I tried the perfume several times not much out of the bottle that I paid 100.00 for. the necklace broke we I took it out of the cute light up box and the bracelet that they would sale for 60.00 I got on sale for 20.97 cheap made but look at the price that they original wanted. anyway the associate that waited on me to try to exchange the perfume had to call the store manager and then she saw the Estee Lauder associate so why I'm standing there they are not far from are whispering like I did something wrong instead of talking to me like an adult. that it was Estee Lauder policy that they couldn't take back without the box. one keeps the box. they should explain keep the box in case you don't like it so you can return. I said to them that they don't have to whisper. the were like we can't confirm this is the one you bought from here and that something could have been put in it!!!!!! really. I contact Estee Lauder and they are getting this information on this issue. then I said well I want buy perfume from here anymore the associate said you don't have to we have plenty of customers, I looked at her an said no you don't because of the customer service and every time I would go in you would have to walk all over the store to find someone to help you. like she didn't care about my business. this will be going to corporate. I'm getting names. I would have spent more if they would have treated me like a customer instead of not caring about me spending over 100.00 for a bottle of perfume that we didn't like. The Mens area was terrible. There are so few workers here and the ones we talked to said "it is not my area". With three places to check out and the clerks very slow, you will wait over 30 minutes. Then while we waited, their systems went down. So you could not purchase anything. We were told to "just walk around for 30 minutes". Besides staff that were rude and a generally filthy store, the worst thing was walking to the restroom, you could smell it in a distance. This store is poorly managed and clearly the staff do not care. Crappy staff and restrooms.
