This Walmart was clean, and well-organized. The employees were friendly and prompt in sservice. I got a chicken tender meal and sliced turkey from the deli. The tender meal was done well and nothing had a texture like it had been sitting too long in the hot bar. The turkey was great, the deli worker asked how thin I would like it and took a test slice to see if it would be to my liking. This was a great experience. read more

I go to Walmart because of the prices, but even that is getting to be a little more sketchy when I notice different things on my receipts that don't match. When I try to bring them up to an employee to bring their attention to it I get looked at like I'm a Karen. I'm sorry that I don't like to be stolen from, you guys prosecute shoplifters but yet you do reverse shoplifting on people who come in to buy things as well. Now I have met some really sweet people there and then I have met some really rude people. I have been hit with those damn carts more times then I can count and I realize that they're on a time crunch, but the fact that I am trying to shop as well and you're getting paid to do what you're doing are two different things. I'm a very respectful person and when I see them coming, I try to get out of their way, but at the same time I'm trying to do my shopping. Be respectful back. One of the things that bothers me. The most is when I go to check out there's only a few lines open with real people so I will go to self check out because I only have so many items, but you will sit there and stare at me while I'm doing it making me feel uncomfortable but yet when your machine acts up, I can't find anybody to help me because they're too busy talking to other employees are on their phone. You need to do better. Customer service should be taught. I understand that some customers get out of line and become aggressive and I don't agree with that, but I'm not one of those people. If I treated people like that at work, I wouldn't have a job. read more

The store is clean, and we are always able too find what we are looking for using the app while in store. The prices of grocery items have reduced here greatly in recent weeks. I must say it has always been cheaper too shop here than at the local Kroger. read more

Continues to have issues with pick up orders. They left off about 35 dollars of my pick up order tonight. I was charged. I triple checked. I had to drive back there after getting home. I am so frustrated that Walmart, 1) Didn't give me what I ordered 2) Charged me anyway 3) wouldn't answer their phone, not a manager or associate picked up for 25 straight minutes. 4) I had to drive back to try to get this figured out. In the strongest possible way please, do not create a pick up order from here. I swore not to use them a few months ago, then softened my stance. And what did I get? Burnt. I got burnt. And if I was not a get this resolved kind of person, then big corporate Wal-Mart would profit from ripping me off on my pick up order. I went to this Walmart Supercenter while visiting Georgetown and it's absolutely fine. It's like any other Walmart you would visit. I didn't walk through the entire store, but the areas I visited were clean and well organized. My sister-in-law and I visited to purchase some specific items, and we had no trouble locating anything or checking out. It was a quick and easy trip! I had been racially profiled by the Store Manager, Store lead and a Team Lead at the Georgetown Walmart. The store manager (JOSH), store lead (Cameron), and team lead (HARLEIGH) walked up to me after false allegations where told by ZOE TACKETT (an employee) and told me to get down and get the f*** out because n***ers aren't welcome here. They tried to tell me I was trespassed, but had never filed any report. I called the law because this was not right at all. The officer did inform me that I LEGALLY can not be trespassed because I have not broken any laws. STAY FAR AWAY from this Walmart, shopping wise AND working wise! I go to Walmart almost on an every other day basis because they usually have what I need. Their prices are hard to beat! Besides their grocery side they have large selection of housewares! The biggest problem is no cashiers Most of the times. I always use self service and if I have to go to a cashier you can tell their being paid by the hour because it takes them that long to ring you out. read more

Starting this off with a note: this Walmart already has a listing on Yelp, but since it's been remodeled, it has a new listing. I guess it's a new feature on Yelp? Kind of odd -- remodeled businesses haven't required a separate listing before. Seems a bit annoying to me. So.... Walmart. Walmart is Walmart. This one is no exception. It's Walmart. Huge, clean, recently remodeled building with a large grocery section inside. Every other section (electronics, clothes, garden, etc.) is spacious and well-stocked. Parking lot is huge -- and yes, RVs hang out from time to time. There's also a gas station next door. Everything you need & expect from a Walmart is here. I have had several bad experiences with the 'pickers'. And yes, I don't mean this has happened once or twice but at least 5 times. Since several (about 10 items) were not received. & no replacements offered. I had to park and go into store. WOW! The items I needed were right there on shelves!! I understand being busy, hence my need to have things ordered for pick up, but this has become quite silly. This keeps happening. If I had time to do the shopping I certainly wouldn't request it be done for me. Also, I use this service because there is apparently a shortage of cashiers. Waiting in line for 30 plus minutes to check out is a waste of time, time I cannot afford to waste. I assume the 'pickers' just get tired of having to do the job, or perhaps they are just being lazy. Idk but it's a waste of everyones time. Why pick any of the items?? & when no substitutes are offered, I know they did not even go to that isle. So, not only do I have to wait on delayed pick ups but then when I go to get items. I get 1 of the 12 I requested?!? Then I have to go inside to shop, see ALL the items are available, & get delayed further by waiting to pay for my items. I just hope it improves. read more

