This is a big Target located in the Chesterfield Valley shopping area. They have a large parking lot that is shared with other businesses. This location has drive up services. This store is busy and is usually well stocked. The service tends to be pretty good except drive up. For some reason this location is slower than others. read more

No complaints. The store is always clean, easy to find items and scab got use the app, it tells you the aisle to find your items. They usually have many items available, and you can find some nice deals when using the app. Never any issues with the staff. They seem to be cool. Self checkout runs fairly quickly. Not many lanes open, but I'm sure it's due to staffing, which is understandable. read more

Target is my family's go to ( Target Pickup) is a lifestyle. So image getting home and not receiving the whole order. So I call the store spoke with Aaron AARON they spelled it out for me. After I asked whom I was speaking to after he said he didn't know how that happened no apology but an assurance that the toilet paper would be in customer service to pick up. It was not there and no one know what I was talking about. I had to go get it myself which is direct conflict with the idea of the concept of Target pickup. Target itself is ok. The service is alright and the selection is standard for a large target of this sort. Only thing that confuses the hell out of me is the family bathrooms don't have changing tables. I don't know what the point is of a family restroom without it. Luckily, we have a little changing pad to set our son on but we had to change him on the ground. I've never been to a Walmart without a changing table in all the bathrooms. Went into this target and the intern Josh was working and I asked him for help multiple times to help me find an item in the cleaning aisle and he refused or he would tell me one moment and just leave me standing there and never respond or help. At one point, he did end up helping me and he told me that the item I bought had no value to it and it was a waste of money so I appreciate his honesty there all in all this target was the worst experience in my life and I will never be going back. Everybody was very helpful, except for the medium high brown haired guy. I do like this location in the valley. It's way out of the way but if I'm in the area and needing my basics, better believe I'm stopping in here. It is clean, never busy and my items are readily available which is all I care about. As long as you have my milk which I notice is usually on sale each time I happen to drop in and my staple items I could care less about anything else happening in the store. Also the prices are always right up my alley. I do not have problems with parking and they are surrounded by a vast array of other great stores so you shouldn't have to want for anything. This location houses a large Starbucks inside as well. read more

This was the cleanest, emptiest Target I have every been to. Rating this Target against all other Targets- this one wins hands-down. I came bay on a weekday evening after 8pm and the place was empty. There were only 2 lanes open, but that seemed excessive. There was not a piece of clothing on the ground in the ladies department. All the toys were on the shelves. I was super impressed! Moral of the story: come to Target late in the evening and avoid the crowds and long lines to experience shopping bliss. read more

I shop here a lot. And I love this place. You can literally get just about anything that you'd need for life. I'm talking about groceries, toiletries, clothes, stationary, trash cans, potting soil, DVDs... anything! There is only one other large national big-box retailer that I can compare it to... but Target is better. The "Up & Up" generic brand from Target is really quality. I visited the pharmacy here on Saturday 5/28. It is now a CVS pharmacy! This was good news for me because I regularly go to CVS but stopped at Target on this day just as a convenience because I was in the area. A lovely African American woman helped me and I feel terrible but I did not catch her name. I think it began with an "L." She was amazing! Best customer service ever. I shopped for 15 minutes then went back for my prescription and was able to just pay for everything there at the pharmacy. Also she was able to find my info in the CVS system. Clean, well kept store with a decent selection of products. Doesn't sound like a two star review? Well, here's why the two stars... Every elfin' time I have shopped here, I pick out several items and make my way to the registers only to find that there is one register open with at least 5 -7 people in line. EVERY TIME!!! They have like 47 check out lanes, but I don't know why they wasted the money on all of the cash registers that they don't use. Maybe they're just for show, because even during the Christmas season I have not seen them all open. Just to add to the annoyance, it seems like by the time I'm next in line (if I even bother to stay) they will send up another cashier to pluck the person who just got there off the end of the line and ring them out. Customer service at the Chesterfield Valley Target is horrendous. I bought an electronic that never worked and they refused to exchange it as they said I needed to deal with the manufacturer. I asked for the manufacturer contact and they did not have it or make any effort to provide it to me. Then when I asked them to look up the receipt they said it was not possible. The manager and staff were not well trained and provided zero support for my issue. I am never coming back. read more

A run to this Target is obligatory whenever I am in town as I invariably need some health & beauty item or just want to browse the clothing selections (that don't seem to get as picked over as those at the City Target). The store can sometimes feel overwhelming and the check-out lines occasionally get wild and woolly, especially on weekends/peak times. Other than that, and setting aside all the recent controversy surrounding restrooms, I can't picture life without this big-box store with its plethora of staple products, impulse buys, and occasional under-the-radar brands. read more

