This Walgreens is neat on the outside, but pretty basic on the inside. I also felt it was a little empty in the front (near the register), it lacked products and staff. I came in on a Friday and was not greeted, a little more customer service would go a long way in otherwise sleepy store like this. The rest of the store is well-stocked with gifts, flowers and stuffed friends (Squishmallows). I found an excellent supply of CHANSEY Squishmallows from Pokemon and my heart was overjoyed. We came in to buy some flowers for a deceased relative down the street at the Westminster Memorial. My parents said the single roses were $5 each and the bouquets were very expensive! We adapted and bought some flowers, but this felt a little excessive on the store's part. This location is right off Beach and has a 30 min. parking limit.

The pharmacy technician apparently left without getting a backup for the poor pharmacist. He was swamped with work and had dozens of patients from the same urgent care I came from waiting for scripts. The problem was that nothing was processed in the orders received and people waiting had others who came after had their scripts filled straightaway and leaving. I sat there like an idiot with other very sick patients well into 1am. And my insurance information wasn't taken in correctly so I paid full price. I was in no mood of waiting more so I can do an all nighter at this sketchy CVS. The outside of the store doesn't seem safe as many homeless people and other hoodlums were smoking and dealing god knows what. Certainly not a place young female should be going unaccompanied at night.

When delivery finally happen its all different days and when I call they make up excuses and say that no one was home or no one answer the phone for the delivery ,which is 100 not true ! Someone is always home for the delivery ! They say they will call me back and they never do and when i get them on the phone they seem to be in a rush to get me off the phone. Female pharmacy tech looks me up and down and walks away. Several people behind the glass and no one seems to care I'm waiting with others in line. When I give info the tech tells me its not ready & there will be a text sent when they're available & just walks away as im asking for an approximate amount of time. I didn't immediately take a seat because when she didn't say anything I thought the prescription would fulfill very shortly, since it should've already started processing before I left the dental office. After a couple minutes of standing there waiting, I asked the lady, "Do you want me to take a seat?" She simply replied "please wait", but thankfully the guy next to her helped me out by saying "yes please have a seat." Hope someone advises her on how to provide a more comfortable customer experience.
