I ordered yesterday and never received my order. I was told today (this morning) that I could pick my order up at 7pm, it's 8pm and they said they didn't see my order and than they said they see it but it's cancelled. This has been my week. Monday morning I had an alert. "Your package has shipped" . I had not ordered anything. I logged on to walmart app. Dozens of orders for a total of 42 containers of Icy Hot and another dozen of orders for gerber baby bites. A total of just under 500.00. I changed my pw, separated paypal, cancelled as many orders as i could. Checked the address...all going to Maryland. Check walmart address. There were 3 that were not known to me. Texas, Maryland and Cinci. Then i called paypal and reported all of the transactions, changed that password. Then i call the police and filed a report for fraud and theft. This was all before i got out of bed Monday. 2 hours on the phone.Tuesday they shut off my Walmart plus acct. Every day I have been on the phone with them for hours. I have been treated rudely, accused of not paying for my walmart plus (i did last march), and hung up on. I have been transferred and then asked to "tell them my problem" this takes at least 30 to 45 minutes. Then they transfer me, which then disconnects. Today i called fremont walmart and asked a store managerfor help. I spoke with another manager from corporate who seemed to be on the ball. Then he transferred me to walmart plus. Those people are useless. They told me that i had to open a whole new walmart acct. Even though the manager before that had said i didnt have to do that. Walmart plus cant just turn back on what they were so Eager to shut off and flag. Mind you they didnt bother to flag anything until 500 of my money was stolen. So now i have been on the phone for 1 hr and 36 min, on hold again and hung up on yet again.no farther ahead than i was before. I paid for a year of walmart plus. Where is the money for the rest of my year? Where is the money that i had in my money back acct? Where is one person who gives a flying rats ass about customer service in walmart corporate? Because i would really like to talk to that person. Walmart sucks major donkey dick. Days spent on the phone and i have gotten zero progress and zero help. Tried to get my oil changed here. Staff was very rude and extremely inefficient. Definitely could be run better. Very poor service and terrible experience! Don't waste your time- find somewhere else to go. read more
