The cashiers are always nice, friendly and helpful. The produce is not always the freshest which can be a downer. It depends on what day you go. The cleanliness and organization of the shelves is fine, but could be better, as well as the bathrooms. But overall i would say its a decent walmart that fits the average families needs and at good prices. read more

I stopped in to purchase some dog supplies and a few other items. The dog section was very small and a mess. It was very apparent that an employee had not serviced the section in quite some time and they only had two sizes of chain training collars, small and extra large, and didn't appear to have spots for any other size. As typically is the case there were no employees within sight. I got the few other items I needed for a new pound dog and then went to sporting goods to purchase a new pocket knife. I spotted the one I wanted I waited for a couple minutes and then walked about 5 aisles in both directions, a real pleasure using my walker, and found no one. At this point I was frustrated with my experience and abandoned the couple of things I had leaving them at the sporting goods counter. I passed by two employees on my way out, both of them at the door standing around talking about what they had for lunch and literally making the sucking teeth noise while never acknowledging the customers coming or going. This is the last frustrating trip I will make to this awful store, which is a hair better than the Bobby Jones location and I will never do business with Walmart, any of them, again. Biggest bunch of non-working, lazy people I've ever seen! Called to check on an online order and was transferred 6 times before after 25 minutes waiting, I demanded a manager. She was as useless as the employees! She wanted to transfer me back into that nonsense trying to shove me off on someone else. After all of the wasted time, she informed me that they were out of stock on my ordered item and to top that off the $75 i had paid for the item online will take 4 to 5 business days to return to me!!!!! They take your payment immediately out of your account but will hold it for days at their discretion? What the #€×^! They advertise an item that they don't have to get you into the store to upscale you? I hung up from her after zero help and called WM corporate office to lodge a complaint about her and their discretion on my MONEY. I am done with them! read more

I had my tires replaced at Evans Walmart this week. The customer service on the phone was fine but when we got in, it was not as favorable. When i came back to pick the car up, the service was downright unsatisfactory as they barely acknowledged my presence. I made sure to ask that my spare time was put back in the spare tire compartment in my trunk and i was assured that it would be. 3 and a half hours later, my car was FINALLY ready. I didn't realize until later that the spare tire had just been put back in my trunk and my trunk cover up was taken off and put/left in my back seat. the tires feel good but i don't think i will not go back to Walmart for auto services again. read more

My Step Father visited this Walmart back in September and he said that this is the best Walmart he has ever been to. He picked out a T.V. to purchase and was told to wait up front and someone would bring it to him. Well he waited and waited but still no T.V. He was upset until a manager expressed their concern for his wait. The manager informed him that his experience was unacceptable and they would make it right. About 15 minutes later he walked out with his T.V. as a very happy customer. He has vowed to only shop at this location. Because he knows through experience that they have the best managers that give the best customer service. read more

I will NEVER EVER go to Walmart again. This location doesn't care about customers or customer satisfaction. I was returning a 2 pack of something and one part fell out in my car. I told Dorothy I thought that the receipt I had was for what I was returning but didn't and I was told that if had my card then I could have it put back on my card. I was told with an attitude and teeth sucking it had to be on a gift card. I had to wait over 15 minutes and had a lady try and get in front of me because she was getting money. When I asked the 2 people behind the desk if they could get someone else out and was told that it had to be approved finally got someone. Nothing but attitude and rudeness. This store is on the good and wealthy side of town but if you go in you'd swear you were in the ghetto. When I asked for a manager I was denied after being kept waiting yet again. The managers were in a meeting and not a single one could leave the meeting to speak with me. I don't care what I spend or if have to order anything and wait forever I will NEVER go back. When I call corporate they say that a store manager will contact me but never happens. I swear on the life on my son that I lost, on my Granny and daddy I won't ever be treated that way again.
