Most times, the store has a good inventory. I find really good deals on clothing and baked goods. Staff is pleasant and helpful. The store is clean and usually organized. This location is our closest Walmart. It includes food and pharmacy in addition to what the smaller Walmarts have. Lots of parking, but it still gets very crowded near Christmas. Good prices if you watch what you're buying. read more

This is my favorite Walmart location but they recent changed to mostly alllllllllllllllll self check out! My wife needed to buy makeup that had the security tab on them so we waited in line for someone to help check out the makeup items to remove the security tab off the product and WOW WOW WOW 2 employees were so rude I had to report our experience online after checking out. They were talking about us to each other and did not greet them self's or say bye. It was the worst experiences I ever had. It's Walmart. You know what to expect and this store delivers. It's a large store with a wide variety of merchandise. It's typically well stocked and well maintained. We typically use self checkout so I can't really speak to the customer service, but I'll say those that are watching over the self checkout have been sufficiently friendly. This is toy central. Literally. They have stocking stuffers for every age, every price, really low and affordable to expensive and probably too heavy for the stocking anyway. These game tokens were the coolest!! My family plays a ton of board and card games weekly. These would be fun to add into our game boxes. read more

We shop at this Walmart weekly and all goes well as long as I don't get anything from the deli or need non-food items, as the layout of this store is odd and hard to find certain items. Even the toy section is odd. Seemingly small until you go over to the sporting goods and there is a random section of toys again (no, not all sporting goods). The service at the deli is horrendous. I am a glutton for punishment and have waited there several times for 20-30 min. with no service or even a greeting, at times with them shooting the breeze near the doors to the kitchen. When they finally do help, they are unfriendly and do not cut the meat and cheese our desired/requested thickness. We definitely prefer Fry's with Boar's Head when we can afford it. Orrrr, I may have time to hunt, kill and cook my own turkey in the time it takes this deli to serve me. As others state, 3959 lanes but only 2-3 open. Even if I get 50 items, I always do self check out. I appreciate this as an option. Just be prepared for them to check your receipt sporadically on the way out. We do like the variety, the 2 Redbox kiosks and the small arcade area where there are rides for our toddler (25 cents for Big Bird and 50 cents for flying Dumbo). read more

My husband was at self check-out going to purchase alcohol, groceries etc. I was with him in my gym clothes and we were both carded. He had his ID but I wasn't carrying mine and the angry lady said if your with him you need your ID card to.. I was wondering why? Then asked..I'm not buying it? there is no sign explaining this before hand otherwise I would have waited in the car for my husband to come out of the store. I don't know why people are so quick to give Walmart a bad review. It's a busy department store. They only thing I have bad to say about it is the self checkout is super sensitive. And I constantly need to wait for a employee because I ring things up too quickly. If I could leave zero starts for my visit yesterday I would. I shop here frequently but will not be doing so anymore. The associate who rang up my purchase (I have her name if management wants to reach out) walked over to get herself a pair of disposable gloves just to handle the two shopping bags I brought in to use on my order. One of the bags was brand new - still had all the creases/folds in it. The other is washed regularly. There was absolutely no reason for her to act the way that she did once she put the gloves on - handling the bags with the very tips of two fingers, as if afraid to get "something' on her. It wasn't busy & I got in line behind a lady that maybe had 10 items in her cart, the cashier came out from behind the register & said to me "you may want to go to a new check out line bc this lady ahead of you is paying with WIC and WIC customers take forever!" I couldn't believe what I just heard. I was so shocked I didn't even know how to react. Then he says "I normally wouldn't tell you to go to another line but WIC takes forever!!!" I just went into this location at 3:40 p.m. to go return an item that I bought at a different location 20 minutes from each other because this location was closer to my house. I let them know that the Fitbit charge hr that I bought was returned prior to me buying it and whoever bought it stuck a different Fitbit into the the box and there was a bunch of junk on it and ask them if I could leave it here while i go to the electronic department to get a new one to exchange it. And the young gentleman that was helping me, was super nice about it but needed to ask his associate what he can do for me. The older lady told me that she wouldn't exchange it at this location and was rude about it and told me to go back to the original location I got it from, and didn't bother to even help me put the Fitbit back into the box after they're the ones who took it apart. What I don't understand is if all Walmarts are universal and sell the same crap, why did I have to go back to the original location I was at. So now I'm headed to the original location I bought it from and see what they say. Wish me luck! I wished that Walmart was a little better with checking out their returns. Yes, I'm pissed off. ***update*** So I went back to the original location which is the market place location, and told them what had happened. Went to get my battery replaced. Arrived at 8 am and they were working on two cars already but still not very busy. Yet, we weren't greeted or helped by someone 10 feet away, we had to push a button to get help then he asked if we needed something. I asked how long it would take and he said about 15-20 minutes. After an hour goes by I asked how much longer and that it didn't even appear that they worked on it yet. They then finally came out to pick out the new battery to install around 9:15am and it is almost 9:45am and still not completed. Will be looking for a new place to go for any auto service that's for sure. read more

Walmart came recommended by a good friend when I asked about oil changes. It was an amazing experience. Went on a weekday when they were finishing up one other oil change; both guys who helped us were cool. The manager wrote up the order, explained the difference between the basic oil ($30) and the premium ($40, but on "rollback", so it was $35 :-) when I asked him. FYI, $50 is for synthetic oil, also on rollback at $45. Prices are all inclusive (no additional disposal fee.) He also asked if I wanted air filter changed. I saw a news clip suggesting that helps with gas mileage. I was shocked they only charge you for the cost of the filter, no additional installation fee ! I was out in about an hour and $50 or so later. Wow ! And they checked all the fluids (save brake and coolant), plus tire pressure. With service and pricing like that, they are my go-to spot. No coupons needed either. And best thing is you can shop while they work on it. Or chill and chow at Subway inside the store. First come first serve, no appointments, so weekday afternoons may be quickest; and they are open 7 days a week (check for hours, oil change is not 24/7 service.) The crew is working even July 4th. Sent my Daughter for an oil change. They stripped the oil pan drain plug when putting back in. Instead of replacing which I would of happily paid for they put the same plug in and then applied epoxy to seal. When she went in for her next change at a different location they would not change since the plug was epoxied in place. They told here to go back to this store to remedy. When she went back they said they could not do anything and recommended going to a dealer - even though they had caused the problem. Stick with the places that hire quality people to do the work. The $10 an hour high school dropout they call a technician will do more damage than good. read more

This store has no regard for handicap people, one of their employee's named AJ- YELLED IN MY EAR [because I was unaware I was blocking another register with the electric cart] I HAVE GRAND MAUL SEIZURES, I gave this untidy employee plenty of chances to apologize that night, he never did but he did finally zip up his pants when he noticed them. This kid was not fit to be overseeing the self check out and thankfully my meds kept me off the floor.
