I had an incident with my 3 daughters keep in mind one of them is black. They were on driving the scooter and one of my daughters has back and knee problems. This is very unacceptable and I feel like the lady was being racist towards my daughters because there was two other girls from their school messing around on the scooter, switching spots and my daughters were the ones to get in trouble. Problematic for disabled needing electric cart. I cannot walk very far but I can normally make it inside to be able to get a riding cart. Unlike other Wal-Mart stores, I was very surprised to get hollered at when I tried to exit with my groceries. I was told I could not take the cart outside. They offered no help with my groceries to get them to the car. Fortunately someone with me was able to carry the bags. I have never had this problem at other Walmarts. read more

I placed a Walmart.com order and the product that arrived was not what was ordered. I have tried to resolve this through Walmart.com TWICE, but their only solution is to send a return request to the third party company. I have heard nothing in six weeks. What can I say about this place? I avoid it unless I have no choice. They take out self check out then put it back in but then only open half of it! No checkers long lines and most of what you want you have to order on line! You are better off going to Dillion's at least they have checkers! Horrible experience tonight. We want a cigarette, and it's not the first time we go to buy it at this store. Just because we are not so lucky, meeting a cashier who might have a bad day, I was with my sister who didn't bring her ID with her which happens to her all the time , she doesn't want bring her wallet with her at late night, the cashier asked for both of us's ID and I told her I'm the one buying the cigarette not her, she said she can't sell to us without my sisters ID since we were together ! I mean that was not the first time we are buying cigarette at that place, probably over 10 times already yet that was the first time we were facing that kind of situation, I understand that's the law and she is doing her job, then I walked my sister out and went back again for my cigarette, the answer form her was still NO! She was rude and ridicules, then we talked to the manger and he said she was doing the right thing because there is a possibility I was buying cigarette to a minor! Everything is possible and you can't guessing people by your own so call possible!