I know it won't do any good to say anything about this store cause Walmart doesn't seem to care. But this store manger should be embarrassed and fired. This store is a mess and shelves are always empty. I went in there yesterday for some cold and flu meds. They didn't have hardly any to choose from. I will not buy Walmart brands. I do a ton of food shopping here when i travel up to Chicago from TN. Why? Bc it's 5 seconds off the highway and no food tax. I save about $10 for every $100 i spend bc of this bc TN tax is crazy. For someone who lives alone and is a broke student... why not? Also, it's great to stop and walk around. Their online pick-up thing here could be better. I had three boxes under one order and i checked in 5 min before I got to the counter so they can have everything ready... but nothing was ready by the time i got there. I just found out yesterday that more than 60 employees were off with covid this information came from a trusted friend who talked to customer service representative which is why they are so understaffed..So my family and I decided to order from Walmart from now on thinking it would be safer.Well we just got it and the Walmart app said they'd be driving in a jeep Cherokee it wasn't it was a truck and we told them the back door they went to the front but that stuff really isn't what bother's me.What bother's me is a man come's to the door carrying bag's but a lady with him has NO mask on whatsoever!! We're in a deadly pandemic!! That's the whole reason we're ordering our stuff! And she is even acting sick! And bending over to lay our groceries on the floor and breathing on them! My 82 year old father who is at high risk live's with me and she may have been swinging snot everywhere.My sister nicely asked her were her mask was and she replied "In the car"and my sister again nicely said "Well that's not a good place for it" and she just walked away.My sister tried to call Walmart to complain she asked who she would complain to about it and she just never got connected (Once she said why she was calling) I guess whether we go to the store or order it we could get Covid..I thought Walmart's employees would take this more seriously especially since many fellow employees are out of work with it. Just moved to the area, never have I ever waited in a line longer than the four or five times I've shopped here. Three checkout lanes open and people are lined up almost into the aisles. This Walmart Supercenter is very nice where we live ours is just a Walmart so we have to travel 20 miles to the Super Center to get a better variety and better service even though that I have for cash registers open and lines out the back door at checkout they are still very helpful I find what I want at this one and I do recommend Georgetown Walmart read more

This reveiw is about the pharmacy. It is quick and easy and opens at 8:00am so I can slide in just before work. They switched to a new bottle with a screw on lid which is great for my hands. They also stoped using those terrible packs that I had to puch out each pill- hurt my hands. I can call in my prescription and I get a text when it's ready to be picked up. I also need to mention that I switched from Rite-Aid and I save a lot of money! Great place. read more

Close to the house, easy to get too and they have all the basic necessities. What more could I honestly ask for out of a Walmart? My Husband and I shop here every day. But today would be the last day we will ever step foot in the store. My Husband went into the store to return one item and exchange a different item. Well when you return items, the person at the front door is supposed to stamp the items as return items. Well the elder citizen lady that was the greeter at the time said to just take the items to customer service and did not stamp them. My Husband even pulled the items and receipts out of the bags for her to stamp them. Well, when he gets to customer service, the employees decided to start accusing him of stealing the stuff. He had the receipts!!! They went as far as checking the cameras. The elder lady said she didn't remember talking to him. But th3 video recording shows that he tried to get her to stamp the items and went straight to customer service. On top of that, I was sitting in my car the whole time and as I'm on the phone with my husband, the CSM named John came out and wrote my license plate number down. Which is illegal if no crime has been committed. Then when I got home, I called Wal-Mart to find out their corporate number and the names of the employees that specifically harassed my husband and they refused to give me any information and hung up on me. Worst of all, they did not even apologize to my husband. Sorry, but they should not be hiring senior citizens to greet customers when they never even greet anyone anyways, they are rude, and don't even remember 5 minutes in the past. I am so done with this Wal-Mart and if something is not going to be done with the employees that caused this turmoil I will raise hell. read more

Went last night around 9 pm and they had one register open. The line was backed up into the clothes. Cashiers were standing around gabbing and not one opened a register. Asked the manager and they stated the self checkout was open. The self checkout area was backed up. It was ridiculous, just being plain lazy. read more
