This is the only supercenter store in the area. There is a Krogers, but other than that, they have put everyone else out of business. Now, they can't service the community. Always running out of food, and then on top of that, they close early now, because of greed. They want to stuff everyone and every penny into those shortened hours. When you need something specific this is the place to be 9/10 they always have what you need which is great. The hours here are great you can come just about anytime day or night. The best hours to come are first thing in the morning before 9am or late at night after 9pm. That's when it's the least busiest and the most quiet. Now here is why I gave it 3 stars there are never enough check outs open. You either have all the self check outs shut down and 3-4 human operated ones open or you have 1-3 human operated ones open and maybe 2 self check outs working. On extremely busy days this causes lines to form all around the store which means your in there for 45min-1hr just trying to check out and that sucks. The older greeters at the door are always nice and welcoming with a smile on their face which is super nice. However sometimes there are younger ones at the door and their attitude is repulsive and unwelcoming. If your wanting a quick in and out shop, you don't wanna come here. If you got patience to wait a while to check out then have at it. read more

Worst Walmart ever. The Chillicothe, Ohio Walmart single-handedly got me to never shop Walmart again. They don't know the meaning of the words Customer Service. I miss Kmart, Jamesway, Ames, and all the other littler stores Walmart are for breakfast. I miss American made products. I miss friendly and knowledgeable staff. I miss being able to file a complaint and get taken seriously. Just had a manager named Jennifer call me 2 weeks after a negative interaction with a staff member. It is unfortunate that I think ordering ahead and pick up is going to save me time. Every time I wait at least 30 mins. I give up, start shopping at Kroger again, month later I try it again and it is the same issue. Poorly managed. Can't get in touch with the store to have someone explain the issue. I texted Sweetie as we left here. "Holy !?CZX! Walmart. Chillicothe. Cheap crap. Leaving now." I had to let her know, because our 10-minute stop turned into 40 minutes. I was frustrated, and had to return what I bought and get something similar. Not really their fault, they just sell cheap crap and I needed something cheap so, caveat emptor. The lot is typical Walmart craziness. The inside is a typical Walmart: huge, filled with stuff and with the best of the local gene pool. Prices are reasonable. Selection is great. Service was pretty good. And yet, avoid if possible. It was, sadly, our best option at the moment. I needed hardware, mom needed toiletries. So, Walmart. God help us all. read more

I am not a huge fan of Walmart as the one by my house tends to be out of the two or three items that I want to purchase. But this particular Walmart had everything I was looking for and it was conveniently located not far off of the highway. read more

It was completely impossible to find help in this store. First we were trying to get an apple cord from the case and it probably took 15 minutes to find someone and then when trying to find a flyswatter we couldn't find anyone to ask. Then when my grandmother who is handicapped went to the bathroom a walmart employee was in the handicapped stall. Completely unbelievable! read more

Went there a week ago to buy tires .the web sight showed they 4 different tires for my car. I got to the tire desk talked to an old guy ,he said they only had one style tire for my car. He said there was like a 3 hour wait cause they were so busy. Then while i was talking to him anther employee booted him off the computer and waited on another guy ,so that would have made me have to wait another 1/2 hour or longer . The the old guy walks off and says deal with the tattoo guy who booted him off the computer ,so that ment getting in line again. I walked out. Went to Sams Club was waited on and quickly had my new tires on the front. They were all sold out too only had 2 styles left. read more

I am recovering from foot surgery...tried to call and see if they had what I needed for 45 mins kept getting put on hold. Then I get a ride there because I CANT DRIVE due to foot surgery and I wait for an hour for someone to help me find a handicapped cart and NO HELP. Had to leave with no help and no item. Just left a review on Kroger for their groceries and Walmart ain't better. Definitely worse then Kroger. I will never buy groceries from Walmart. I have bought multiple things that have been expired. Their meat is never the color it's supposed to be. They don't carry all the products you think a WALMART SUPERCENTER would carry. I use to live in newboston and their Walmart is a hundred times better. Sad for Chillicothe being such a shopping area. They sure will spend money on security to make sure people are not stealing but they won't spend money to make sure this store is good for the people? read more

Nice Wal-Mart location located in Chillicothe Ohio the staff is friendly and the stuff is organized and the stuff is very reasonably priced.

The restrooms are disgusting and the customer service in the bakery is awful, ladies were rude, acted like their job was too hard.

Wooow!!! What a disaster I won't get into to many details but one and only one..The only reason I walked my frozen tail in here was to buy some Christmas candy for my kids school party next week and hmmm..One..where is the candy and two..why isn't there candy canes....Crazy folks just crazy...No employees or even a couple of managers I asked for help could help...Their little hand held said they had a ton but no one was willing to fetch what we needed for my kids party..And the candy my kiddos did pick out...well when we got home founit was completely frozen.. Milk Chocolate turned white from i'm hoping their not keeping it in the freezer but it was sadly garbage...Who and what kid wants to eat a"looks like" 100 year old candy...Folks very disappointing...Hopefully this place can get their act together but third time i've been here in past couple months and feels and looks like no hope... read more

This Walmart's salon Styles is the WORST. I came in for my eyebrow wax and the lady was RUDE and she rushed through it. When I asked her to fix a spot she missed, she threw a fit and got wax in my hair and ripped some of my bangs out. I realize she was in a hurry to leave work, but I would have waited for the next lady to come in. Her attitude was unprofessional and uncalled for. I can't remember her name, but she was an older lady (maybe around 50 or 60) with Grey-ish/blond hair. I would NOT suggest you use this lady for an eyebrow wax!!!!
