I come here pretty often, mostly to grab food for Mochi ,  my dog. From frozen stuff to canned food, they've got a lot to choose from, and the prices are really good so I don't have to think too much. The store is usually clean and pretty well stocked. Even when it gets busy, it still feels manageable, not too stressful. Parking is easy too .  They've got a mix of everything here  groceries, random stuff, even some Disneyland merchandise which I always end up stopping to look at for a bit. Employees are friendly for the most part, usually a smile or a quick greeting when you walk by. Bathrooms are clean, which is honestly a big plus for me. Checkout has been smooth most of the time. I've heard some people say service can be slow, and I can see that happening during busy hours, but it hasn't really been an issue for me. I just keep coming back here without thinking much ,  it's simple, convenient, and works for what I need, especially when I'm shopping for Mochi. read more

Customer service here is terrible. I went for motor oil and of course it was locked up. I went 3 times all three time I waited over 30 min for a person to come over to unlock it for me. I tried using the help button so many times I hear the radio going off saying "help needed at car oils" and no one ever comes. Would recommended to use La Palma one since there is a car center that can help you easier. Other than that store is clean and as normal Walmart should be. read more

Avoid curbside pick up at this location at all costs. I wasted an hour waiting for 3 items and it never came out. I had to cancel and I went to Target. They have 23 assigned curbside spots that were all full and there were about 20 of us parked waiting along the building. From what I could see only 2 employees working the orders. What makes it like this is the lack of employees and the spark drivers picking up home deliveries. This needs fixing. read more

Many of personal items are in glass displays or they are in designated areas with staff onsite. You press the button and the staff come to help you pretty fast. Better ordering, and restocking. I just went to make an order I had set up ahead of time.( 36 hours ago) . In confirming the order. I find that 1/3 of my ordered items are "out of stock". Within 72 hours of the 4th of the month. This isn't the first time. Just the first time that so much of an order was "OUT OF STOCK" . Always in the first 4 days of the 1st of the month. These are not mistakes. These are deliberate actions . First by company policy. Also to allow Walmart to clickbate shoppers. Causing them to buy more expensive items. read more

They don't want to hire more spark employee staff . Usually it's 2 hour wait time after 5 pm when it shouldn't. If Walmart is making more money they need to hire more employees to help with deliver drivers. They interview people but won't hire them. You'll see 15-20 cars waiting in line at the back. Convenient location with lots of parking. Older store that isn't as pleasant on the inside as most other Walmarts, but it was clean. It had a good selection of merchandise, but didn't have any houseplants or cactus and succulents. read more

Order pick-up service is very delayed. I arrived at my pick up soot 2:28 PM and did not receive my order until 2:55PM. I called the number displayed on the sign, but there was no answer. While the store is clean and pretty much a normal Walmart, just be aware, if u have the option to print your receipt or not, press yes. If you do not have a receipt even though you pressed the option to send it to your app or online, you will be forced to stand on the side by a person checking receipts at the door. And on top of that, the app is extremely glitchy so trying to find the receipt sent to your app will cause you to be held captive for a little while. I understand the whole security concern but being pulled to the side just because I pressed online receipt is crazy and I was already getting a little irritated by the lady at the door not being understanding at the fact that their app was being glitchy not me. I love the way the store has made Christmas come alive! They didn't have Santa Letterhead & Rhodes Rolls and neither have any of the other retailers I've gone to. Some of the employees were above and beyond and others were so busy and still made time. The one employee that was making the line go down was kicking donkey butt. Her attitude was firm and friendly. I can't say enough about her effort when the other cashiers couldn't. I work the retail window with the postal service and it is very hectic. Especially when following the rules and coworkers don't. A few customers were quite rude to this young lady who was simply doing her job. She doesn't hate it she actually loves her job, it's her career and people who are pissy about not getting what they want end up YELPING HER and calling her names. If I could give this Rude Wal-Mart 0 stars, I would!!!!!!! This Walmart is the worst experience I have ever had in my life. I am really upset at this Walmart. I have shopped at Wal-Mart for over 20 years and I have never had as bad an experience as I had at this one. I went to get in line at Register 16 on Sunday December 28, 2025 around 10:30 pm. The woman cashier rudely yells at me "WE'RE CLOSED!" She had her light on which indicated she was open. I replied that it was fine but there was no reason to have an attitude about it. She yelled I AM NOT HAVING AN ATTITUDE! GET AWAY FROM ME!!! I asked for her name and she refused to give me her name. I told her I was filing a formal complaint against her. There was an employee named Owen who was rude to me as well. I believe he was a manager. If he is, then Owen is a bad manager. I ended up leaving the store. I told them I would not shop there any more and Owen said that was fine. I will also never shop here again even if Owen was not fine with it since Owen is the rudest and most horrible Walmart employee that I had ever dealt with aside from the awful horrible, horrible woman who was the rude cashier at this store. They are nasty people. Owen and the woman cashier should be terminated and should not be eligible for rehire. Both Owen and the horrible, horrible cashier should be fired on the spot. Had the worst experience with the employee name Daxa who works in apparel. I was waiting for over 20 minutes for someone to get me some tide pods. One employee tried to get Daxa to open the case for me. But she told him no because it wasn't her department. So I went up to Daxa to ask her if she had a key and if she can help me. And she said no! So I asked her if she can call a manager because I needed to leave. And I asked her why can't you just help me? It's only less than 5 feet away from your department and then she got aggressive saying she was alone so she can't leave her department. I know Walmart always has a bad reputation with the employees. This review is solely about the grocery order pickup. I have not actually stepped foot inside this store. With the pandemic, I began to explore various no contact grocery options. This has been the single option that I have continued to use through out, and continue to use now, even as things have opened up. Ordering via the app is easy and simple. You are also able to create substitution items should your item be out and you wish to sub (you can also decline a sub). You will also be sent the substation to approve prior to your order completing as well. Through the app, you select a time to pickup and you will get a notice when it's time to head over to get your groceries. I have always had great service from all the employees working the order pickup area. The only downside is that sometimes it can take some time to get your order once you've checked in. I think I've waited up to 20 additional minutes, which is not an issue for me, but I wanted to ensure you are aware. The employee places the items in your car and you are on your way. Again, I'll continue to use this service, even post panini just due to the ease of use of the service! read more

