I came in to have a flat tired repaired, covered under the roadside hazard I always purchase off my walmart tires. It was around 6pm at night. I was informed the tire could not be repaired and had to be replaced, but that it qualified for free replacement under warranty because of my millage. I was then told I had to prove i had an alignment recently or that warranty was void. I informed the gentlemen that the place that does my garage work was already closed for the day and I had no way of getting them proof right there on the spot. I'm a competition archer and had a very important meet that weekend, I couldn't wait to get this done so they voided the warranty out. They then told me that they only had two tires that would fit my car. Both tires were listed on the screen he showed me, under my vehicles make and model. A $100 tire and a $170 tire. I chose the cheaper one. As soon as i picked the cheaper tire, another tech stepped in and said, 'No, bad rating.' and I was explained to that the cheaper tire "Wasn't rated for your car and would cause an accident, we can't put that on." So i came in for a free flat repair, which turned into a warranty, which got voided, which became a $100 tire that showed on their computer as working for my car and was offered by there tech, but suddenly became a $170 tire when they knew i had no choice and they had me over a barrel. Now for the REAL problem. Clearly someone was either unhappy or just completely careless. They dropped my doughnut tire into the trunk with force. It bent the floor covering, damaged the 'spare tire' well and tore a chunk of the internal trunk facet off. I'm a disabled vet on a limited income. The $200 for a tire that should have been covered was bad by itself, but now there is actual physical damage to my vehicle, lowering its value and making it more difficult to store things in the trunk, including the spare. That is not just carelessness and casual disregard for someone else's property, but to do this on a job for a client shows a complete lack of respect for the people who choose to do business with you. 8/6/2026 6:00PM. I went in to buy a printer; no employees were near the electronics station when I was ready to check out (and the other 4 people in line). I walked around the section looking for someone who could possibly help only to find I was rudely interrupting his phone call. When i did manage to get a look from him he looks to me and says, "what do YOU want" I just said simply, "we would like to check out". By far the rudest person I have seen in months, no words at the checkout, no offer to get the warranty, nothing at all. I will just spend the extra 10 dollars at Best Buy next time, at least they speak in there. Thanks all. read more

I am deeply disappointed with this company; I have always shopped here, but when I needed them most, I received poor service and was treated with total disregard. I bought a grill at a low price (which wasn't my fault), and they schemed to prevent me from receiving the product--lying and claiming they delivered it to a random location just to avoid handing it over--and then forced me to accept a refund. Overcrowded, messy and understocked. Today's shop for two quick items took entirely too long. Carts scattered around the parking lot because the cart corrals were full. Some trash on the ground here and there. Inside, it's a busy store and they were out of stock in several different aisles. I managed to find what I needed though choices were limited in one area and disorganized in the other. Not nearly enough registers open. Yeah, that's the usual complaint at Walmart but they've converted so many of them to the "Scan & Go" self-checkouts which is fine except that they don't have enough of them open. Too many people running into too many scanning problems and only one associate there to help get them straightened out. Ugh, this was a poor experience. I ordered a birthday cake for my husband, and expecting a cake somewhat like the one i picked out. The lady, Myrene, made it EXACTLY as pictured!!!! She did the most amazing job, it was a 110% hit at the party! I reccommend her to make ALL the cakes at walmart!! She even went above and beyond to come out around the counter to tell my 73 year old husband happy birthday! Only reason why this review gets any stars at all is because they have a decent selection of products inside. Parking lot situation is terrible. Always a long line to get out. There's only one exit that gets you out to six mile cypress that takes you to a stop sign that meets up with lots of traffic from the adjacent shopping plaza. There are shopping carts everywhere including blocking the reservation spaces for grocery pickup. Speaking of which, non grocery pickup shoppers are always parking there and do their shopping in The store and taking up the reserved spaces for actual eligible people. I've also had bad experiences with waiting an extremely long time for my grocery pick up just to find out there was already Marked picked up and the lady that was out giving groceries did not even speak English. read more

It's hard to put into words how horrible this Walmart is. I would rather be waterboarded than step foot in this establishment. The entire establishment is self checkout, I didn't know I volunteered to work here for no pay and no employee discount. I was once lucky enough to find an employee that spoke English and he told me they don't even train them to check people out. All the employees just stand around and can't even tell you where to find items unless you speak Spanish. The items are labeled wrong and in wrong sections. I don't really make reviews but felt like I needed to for this one. Not only are the staff inside rude and unprofessional. I pickup orders through Walmart express and each time I go, I wait for an hour and never receive my order. The order ends up getting cancelled or I end up cancelling myself due to the long wait time. I've been here to pickup order countless times and it's the same every time. It's to a point where I don't accept pickup orders from this location anymore. This Walmart gives the company a bad name. Really hate the self checkout registers. It is so sensitive that if you scanned an item and the camera sees any wrong moment even in the slightest, it will think or should I say review your actions to make sure you're not stealing. I don't need to steal from Walmart and the only reason why I continue to use the self checkout registers is because is faster than waiting for an actual person to ring you out. Poor customer service! Stood in a extremely long line for 30mins due to one sustained service employee taking their sweet time and having no other employee helped until far later. I bought a monitor online during height of covid (Mar 2020) that i ended up not needing. I didnt want to return the monitor that i didnt need and unopened box because of the virus threat. Several months later, when i felt it was a little safer to venture out to stores, i attempted to return the monitor and was told to contact Walmarts marketplace vender. After contacting the vendor, they stated its past their 30 days limit. Now I am stuck with an unopened box Dell 27 inch monitor. Big fork lifts come out with products and they drop them in the isles. So between fight with people and those big pallets you can't find everything you're looking for. I went to the tire and auto center to have my tires balanced. Instead of just balancing them like I asked they rotated and balanced them. Which was not what I needed done. Then I had to wait for them to put them back where they belong and they still weren't done correctly. Meanwhile all of this took three hours and my tires still aren't correct. read more

Worst shopping experience ever today at this Walmart Supercenter. I always overlooked the rusted out and broken down shopping carts, the dirty feel of the store, the disorganized product on the shelves and lots and lots of outdated products in dairy just for the close convenience and price. Today I picked up a small bag of grated cheeses, checked the date and put it in my cart. I started smelling this strong odor that smelled like a rotten decaying corps. After a few minutes I realized it was the bag of cheese and now the smell was also on the hand I picked it up with. I went to put it back and get another one but the smell was just too overwhelming in that section. I put everything back that I had already gotten and left the store. Even the hand wipes I had in my car couldn't get the smell off entirely. I will never buy groceries at this store again. read more

Had an issue with an online order today. It was supposed to be delivered from 8-9am. It didn't show up and just stayed in the "preparing order" status. Finally around 9:45 I decided to drive to the store. I was directed to the pick up area and was met by a couple gals. One was Gina and I unfortunately can't remember the other girls name. They searched and searched but couldn't find my order in Their system. They called over who I think was a manager, William. He was unable to find it as well. It was a little frustrating for me as I was in a hurry but they pulled together and had my items re-picked, bagged and had me on my way in about a half hour. We all know technology can be a pain but these guys handled it very well and even gave me a bag of samples and goodies for the inconvenience. They were all very busy but made this issue that was out of their control as painless as possible! read more
