This is for NICOLE. She is a poor example of a Supervisor to be working in the customer service line. She needs to educate herself with company policy before telling a customer they can't use coupons. She tried to tell me my coupon had "size restrictions". No where in the coupon was there any mention of size restrictions. She shouted at me in front of the whole store and was more interested in winning her argument than making a sale. Drive up order was slow, but the customer service was exceptional in handling the situation.

I am from Southern California, and we have plenty of Targets out there. In fact I used to work at one. This Target has to be one of the most well maintained stores I have ever been to. It is clean, spacious, has plenty of parking and the employees are friendly. It is easily accessible as is right off the main road that runs through town. I highly recommend you shop here if you find yourself needed anything. They have a grocery section too! read more

I don't understand what's happening here. The associates don't wear name tags. There was NO ONE in Electronics, except someone who doesn't work for Target? There is merchandise all over the floor, the shelves aren't stocked, what is in stock is a mess. I hate that my girlfriend likes shopping here. Most Targets are expensive, but have a higher standard. The only reason I'm giving them even 1 star is because I have to pick something. I was out shopping with my daughter and my husband in Sandusky on Saturday 6/10/23. My daughter was looking for a bathing suit. One of their employees by then name of Tony was polite enough to tell her "The plus size section is over on the other side". First off I can't even believe it was said in the first place but at Target of all places?!? My daughter is an eating disorder survivor. She fights every day to nourish her body the way it needs to be. She has a hormonal imbalance that she can not control. A vitamin deficiencies that is out of her control. Unfortunately her weight is out of her control until she and her doctor figure out what else is going on. You know what really broke my heart? She had picked out a bathing suit she carried it around for at least five minutes.making that choice. When she heard those words I watched her hang up the suit with a quickness. The happiness that was in her face faded and I knew then our shopping trip was over. It's a target store. If you've been to a Target store then you'll have pretty much the same experience at this one. Nothing really special. Otherwise it's a nice store. Clean and well stocked. Plenty of staff around if you need them. read more

I visited this target two days after a c section to pick up pain pills. I got lectured by the pharmacist telling me not to abuse the pills and not to let people come to my house to "steal them". This was so unprofessional and inappropriate given my situation I will NEVER use them again read more

What's not to love about Target? Just your typical Target store with clothing, electronics, and housewares. Starbucks located inside along with a small counter-service food cafe' with pizza, popcorn, hotdogs, icees, pretzels, etc. read more

When the tornado siren hits, head for Target. I heard the locals say their stockroom hallway is the safest place to be. After the siren stopped, we bought tuna, bread and utensils and made sandwiches at a table by the Starbucks-they have relish and mayo to glom for just that purpose! read more

Sandusky itself is a pretty quiet town, so I wasn't expecting much. This Target is pretty clean, well stocked, has food, and pretty empty on weeknights. Definitely a nice place to pick up some things. Cashier was nice and efficient, and got me out quickly. read more

This Target location is one of the best that i ever visited. For me today was nothing but positive. Mitch, store manager, and Linda, cashier/customer service staff were amazing and made somewhat of a negative situation turn out to be very very positive today! It's Target. Went here to pick a few things up and did not receive any help although I might have been able to use some. Things are a little disorganized, but that might just be Target corporate decisions not the store. The employees were a little less friendly than those I typically deal with in IL, but I would still probably go back. read more

I love Target! The Target in Sandusky is not so great. It's pretty bare looking for being a newer store. The merchandise selection at this Target isn't even great. I was kind of disappointed. read more