Couldn't find what I wanted, readily found a clerk who radioed to the back to see if there was one in the back. AND THERE WAS! I waited 7 minutes, 7:21 to be exact, for a security tag to be removed from day prior purchase. I went to cashier to have removed, told I must return to customer service desk. She apologized and walked me back to desk where the four ladies were still congregated not acknowledging their surroundings! I waited again over 3 minutes. Once I was helped, no apologies/excuse offered for lack of professionalism. The middle aged heavy set rude lady had no identification such as name tag or employee ID on receipt. I tried to take survey printed in bottom of receipt only to receive response ID/pass was expired. This info is printed on bottom of receipt! Highly recommend NOT shopping at this location! I have shopped at this Target for more than 10 years now, I am there almost once a week. Lately I am having issues! They keep forgetting to give me my paid for merchandise.. I drive all the way home, 20 minutes, unpack my car and then notice not all my items are there! This has happened to me more than a dozen times, and it happened again today. I had two frozen items and two bags of chocolate missing. I called the store and was transferred to a very rude, snippy woman named Dana. I told her I was missing items and had just left there and she quizzed me about what I was missing. I told her twice and she went looking. She came back and said she found them and said what did I want them to do for me. I said I would like my items to be given to me after I pay for them. She said it was not her fault. And I said no need to be so rude. Be aware when you leave this store! read more

The female associates standing at the door before close were very rude. If they weren't closing soon I would have asked for a manager. As some one who worked for target in the past, I was appalled at their behavior. Definitely need more coaching from their team leads. Surprising how few people actually work in this store but it does explain the fact that their clothing racks are so disheveled. You can't trust the tags on the hangers. You can't be sure that all of their stock of any given item is displayed together. Frustrating! read more

My girlfriend drags me in here quiet often. They are really trying to make a play and win over people from the Wal Mart crowd it seems like. They still offer nice discounted things, but it just feels nicer overall when you walk in. Sometimes I think some of their items over reaches its audience (namely a 150 dollar Neiman Marcus Dress), but all in all not bad. read more

I absolutely LOVE Target. It's like the best, most amazing, perfect store ever. Especially those with the grocery section. While the groceries can be on the high side - $$$ (hello produce) they do have a really nice store line called Market Pantry. They also have Archer something which usually has good snacks too (I think this is their organic line). They have ok prices on OTC medicines and since I work at a competitor I've never used their pharmacy. They usually have nice seasonal stuff in the back corner. The bf and I major stocked up on 12/26/13 on super pretty glass ornaments and grabbed a box of their brand non-shattering ones for next Christmas. I'm so excited cuz it was like all 50% off! Awesome!!! Score 1 for us! They always have such cute clothes and shoes. The quality is decent enough for the prices you pay and is just trendy enough. I really like their Merona brand sweater tights and young women's black leggings. The selection here is always good and they usually have my size - bonus! They don't carry much pet supplies (which is fine because I go to Treats Unleashed) or clothes. Sometimes they'll have like 5 seasonal outfits which are reasonably priced - got a few super cute ones for our fur baby. I just wished they had a better selection of pet clothes! The home section always has cute decorations and furniture - totally could decorate a house on a Target budget and it'd be super cute! I love the baskets they have to store stuff like tights or slippers in! Best if all I love you're customer service here! By far the best at most stores. You rarely have to wait in line before they call extra help to check out people. This means you usually only wait behind one person. Everyone is very friendly (except the middle aged Indian women - she was so pushy and almost rude I nearly asked for a manager which I never do!!!) and helpful. Ex: If you go around 9 am during the week be prepared for many helpful workers putting away items wanting to help you. I can't go here without spending $100+. Oh the hold you have on me Target! This review is for the Pharmacy ladies, who rock!!!! I recently had to switch from Walgreens because of the whole Express Scripts drama. I have been blown away by how nice, professional, helpful, knowledgeable and service oriented these chicas are:) Yay to Target Rx. I'm sure they were preparing for an influx of new customers, and cheers to you for winning me over! They were as excited for me as I was when a coupon for a free $10 gift card when you switch over a prescription randomly printed out. And they help me to get the most "points" for my drugs as possible, like when they charged my a penny to get my points, and let me pay for the rest with my gift card. What service! And I'm not the only one who has noticed. I've gotten in a 3 way gush-fest with some other customers about how wonderful they are, and another lady said they blow Walmart away, while making some gross-out barfy faces. Terrible customer service. When I was checking out after shopping for awhile I handed the checkout lady some coupons and she said it that for any clearance items. I said yes and she we don't take coupons for marked down items and I said you always have and she said not anymore.
