Second part was a power board sent at no charge but again not a fix. The final resolution is the remaining parts that could be the issue are no longer available. So we are out $5000 on a tv that lasted just under 3 years and certainly fewer than 100 hours of run time. The tv was hung on our covered Lanai and covered when not in use. I called and ordered a full sun 75" replacement. When going through the order process, Don asked if I needed a mounting bracket. My question was would the old one work and he said he wasn't sure so I went ahead and included it with my order at a cost of $599.00 I specifically asked if I could return it if it wasn't needed and he replied yes, so long as it wasn't in the original packaging. The new tv arrived and everything about it is fine. It's a good product. My 2 star review is based on when I called to get instructions for returning it, I was then told there would be a 25% restocking fee that had never been mentioned. Yes it is on the website if you read all the fine print. In addition to the restocking fee, I was responsible for shipping the bracket back. it weighed 65 pounds and that cost $135.00 The point is I'm out almost $300 for a $600 purchase after spending almost $12000.00 with Skyvue I tried reaching out to their customer service and sent an email giving them an opportunity to respond. It has now been 48 hours and there has been nothing but crickets. I even asked that they review the call assuming that their calls are recorded. My experience in life it's all about the little things. Disclosure on the front end would have made all the difference in the world. They fumbled that ball. Prompt response to a legitimate customer service issue was fumbled as well. I am certainly questioning my decision to purchase their product at this point

Initially, I was pleased with the job he did. Little did I know the personal Hell this transaction would become over the next 18 months. Not only has this man and his team proven themselves to be unable to do the job correctly, but they have also demonstrated through their actions to be dishonest, unethical, unprofessional, and very cruel. The problems with the stereo and alarm systems started almost immediately. The stereo would skip, and different screens would pop up when I would turn the car on, and sometimes the screen would be blank, so I would have to restart the car to get to the stereo. The alarm would sometimes churp different tones, which Peter indicated was a sensor issue, and the starter button would set off my alarm a lot of the time. Fast forward 2024. The alarm stopped working all together so Peter agreed to replace it. ** The second alarm is now malfunctioning ** So many long visits to AudioMasters, I was patient and respectful with this man. The last week in September, 2024, my stereo wireless stopped working, the volume went up and down by itself, screen flashed on and off. The next day, I called Peter. No answering machine, and He would not respond to my texts, I verified he received them. He just chose not call me back. Then the stereo stopped working all together. No CarPlay, no music. After a week of being ignored, I was able to speak with Peter. Peter acknowledged the problem, offered to replace the defective stereo. Another week passed. October 4, I got this text from Peter: "Morning Marcus, Just left the warehouse with the new radio and headed back to charlotte. Ill text you when I'm on the way to you." That was the last time I heard from Peter, or AudioMasters. I spoke with an employee, he put me on hold for 30 minutes. I called back, they have call waiting, they would not pick up. I had someone else call from another number, and they picked up.