I'm really not a fan of regular check out lines. I appreciate self check out and that I have minimal interaction with people. I spend all day talking to people at work and I love being able to check out my own groceries. I went to a self check out line today after shopping and the attendant told me they had to ring my items up for me? I politely said I preferred to ring my own groceries up and went to another self check out. There as I rang my groceries up the girl working was practically standing on top of me? I'm sure it's loss prevention related but holy crap give your customers a little room to breath. Small, crowded location with ONE checkout open. A second opened and a customer with an overloaded cart steps ahead. She was next. Instead of opening more registers, management decides to come and "direct traffic." We were all lined up nicely waiting for next register and instead she starts putting people in line. She insists that I go into overloaded cart aisle. In return, 6 families that were behind me in line, actually checked out in front of me in the shorter line. How about instead of holding people up, or directing people that don't need directing, you open up more registers or get behind a register yourself and help? Poor, poor management. read more

I went to three Walmarts in hope I can find a swimsuit that'll fit my daughter this was my third Walmart stop in one day this was my last stop and I had to return the two swim suits I had previously bought this Walmart luckily they had her size last one on the rack so I grabbed it and it was the same price as the one I previously bought for $9.98 and walked up to customer service to return the two I previously bought at the other Walmart one was for $8 and one for $9.98 so I come up to customer service to make an even exchange and to get my $8 back now I explain to the lady I want to make an even exchange and get my $8 back and instead she told me she can give me a gift card I told her I did not want to gift card. I just wanted my money back in cash she told me that she couldn't do that. She could put it on a gift card. I told her I did not want to gift card. She kept insisting that she gave me a gift card. She waved gift card in my face and proceeds to charge me $5.98 once I realize what she was doing. I realize I was scammed $15 she stole it from me, put it on a gift card and put it in her drawer in front of her. She didn't put in the trash she claimed to the manager she did, but she pulled it out of her drawer, and the manager witnessed it, so not for me but she lied to her about it and try to stay that she put it on a gift card for me and I said what gift card you never gave me the gift card. She said well you didn't want it so I put it on a PayPal account for you and that's where I knew she was stealing from her customers, I explain her PayPal account. I don't have a PayPal account. What are you talking about? So I see another employee she helps me I explain her what's going on. I give her all my receipts. She catches exactly what this girl was trying to do and she confronts her about it and she was in complete denial this woman's name but unfortunately, she sits in customer service and she's got severe burns all over her face and she's a heavyset woman with black hair. Once I got about three other people to help me after I explained to them what this woman was doing. I told him I was not leaving without my money. You guys stole money from me. I will be posting the receipts. This was my first time back at Walmart in one day in like six years, I don't like Walmart I refuse to shop there because of the terrible customer service that they provide the employees their jobs. Worst Walmart ever I spoke to eight different employees trying to get someone to unlock the paint cabinet and each one had an excuse.
