One star because 0 is not an option. Background, for Walmart+ this location increased the window to 2 hours, that's because they will not pay people enough to work for them versus, for example, delivering pizza. Then I order after they increased the window to 2 hours, and all the following occurred: 1. They said they were out of 3 things on my order. My partner was heading into town around the same time I got this message. Went to the store, all 3 things were in stock and in the places that they were supposed to be, according to the Walmart app. 2. After the 2 hour window expired, they said my order was delayed, they said it would be here in the next 2 hours. It was not. The point of delivery for most folks is not to not go some place, it is to save time. I could have gone there, gotten my items (at this point I at least had the things the pickers said incorrectly were not there, but I could have gotten my whole order). 3. When I reached out on the app, customer service was lacking, had time frames so tight for return messages that I had to restart the process with single word messages like "Wait", or "More" or "hold" and they still dropped me in the latter end. 4. After costing me half a day, they could not assure release of my funds in less than 10 business days. They're not an overseas bank, fund returns should be decently expedited. 5. They are routinely out of great value products. Everything about them is a dice roll. You want x thing? Well good luck. A number of Walmart survey's later, none of that has changed. I'd rather not have the supposed selection and actually know what I can get in the future. 6. The online rep closed out my chat with them while I was trying to cancel my renewal for my Walmart+. I'll still be doing it, but trashy crap Walmart, trashy crap. In conclusion, I'll likely be going to Wegmans in Ithaca or Syracuse before I deal with this again. read more

Just not the same since the re-model. Does not have any appeal to me anymore. Businesses gone that were in the front of the store. (It did not help to see many self-check machines stored in one of those former store areas when I came into the store.) TOO MANY self-check stations -- yes, I do use them on occasion. Hardly any regular check-outs open, which gives the idea that Walmart prefers we use self-check. Seems impersonal, unless you come across someone you know who works there. Often the people doing the regular check out are not all that bad -- more friendly than the ones stationed to watch self-check. I have begun to shop elsewhere, in addition to online. I have not yet given up on Walmart -- plan to check out the one in Norwich (as I do not like the one in Johnson City at all, mostly because of its location). read more

I'd give -5 stars if I could it was worse online experience ever first they put $172 hold on my card for a $128 order and of course they don't have some items so really $120 order it was for 6pm to 7pm then order was delayed two hrs go by so called 1-800 and they tried to call the store in Cortland NY and they got no answer so he couldn't help so then I try and they tell me they have no drivers so it wouldn't be delivered tonight but they could do morning but it must be to hard to pick up the phone and let the customer know so wasted time on phone and for it to show up I guess I'm just going to take my business elsewhere to a company that really cares about good customers so I wouldn't recommend Walmart + or Walmart Cortland read more

DO NOT GO here my husband and i went to print out his W2 like we have for the past 2 years. we had a guy help us with getting the print out pictures for us and they guy litterally went thru them and read them and then proceded to say i cant give these to you it is illegal and then proceded to argue with us when we told him that we have done this before. he didnt even shred them in front of us so we have no idea what he did with them. read more

Spent 1 1/2 hrs waiting for a elec cart yesterday and finally just went back home. Today went back up and sat for 2 1/2 hrs. Even called on my phone to ask for help locating one. ....Finally came back home before I ran out of oxygen. Are you kidding me??? Very disappointed when everything got changed in store. You can't find what you want and takes longer to shop. I hate all the self check outs.! Not only does it take away peoples jobs but there is always a long wait and no customer service. You are making people make other choices ! SO SAD ! There is no much in Cortland to begin with to shop. I really dislike Walmart now ! I also hate the photo center being changed !! NOT THE SAME PEOPLE OR FRIENDLY OR CONVENIENT!
