Went in today with a list of about 20 items, and they did not have 6 of my items which is mind-blowing for a supercenter. Additionally, a common item such as coffee K-cups was higher in price and low in inventory compared to the local groceries and the Target. At checkout, I had my baby wrapped around my chest, and the cashier would not help me put my bags in the cart and instead began scanning the next customers items, while I struggled to get my bags in the cart. He shoved my receipt in one of my bags, and upon walking out the "greeter" wouldn't allow me to leave until I showed her my receipt (took me about 3 minutes to find). This was an extremely frustrating experience all around for us. I never shop here and finally gave it a chance today, and now I remember why I don't (and won't) shop at walmart again. read more

What a crap show at the Customer Service counter. I purchased a projector from a Walmart in Katy, needed to exchange it (less than 30 days, had my receipt) well this Walmart has the projector I wanted. The large Hispanic man behind the counter caught attitude with me right in the beginning and just kept saying "we can't help you here" because he could not find "the serial number" and made me drive 45minutes to another location. He didn't look, didn't ask for help, just refused to help. Went to another Walmart, they didn't scan a serial number, simply scanned the receipt and I was on my way. Horrible customer service from this man. Hope he's not of power in that store. read more

I ordered 4 bags of fertilizer online because Wal-Mart does not carry 10-10-10 (40lb) in their stores. You can only order it online. I ordered 4 bags in order to qualify for the free shipping. Much to my surprise the bags started showing up one at a time. Two bags came over a 5 day period, just the bag of fertilizer. The third bag came came packaged in a box. When I picked up the box it was very light, maybe 5lbs at most. I opened the box and the bag was torn in multiple places and fertilizer was all in the bottom of the box, definitely not 40lbs. Who ever was delivering it for the bag and dumped the rest in a box and delivered it like nothing happened. What a rip off. Now I have to take the box and the email to a Wal-Mart for a refund just to get my money back. If I order another bag I will have to pay for shipping which is not cool with me since I ordered 4 in the first place. Not happy read more

This is my usual go-to Walmart (when I have to go to Walmart). There's ample parking and I like the layout. They have plenty of self checkout lanes too which helps when I'm not buying many things. They have an "online pickup" kiosk which is nice, but it's hit or miss if I get my things quickly (or have to wait for someone to bring it out...which takes a LONG time). read more

Excellent Car service. I had my 2013 jeep wrangler serviced there about two weeks ago. There was a screw logged in the back left tire on the side. Kazi could not fix it. He proposed to just replace the tire with the spare one. Tire is one of those super size 35" (heavy). The manager, Mohammad, came out and provided support to Kazi. Service was prompt and courteous. This is the worst auto service shop customer service I have ever experienced during my last 40 years of dealing with auto service shops....!! Walmart may have good products at reasonable prices but the staff at this Walmart auto service center is very unprofessional, untrained and technically ignorant when it comes to auto tires ....simply no one at this shop could tell if my car tire had manufacturer's defect or explain why one 1 out of the 3 tires I purchased few month ago has totally worn out...all 3 tires were purchased the same day but only one was worn out.... extremely poor service most likely due to lack of knowledge..... Do not order delivery. They charge the customers $10 for delivery yet they hire door - to do the delivery they do not pay extra for both Adam's nor do they pay extra for apartments on the 3rd floor and they pay you less than a dollar a mile. Don't put the dashers in this situation. 50 cases of water for $5 I don't think so. read more

My wife and I are not fond of this location. The store is always hot - they can not seem to cool it down. Also their back counter - Layaway / Site to Store is not trained very well. We order a lot of items at WalMart.com and have never had issues. I tried 3 times to pick up one item and they never called me back. We will continue to order from WalMart.com, but we will not select the Cypress, TX store for pickup. read more

This is my neighborhood supercenter I always go to but they are always out of product or have the wrong item in the location.

