It's Walmart . Same store different location. I like to frequent different locations for inventory finds. Gift cards have better variety, home decor section has unique items, gardening section have pretty flower selections. I found some good food and alcohol buys as well. Speedy checkout which is why I gave 5 star rating. No lines at all and plenty of cashiers were eager to assist. Kudos to this store for hiring employees. Overall great visit and I found great value. read more

This Wal-Mart in Eureka has got to be the best walmart I have ever shopped at, hands down. The employees are always helpful and kind, not to mention how clean and tidy the store always is. Rant coming and before anyone pharmacy was two days late on my refill with no communication. I went it to ask for it and she told me. She was "working" on it now but going to lunch in 3 minutes. Meaning sorry not getting it now. Try again later. I find it ironic she was just now working on it. Here's what it takes: Pulling it out of a refrigerator and putting it in a bag with the syringes which should be right there with it. Your system gets it approved it was a refill. No you hadn't touched it but now that I came I you'll fill it. Mind you I haven't had it for 2 days now already. I want to customer service to find a manager. Customer service txted for manager and... the pharmacy manager didn't answer the texts at all and the GM pushed it to the pharmacy. That's right. Zero ownership. Zero customer service. The two customer service women were so apologetic. Moving pharmacies? You bet. read more

First off, understand that while this is a SuperCenter it's considered a transitory one due to Six Flags being down the street. So, that translates to bad stock practices and a lot of products that seem out of place for the area being on shelves. Regardless though, the layout is typical for most SuperCenters. I don't recommend grabbing produce from here as it will only last a couple days before degrading. On that same note, I don't recommend using the curbside selection here as they substitute far too much and go out of their way to give you bad shelf selected items. The Tire Center isn't horrible but realistic expectations. Stocking primarily occurs between 6pm-5am so plan wisely if you're looking for specific items that you know aren't stocked much. Also, plan accordingly as nearly all aisle ways will be blocked with pallets. read more

Don't ever go to the auto center for anything the woman who sits behind the counter is extremely rude and disrespectful to customers, I made an appointment to have the oil and taillights bulbs replaced and instead of honoring the appointment she instead said I need to give up my appointment and go to the back of the line.. utterly ridiculous behavior and will never do business again read more

Just a heads up, Eureka Walmart will not allow you to buy multiple gift cards. I tried to buy fifteen Starbucks cards for our cancer patients and was told it was Walmart Policy not to allow a customer to buy multiple cards. So just go to Schnucks and Dollar Tree and you will have no problem. read more

This is the absolute worst Walmart ever. I put in for grocery pick up, the app would not work for me to do actual pick up, I called multiple times and no one answered, when I went inside they couldn't find my order and when they finally did, they told me to go around to pick up. I've now been waiting for 15 minutes. When I called yet again, the woman was so rude to me on the phone. I still don't have my grocery pick up. Walmart, this is fucking embarrassing. read more

Everyone who works here is rude as hell. Just left. Spent over 150 dollars and the cashier couldn't even acknowledge my existence when I greeted him and asked how he was doing. It's always crowded beyond realization. And not to mention crowded with rude people. I go to eureka Walmart, and that's exactly why. Such a shame to treat customers like total trash. read more

Horrible employee. Eureka Missouri Today after placing my groceries in my car there was a "cart guy" passing by. I said to him here you go trying to give him my cart. He replied "I DON'T WANT IT". And was dead serious! Excuse me isn't that your job???? I'm late 60's and not a 25 year old! I followed him back to the store pushing my own cart and said to him .....time to talk to your boss! Talk about getting the blood pressure up!!! Not only was he rude and not doing his job but certainly wasn't a gentleman!!! I did report him but I'm sure it won't do a bit of good. read more

It's Walmart, so don't set your expectations too high. Overall I think this location is ok. The store is generally pretty crowded (great people watching) but I've never had any bad experiences there. If you're comparing this to Target, Costco, or another large store, you'll be disappointed. It's Walmart, it's mediocre. read more

Does not honor its corporate return policy. Tried to return a dvd under $25 w/o receipt and was told I could only get a store gift card. The policy specifically states you can choose between cash or a store gift card. read more

It is unfair to rate WalMart stores against other types of retail stores. I use the Eureka WalMart at least weekly and normally have a good shopping experience. A few times over the years i've been told they didn't have the item i was in search of and have later (in the same trip) found it myself, but that is probably common in other WalMarts and other stores of that ilk. They are clean, well organized, friendly, and generally helpful. read more

i recieved a call from the pharmacy tuesday advising me i had not paid for a prescription last week for my husband. i went into the store on wednesday to find out what was going on. i was told the incident actually occured on march 1. i then pulled up my bank statement showing not 1 but 2 purchases in the store that day. they looked up both transactions and i requested they watch the footage to find out what occured the night. i had worked a 16 hour night shift and then had been in the store for over an hour at that point. so when the manager finally came to the pharmacy and i was informed it would be "a while" before they would have a chance to review the footage i left. i recieved a call aproximately 5 hours later informing me that not only had i put the prescription on the belt for the cashier to scan, the cashier had scaned the rx and the computer had malfunctioned so i was not charged. i was then told i would either have to come back in to pay for the rx i thought i had already purchased, or they would send me to collections. i am still tryng to figure out how there computer malfunctioning and the video proving that is my responcibility to fix. read more
