I have found Smashbox, Urban Decay, and Laura Mercier Makeup and great prices at this location. Other stand outs are athletic wear, housewares, and purses. The Nordstrom Rack Website is great. Website purchases can be returned to this store. The check out process can take longer than the hunt to find an item. Several times I have run in to buy a present, jumped in line...only to wait and wait. The registers themselves don't seem to be the fastest, and always seem to be causing stress to the employees.

Stupidly on my part, I purchased a Shark VacMop for $67 the same day that came in a mangled box and I did not realize that the charging cable didn't come with the item until after one use when the battery died. I used it one time. I bought a universal charger and the mop won't charge at all. It won't turn on. I still have my receipt and called the location and asked for just an exchange. I was told that it's past the 30 days and against their policy to do anything for me. Fine. Whats worse is that the owner (I guess) proceeds to tell me that these devices are known for faulty batteries, so the issue is that the battery needs to be replaced. Therefore, he knowingly sold me garbage and knew that it didn't work, but can't help me in this situation because I may be lying about the issues I'm having with the Shark VacMop because it's been over 30 days since I bought it. Did I wait too long to deal with this? YES! Why? Life got in the way of taking care of this. He should've made this right for me. I won't ever go back. I'm taking his faulty device back to the store and they can dispose of it themselves. They'll probably just replace the battery and sell it to another idiot like me.
