This location is near to Fort Moore Army Base (formerly Fort Benning). Been a customer shopping here since 2021. They have everything that meets my needs and seemed to offer some other merchandise that the other locations don't seem to carry. Customer service is questionable. Some employees don't seem helpful and appear to lack customer service skills. Lining up at the self checkout has no organization on what person on the two lines should go next. read more

I waited in the Mobile order spot for Atleast 20 minutes or more for two things. workers were just standing by the door not doing anything when the lot is so full to the point that people were parking in the parking lot waiting for a spot. read more

This Walmart is convenient in location to Fort Benning if you are stationed here. I have only been in a handful of times, but based on grocery pickup this store is great! They usually have same day pickup times when placing an order and I have never had an issue with my items or the service received when picking up. I use to drive to exit 10 for pickup, but this is a much better Walmart option! read more

Not that any Walmart has stellar customer service I get it you hate your job I hate going to Walmart blah blah but what I have an issue with is when I go to get pita bread and the only one left is one that expired 24 days ago and is covered in mold with mold growing on the mold.Clearly the employees missed this on the eye level shelf all alone so I dropped it on the floor in hopes an employee will see it and remove it. read more

Hands down this Walmart has the fastest checkout lines of all the other Walmart stores I've been to. I was there on thanksgiving night for the Black Friday deals and I was so amazed on how fast the line was moving. I've been to every Walmart in the St. Louis area and on a normal day I will be in line much longer which it sad. Thank you to the Walmart in Columbus Georgia for the speedy checkout!!!!! read more

Location Victory Drive, Columbus Ga This location is one of the worst Walmart to shop at. It is located in a lower income area, however prices are higher than at the other location. Preying on the food stamp and WIC recipient. At this location a gallon of GV milk $3.86 and at all the others locations a gallon of GV milk is $1.87. The employees does not recognize customers shopping, they will blocks your path to stock shelves as if they don't see you. When it is check out time, there is only 2 registers open and the self check out, however, if you have more than 20 items you can not use the self check out. It would really be nice if someone would follow up sometimes on this location to make sure the customers are taking care of. read more

I actually had a good customer service experience at a Walmart so I thought I'd review. Wanted to be in and out really quickly as I had somewhere to be. Went to the entertainment section and a customer service representative came up to me right away and asked if he could help me find anything. He showed me exactly what I was looking for and rang me up immediately and I was out of there in less than 5 minutes. I wish other Walmarts were this good at customer service. read more

I went into Walmart on victory drive recently to order a cake for my mothers birthday. I called before hand and the person to answer and tell to come in and order the cake was Rhonda, the head of the Bakery. When I went inside and she noticed who I was, she didn't awknowledge me or my boyfriend, she didn't even look my way anymore she went inside and told the gentleman that works there to tell me that they were no longer making any more cakes and that the bakery was now closed at that time. That very same day not even an hour later, my sister calls and she gets the same response " you have to come in and order your " She went in and ordered the cake no problem. The thing is you don't mix your personal life with your work life. It is very unprofessional. She did not have to deny my customer service or lie to me about the bakery being closed. That's very petty and childish to do at 60 years old. read more

My husband and I experienced an issue with a Christmas gift that was purchased at this location. This place is truly a mess!! The employees don't have a clue as to what's going on, and get an attitude when you them for something. One day I came in there and I needed a drill, so I go to Walmart, as soon as I get up in there the employees start to mug me as if I was to steal something and I finally get to the drill that I needed. The box was open Sadly so I look for another one. There wasn't anymore so I look into the box to make sure everything is there when I open the box the lady came rushing over there and snatched it from me. And said "what are you doing?!" So I kindly Prompt her and tell her that i was making sure everything was in the box so it'll be good to go when I get home. But she wasn't trying to hear it. So she says: "I'm taking this to the back for evidence" and I say ok. Do it I know I didn't steal a damn thing. This was the worst I should've gone to another place.
