself and asked to be transferred to the pharmacy and advise that I had already been on.