They lock up all the make up so you have to find someone who works there to get it out of the glass case for you but it doesn't stop there then you must have her put it in this little lock box that you must take to the register where they have to unlock it and make sure you purchase it. Not only is this inconvenient but I was highly offended when the lady asked if I was going to purchase the make up that I had asked her to unlock never coming back here again. read more

Customer service is unacceptable. I've had more than one bad experience but this one was the line. I came to the location to buy baby food after a long day at work. I always come to this location since it is down the street from my house. I picked everything I needed out and went to checkout they only had 2 cashiers at the time even though it was pretty busy for this time of night. I waited 10 minutes in line & when I finally made it to my cashier Caitlyn I was welcomed with "are you paying with WIC?" Like ???? no ma'am does it matter? I don't believe you have to be rung up differently if so. i've never been asked such before. I found it extremely disrespect and there was a line of ppl behind me. I continued like no i'm not but will you price match my gerber juice it's 1.99 at target which they always do when I buy my baby food here and she replied no that they stopped doing that in 2017 and that's how long she's been working there. I told her that they usually do it when I come in and she was like "they're not supposed too" here we are going round about price matching.. This store has always price matched but suddenly today they do not. When I brought up my previous experience with price matching I assumed she'd ask a manager or so to make sure but she just got ugly saying she wasn't going to do it. I paid for the juices since my son doesn't have any at home. But i'm a mom & im trying to save pennies where I can. The lack of professionalism in this place is unbelievable. I'm a manager of a restaurant and you should always bring a manager for assurance. I wasn't upset but i'm just supposed to take your word? Since my husband and I are both sick, I decided to try Walmart's delivery service. I scheduled 3 deliveries and all 3 were delivered to the wrong house. When I talked to Customer Service, one representative blamed it on the store's influx of delivery requests, which seemed an odd excuse for the driver delivering to the wrong house. The second time it happened, the Customer Service representative asked if I could go pick up the items myself from the house where it had been delivered. While on the call regarding the 2nd delivery not being delivered correctly, we discovered that the 3rd delivery also was delivered to the wrong house. So, I canceled both of those deliveries and canceled the delivery service all together. I'm only writing this review so that others are aware. Being sick and having to spend time talking to Customer Service while not getting my groceries has been a bit exhausting. I definitely would not recommend this service. read more

If I could give a 0 star I would. Terrible service from both an employee named Darious from sporting goods and the supervisor. I had asked for help around 9:40pm on June 6th 2021 and had to wait 30 minutes to get any response. At first we had seen an employee with a name tag named Darious, who was called in the intercom to assist us, and all he did was look at us waiting in sporting goods and walked away taking a cart that was 2 feet away from us. Before we could say anything he just left as quickly as he could. Thinking maybe he'll come back. By the time I decided to leave after constantly asking for assistance I see two employees and the supervisor laughing around and showing each other's phone rather than attending us. Worst of all they where only a couple of feet away seeing how we where still waiting to get attendant. I would think the supervisor would actually show leadership rather than slack off. But it's sad to see what example the supervisor on duty shows to the employees. read more

This Walmart hired the worst and the most inexperience technician in the tire & lune department. We took our truck in for oil change and they broke the oil filter cap. Now we don't have our car to go to work on Monday and they offered no rental car service. Terrible place. Will never ever take any car to any Walmart for any service again. read more

This place is ridiculous. I would give this zero stars if I was able to. I came in this morning to return a face wash and detergent and I had the valid receipt and card that was tendered as debit. The lady at the customer service told me she wouldn't be able to return my purchases as cash because i had the card. She told me to look at their return policy on that pad in front of her. When I looked it stated cash can be returned if debit was used. I pointed it out to her and she said "oh we changed the policy". I received a call from Walmart Vision fm1960 and hwy 290 stating my daughter's glasses were ready for pick up so of course I proceeded to the Vision area in walmart many customers must have received the same call because it was a full house. When we arrived at the counter Carlos(employer) was there, but on the phone, although, Carlos watched as we walked in and now we were standing directly in front of him, he turned his eyes away and ended the convo on the phone and walked away and walked in some room and came out then walked pass me and and toward another customer. I surely thought this time he would say,"someone will be with you shortly" or something I expected for him to show some slither of customer service, but to no avail Carlos walked right passed us and without EVER acknowledging us standing there?!..I was a little upset at this point since I'm sure Carlos knew we where there!...I then turned and addressed Carlos stating that we were here to pick up glasses and it would have been nice if you would have at least acknowledged that we were standing at the counter in your face!...Carlos,very condescending said, yes ma'am and then looked away still never saying anything to us like he just realized we were in the room,the gall!
