I am at the pharmacy to pick up my dad's medicine and the pharmacy here is extremely slow. The staff working are moving very slow. I had to wait 20 extra minutes after waiting in a big line. After they say it's ready, they force you into a consultation before they give you your medication even though you tell them you don't need one for the antibiotics. Then you wait in another long line to get to the consultation just to hear them push shots even after you tell them the medicine is for someone else. If you're getting medicine from here expect long waits. read more

I have waited about three weeks before writing this review. I gave them a chance to stock their shelves. I am very frustrated with the management. After just reading a recent article on how much store managers getspaid, this is unacceptable. Shelves are constantly bare. go to this store because I can pick up what I need in one store. Holy sh*t I am TOTALLY jealous that we don't have a Wal-Mart like this near my house. Seriously, I know Wal-Mart is a giant evil corporate chain run by Sam Walton (is he still alive?)....but man, they know how to keep us submissive bovine minded people happy, clothed and well-fed. As you walk into this Wal-Mart you'll notice that it's clean clean clean! The next thing you'll notice is the sheer size of the place which appears to resemble a large airline hangar stocked with everything your fat little heart could desire. From clothes to car tires to produce to pedicures to eye glasses...this Wal-Mart has it all. I stepped into this Wal-Mart looking for some of that non-refrigeration organic milk for the monkeys as we had run out. We were heading down to Va Beach for the weekend when the wife said, "We don't have any travel milk for the boys" somewhere near Fredericksburg. See Antonio say, "Whaaaaaaaaaaaaat?" then see Antonio exit i-Nueve-Cinco (i-95) and head to the nearest Wal-Mart. Navigating around this place required me to break that male stereotype; asking for directions. Heck, I asked for directions at least 3 times in order to find the correct aisle that had this "travel milk". On my way to the correct aisle, I passed by the following eye catching "I can't believe this is inside a Wal-Mart" type attractions: - A barber / beauty hair cut place - A "spa" where portly women were getting their nails done - A ophthalmologist with a large selection of glasses - Subway, eat fresh! Passing by all of these large in-Wal-Mart business I reached the giant grocery store area, asked for more help and then found the travel milk (btw, it's Horizon Organic Milk). What a great offering of produce, prepared foods and a huge selection of meat that would make vegans / vegetarians weep and call their Mommy...yes, its that big. (that's what she said) So impressed with Wal-Mart...and I'm ashamed to say that. Oh yeah, after that long voyage to find milk for my monkeys I had to whiz. Long lines, few checkers. It has been this way every time I visit. Looks like poor management at this location. When you finally get to a checker, their efficiency leaves much to be desired. It takes as long to get checked out as it did waiting to get there. read more

For the past year everytime I have gone into the Cental park or Locust Grove location in Fredericksburg/Spotsylvania. VA it has never failed, I go to the freezer section an always find several bags of freezer burned chicken. First it was only in the Tyson brand after months of complaining they finially pulled at Tyson brand chicken, however now it is the Great Value brand that is affected. Now I don't know about anyone else but freezer burned chicken when cooked does not taste very good even if you are the best chef. Not to mention can anyone really guarantee with 100% certainty what happen or why? I can tell you as someone who has had somonilia before it is not something I want to take a chance on getting again. I should not have to complain about this for over a year and yes everyone from store level to the main corporate office has been notified but nothing seems to be taken very seriously. So folks please check your frozen meat items dont buy it if its freezer burnt ... please make a fuss for them to fix this issue. Dont let anyone get sick from their neglect. read more

I go to this Walmart because it's the nearest one near me but the employees don't seem to be helpful or no what there taking about like the electronics I asked about the TV streaming devices because I didn't know that much about them it was like I was talking to the wall and they where out of stock also went to the coffee aile to look for organic green tea thay didn't have any of that they also didn't have any plus size shorts what I was looking for this past summer 2017 or any good swimmsuits or pajama pants in stock the only size thay did have was something that fit a baby but the other clothes where out of stock what a waste of time and gas even online out of stock and not the type I'm looking for read more

I don't know what you all are doing wrong. I'll take this store any day compared to Woodbridge. I think they have been out of something once or twice in the last couple of months. One of which was extra sweet tea, but it's hit or miss with the other stores too. To get three cases of peach water in Woodbridge, I finally found a manager who would special order for me. When I picked up, there was nothing left on the shelves because they didn't order any extra. The aisles were crowded with stocking carts. Don't know if they had grocery pickup - best thing since sliced bread. The people that run it down here are the best. But I get tired of the media hyping competition between Wal-Mart and Amazon. Hopefully I don't regret this by giving four stars but since they seem to have added more cashiers, I'll give an extra star. They have just about everything here. The really only bad thing is the idiots (yes, IDIOTS) that can't read and park in the fire lane or right by the front door. Why don't they just park in the store. Wish they would get a ticket. Shelves are always empty and the cashier that had rung me up was very rude, you could tell she hated her job.

I exchanged a Blue Rhino tank. When I got it home, it did not seal properly and propane was leaking out. When I went to the store to return it, I started in Automotive since that is where the Propane exchange is located. They told me I had to go to Lawn and Garden. Waited in lawn and garden only to be told I had to go to customer service. Went to customer service who told me I needed to go to Lawn and Garden. I explained I had already been there, and she walked back to Lawn and Garden with me. Lawn and Garden said they were sending someone out with the key to the propane exchange. I waited 15 minutes at the propane exchange before someone appeared, but he did not have a key, so I had to wait five more minutes. Finally, got a replacement tank. They did not mark the tank, so I hope they don't try and give it to someone else. I tried to call the store and relay my experience. Was on hold for three minutes for the manager and was then told he was in a "meeting." It must have been a long meeting. It's been three days with no call back. read more

Needed a trailer tire and looked on line and found it at this store for 57.00 dollars. Since we live at Lake Anna, called before I went and yep, we have the tire. Drive all the way up there, talked to the guy who checks you in, yep we have the tire. Since around 1PM, he told me take about an hour. So I and wife just shop for over an hour. Walk back there and there the tire mounted on my rim and I am thinking Im good to go. Go to pay for it and nope, not 57.00, it now 102.00. Told the lady checking me out, i asked for the 57.00 tire, not 102.00. She immediatly tells me you can't put a passenger tire on a trailer tire, how in the hell would she know that soon as I said that price didn't match? She had to know because next words out of mouth, let me get the assistant manager... seriously? He finally comes back, I then explain what is going on and then he says, well there out of stock on those tires.... Say what?????? I then tell him, ok, then WHY did you just put a 102.00 tire on my rim without even paging me or calling me on cell for approval? Then he gives me the Forest Gump, like duh looked. Then the smart a** chick starts shaking her head no that I never called... I started shaking my head and say OH yes I did..... and by the way smart a** why did the guy confirm you did have the tire? Long story short, told them to take the darn tire off and walked out with just my rim... If you like bobble heads idiots...take your car there... Just went to Merchant Tires and paid 65.00 and was done in 10 minutes.... read more
