When I called their office to discuss this, the pharmacist was defensive and refused to take any responsibility for my side effect(s) or the lack of information regarding "possible" side effects. They claimed they do not need to provide this information to their patients, which I confirmed.... unfortunately they don't. She said she would have her supervisor call me back. However the supervisor never had the courtesy to call me back, or anyone else from that office. When the old prescription and new prescription are the exact same formula and one causes a severe side effect, and the other one didn't and never did, I believe there is cause to question ingredients and/or method of processing - which can be a valid safety concern!
