Best place to get screens re-screened! I love The Screen Man! He's so helpful. He re-screened a door for me and noticed that the weather stripping on the bottom was coming loose. He helped me find new stripping and then installed it in the store before he carried the door to my car. What service! Every time I go into the store I get excellent help. Beth in the paint department was very helpful as we were picking out oil based stain colors for our deck. So many choices. Great place to get advice and help. Now known as Ace Hardware, the staff are really helpful but the real star is the manager. Don't know his name, but he's the little guy with the big mustache. He seems to be always working and today he went above and beyond the call of duty by locating a part for me. Had to go in the back and dig around but came up successful. Give that man a raise. read more

Review of the dog groomer inside this Agway: Does not offer grooming services. They only offer buzz cuts. I requested a 1 inch body cut with longer leg hair, but they would not make the effort to brush or cut out individual knots (which is not hard, and I would have paid extra), and instead shaved her body and legs right down to the skin. She looks horrendous. So glad I made sure they didn't touch her head or tail -- as I'm sure they would have totally butchered her given the chance. DO NOT USE THIS GROOMER. First time I have taken my dog to a groomer in 7 years - I've always done her myself but now we have a very sick young baby and I don't have the time to groom a dog. I hoped I could trust these groomers. I was wrong and I will not be back. read more

OMG - amazing store. Needed two house keys made. Walking around - 3 employees asked if I needed assistance. Three! I have walked around Lowes and HD never seeing anyone willing to help. Bought a pair a pants, Christmas lights (only place that had the C9 lights I wanted) and some single cans of dog food too. Whatever the pups like / will be back to buy it by the case. Free popcorn & nice cashier as well. Can't believe we haven't stopped before but will definetly be back!!! Locally owned too. read more

I love this place! Honestly they have always taken care of me. I did a stacked block wall and they had everything I needed for the project. Delivery was painless too! I also needed tires for my boat trailer and they had them in stock and cheaper than other places. Always buy my dog food from them as they have a great variety to choose from. Kind of a one stop shop for me. Big thanks to everyone, such a great store! read more

My roommate and I were browsing the store for veterinary school supplies and a nice employee helped out us out. He helped size our coveralls and gave great advice on boots (work/hiking and rubber/muck). We didn't get his name but we appreciated all the help that made our visit quick and easy. read more

I've been there only once since I usually use the one in downtown. But the woman I asked for help was busy and unhelpful, and there don't seem to be a lot of other people there whom I could ask for help. When she finally came she just acted as though everything is self-evident and she's busy with another more important and well-paying customer. Sorry I was just buying $10 worth of product and wearing beat-up clothes - I went there in the middle of painting job when I realized I needed something. I try to shop local, but with this kind of attitude I may as well shop somewhere else! read more

The customer service is tremendous. They have a simple common sense approach to customer service and they do it with a smile.

It is short distance for me like at neighborhood. Shop has most of what I need quick, for gardening, DIY, home improvements, etc. Staffs are kind snd friendly and available to help and explain to any questions. Good to have this store at Northeast. read more

I pop into Agway True Value when I don't want to go downtown. On the two occasions when I needed assistance in the paint department I've had a middle aged woman with longer brown hair assist me. She has the least friendly attitude and acted as if my questions were the stupidest she had ever heard. I'm done with her and the store. Independent stores jump up and down and say how much better their customer service is than the big box stores. Not this lady. Do yourself a favor Agway, put her in the back room where she doesn't have to deal with people. read more
