She then deceitfully proceeds to give the highest score for rating the shopping experience before moving so I could pay, I was planning to give it a 2 star rating. If I wasn't purchasing items to get through the current heatwave I would have left as soon as she took my basket. Horrible store, horrible employees. Wilkes Barre is better even with the higher volume of shoppers.

I feel sad writing this review, but I felt just as sad on my visit to the Marketplace at Steamtown…read more Years ago, when I line shopping took the world by storm, I remember the malls dying. It was a strange time. Since then, retailers have learned what works in a brick and mortar and what doesn't on. Most shopping centers bounced back, even if it was often with different types of shops. I'm really not sure what is going on here. The food court only had a few options open and so many empty booths. The mall itself was just dead and most of the people I saw coming and going were patrons of the crunch fitness. I thought perhaps it could have been the time of day that I visited, but it was incredibly busy outside, so I doubt it. Being a historic landmark, I really hope they figure out how to reconfigure this mall and increase business soon.
