Although other stores advertise dollar in their name, this truly is a store that you can walk in and everything is a dollar. That being said, you get what you pay for. Also, if an employee is stocking shelves, and they notice that Barbie's head is missing, should they not send that particular doll back to the manufacturer? It was right on the front of the display, so it's not like it was hidden, and gave my daughter quite a scare. Barbie the headless cheerleader? Anyway, once we wrapped up, we waited in line, and eventually another register was opened. I'll come here for basic stuff, when I don't want to go to Big Lots or Walmart, but it's not a regular expedition for us. Okay this was the last straw today. Am done with this store & just had to voice my opinion about it because people who arent familiar with it need to know that this store SUCKS & believe me ive earned the right to say it too. This is literally the 3rd time in a row ive been to this store, did my shopping, only to get up to the register & see the line all the way to the back of the store & last 3 times ended up having to walk out bcz most people just dont have that kind of time & ddnt matter what time of day it is its alwys like that. Hell im sure they have apps on file so if they need the help then hire somebody its not rocket science & im also sure that they have lost many many dollars because of this. you'd think by now theyd get a clue bcz it really seems they just dont give a s--t about their customers. read more

I know it must sound funny to read, "the nicest Dollar Tree ever", but this is truly the nicest Dollar Tree. The store is spacious with wide, non-cluttered aisles. I don't know if it is the size of the store that makes it appear bigger or if it is the lighting (it's BRIGHT!). I stopped at this location yesterday because the Ramsey store had no helium (not ONE balloon inflated!). Anyway, I came here and was pleasantly surprised by the interior and exterior. I did not have a lot of time to look, but I have noticed the two Dollar Trees I do frequent in Fayetteville offer different merchandise. This is out of my way, but I might just swing in when I have extra time. read more

This store is massive and huge! It had EVERYTHING! The aisles are clear and the shelves are well stocked. Staff members are SUPER friendly. My only issue is the bathrooms. They are disgusting! This is not your typical Dollar Tree. This store is humongous. People come here and spend some time. As humans, nature calls and those bathrooms are deplorable. The bathrooms are in need of a complete renovation. read more

It's in the Eutaw Village Shopping Center, near Fayetteville State University (FSU). It's amazing how many things you can buy here for $1, especially when a gallon of gas is approaching $4 these days. I went just to browse and see what kind of neat junk I could find to make my time at Army class less boring. I found some neon glow sticks to play with at night, some bubbles to blow off the balcony at the hotel, and a book about a Military Intelligence Interrogator's time at Guantanamo Bay, Cuba. They have food, gift bags, cleaning supplies, picture frames, and other random hardware and toys. read more

After waiting in a line for a few minutes, which was opened when I got in it the cashier told the man in front of us he would be the last one she was helping. Great selection of items. I can always find what I am looking for here. The only downside is the cleanliness of the store.

Was in this store just a few minutes ago, and the manager, Alexis, has less customer service skills than a frog does. She was not helpful at all when I asked for some boxes, was buying a large amount of glassware and asked for boxes to carry them in and she acted as if I was bothering her. Then she gives me the glasses in a box that fell apart in the store and glasses broke and I ended up cut. Was she concerned? NO, did not even offer help, assistance or anything. Never had an issue before, but this time was definitely different and it has left an impression. Will not shop at this store again. read more
