Management presence is nonexistent, and it's difficult to find anyone available or willing to help. I usually avoid this store and travel farther to other locations for better service. I came in looking for a sale item that showed five in stock, but it was nowhere to be found--and there was no staff available to check the back. I've shopped at WalMart for years, but have never been so disappointed as today. Dallas had a sleet event and things were rightly shut down for a few days. Today was warmer and thawing, so I went to the store to do a return. It was still a little icy, but they were opened and the parking lot and the store was busy. I asked the greeter for directions to customer service for my return, but she said they were closed and I couldn't do my return! It was strange to me that they had plenty of people to take peoples money at checkout, but no one to do returns!!! I was able to make it to the store as were plenty of shoppers, but not one person (or manager) could do returns! After I make another trip to return this item, it will be my last! Worked here and they fired me right when I was about to transfer out of the store. To give context I was working here and had something happen where I had to move out had a whole transfer process started and then came in the next day and got fired by the managers. lacy and Jennifer (The managers I worked for) were very rude and have no sympathy for anything or anybody I got told by an ex co worker that Jennifer was laughing when she called me to the front office to terminate me. So overall if you want managers who are rude and don't have sympathy for any of their workers come here! Will say three of the front end leads are great but yeah. I just come from the store. It amazes me that I can even look that as a criminal when I'm not when I've done nothing wrong when I shop. I'm watched as if I'm doing something I shouldn't be doing. worst fucking walmart of all time. first of all they don't have self checkout, or rather, they decided to take all of the self checkout lanes and reserve them specifically only for people that have the walmart app on their phone. so no matter how many items you have, you have to go through the lanes with people in them to be done. second of all, every single time i have ever gone here, its always some fucking person taking AS LONG AS THEY POSSIBLY CAN holding up the front of the line for EVERYONE. Be expecting to wait at least half an hour/an hour minimum just to be checked out. its normal to see the lines completely blocking the entire front section of the store and extending into the clothing area, making navigation through the store nearly impossible. Everyone is always rude as fuck, both customers and employees, who refuse to help you or do their job whatsoever. I am never coming here ever again. Fuck this place. read more

You want to shop in a perfect discount store, then going to Walmart is the wrong choice. Walmart is a volume merchandise store, they are not trying to supply salespersons to help you with your every need, they are simple trying to stock the stores with items they think are needed for everyday living. Not only do I shop in Walmart and manage to find what I need, I am a Walmart investor. By the way every time I visit a store no matter where, it is full of customers, mostly repeat customers. This is really for yesterday. It's a new store that recently open up. I think every Walmart is about the same but I notice that the workers are a little nice at this store. They spoke and said hi to me by their own doing- weird to me. I hear that it is not a 24 hour shop. The parking lot seem a little cramp to me but that could be me . Everything was the same - it's a Walmart. They do have either police or security that sits high. ( See Picture) I saw someone literally barbecuing in the parking lot. We went in late night for a playpen bc we traveled and hotel was out. We picked up a playpen brought it back to our hotel and it had holes in it - stains all over - AND was missing the playpen baby mattress part! My husband immediately turned around to return it. It was 10pm (he purchased it at 930pm and they would not let him return it. They called loss prevention and even called their in-house rent-a-cop! My husband says that even the old lady who checks receipts was mean and rude to him. I'm from New York and the Walmart I'm used to there is pretty terrible, but this one takes the cake. Went to the deli area around 5pm and there was no one there. I asked a lady is anyone there and she told me it was closed. I was mid sentence and she walked away speaking in Spanish to a fellow co-worker like why is this girl asking me questions?! So I reply in Spanish "because it's your job!" She was surprised and went to the back and left her produce cart in the floor. Why is the deli closed at 5pm? So I find a register supervisor or manager. Whatever she was and I asked are there any managers to assist me. She said one was helping out in customer service and the other was on lunch. I don't have to tell you the demographic census of this area because you can probably guess. Bottom line is get your sh*t together. Clean store, in Stock very good, nice layout. Front end ,pretty much a disaster like every other walmart. Long lines untrained cashiers. One plus is no self check outs. Customer service at this store sucks. Associates will turn off to avoid having to talk to you. Will not make eye contact with you. Interesting Walmart to say the least. As I parked a noticed an older gentleman smoking a stem in the car next to me. He drove off very quickly once I parked so no big deal, this is America. My visit was for an six cord that would fit an iPhone X so I stopped on electronics. The curvy young lady At the counter was listening to the unedited 36 mafia album on full blast with children nearby ..it brought me back to my high school days. When I asked her if they made a cord that I was looking for her reply was simple and to the point.. " I make the pies hunny, I just be over here." My, Mom and I went on the eve of Mother's Day, and although it was chaotic they were willing to go above, and beyond to assist us from Gina our cashier, Alicia the young lady that worked in cosmetics(she wasn't even on the clock), and Natalie the supervisor who assisted us with a beautiful smile, it was definitely worth the trip! I'm only giving it 2-stars because the place is new and clean. But that's about it. The customer service is very poor if you are doing anything else other than picking up items, and paying for it like you would any other grocery store. For example, ordering on-line for in-store pick-up is a joke. Their hours clearly state 8am-8pm for this type of transaction. I checked in as part of their process to expedite my pick-up, but there was no one even working there. They's a button that says to press for assistance, but after 10 minutes of waiting with another frustrated customer, no one came. I'm imagining that it might be alerting a phone that an employee has left on the counter next to their break room. The guy next to me got frustrated and decided to go grocery shopping. I decided to hail down an employee, perhaps to alert someone who had forgotten to carry their work phone on them. Sadly, I had to walk all the way across the store, as all their employees had a snake-line of people waiting to check-out. I finally got 1 employee (a greeter) to call for help. After waiting another 5 minutes or so, this AA lady who looked like she didn't give a damn about anything, scanned my phone, got my order (which was sealed inside a cardboard box), handed my order over. Now, I've been through this before where I pick-up an order, get home only to find out that it's the wrong order or I've ordered several items and they're not all there. I couldn't see what was inside, and because it was sealed with tape, I asked for a razor or something to cut through so I can see what's inside. The response I got: "I don't got nothing. They took everything. Razors, scissors, all that stuff got stolen". I wanted to say, "Isn't it your job to confirm that you're giving me the right stuff?", but I figure it's a lost cause. I just took my car keys to tear through the tape to confirm what I ordered. It took me 10 minutes to drive to this WalMart. It took them half an hour to get my order. This is supposed to be an expedited service. The manager of this store should be ashamed by the service here. read more

This used to be a nice store. Good attitudes of the employees and fairly clean for a Walmart. My wife and I actually talked about how we liked the store. My, how things change. Attitudes are surly at best. During the ongoing virus I went to get a couple of things. I saw people coming out with carts full of one or two paper items. There were none on the shelves. People were grouping at the back to see if more was coming. When asked why there weren't limits set on some of these items I was told the manager didn't want a problem in the store. This is one of the worst Walmart's in Dallas. I have to take my blood pressure pills as well as aspirin when ever I go there. The employees there never help you with anything or know where stuff is. This used to be a great store, now it's just as bad as the others. Stocking being done during peak hours, asking if I can move their rack to get to a product. Around every checkout there are huge bins of junk, so much so that customers cannot even go down the aisle near the checkout lines. Employees are more concerned about chatting it up with coworkers as usual with all of their stores. Checking out can be 30 to 50 minutes, ridiculous!
