Horrible CVS store! Will NOT be returning. Came here in search of the Valentine's Day Hello Kitty greeter. I already tried one CVS earlier in the morning and they did not have it. I was driving by this store and figured it wouldn't hurt to stop and look. If they had it, I would have been very happy. They didn't have it; surprise, surprise.....sigh. I called to check on the status of a medication and their supply at this location. The pharmacy staff that answered was less than polite. She abruptly said "no" they don't have it. I followed up by asking if she could check the other local CVS pharmacies so we could have the Rc sent to one that did have it. She curtly replied that no one has it. Good thing that I didn't trust her rude answer. I immediately called one other CVS and...surprise, they did have it. I would recommend CVS hires staff at their pharmacy that actually cares about the patients they serve and making an ounce of effort to help them get their medications to be compliant with what doctors are trying to prescribe. Stop by this CVS store to pick up medication and as I was waiting for another man ahead me, they sent a distort looking woman "Carolyn" who was apparently forced to wait on me. From the start as she looking at the register without looking at me she yells " Can I help you". She proceeded to ask for my name with a stoned face and retrieved my medications and wanted me to pay for the same medication that I have been taking for years without copay. she refused to use the Good Rx card and had to pay so that I don't that face anymore. This has to be the worse CVS as they will text you to let you know your prescriptions are ready and when you show they aren't ready or they haven't put all of them together. Why text someone and waste their time of having to come back a number of times. The customer service at the drive up window is slow and not friendly at all. The need to clean the outside phone as it's sticky and stinks. I would recommend going somewhere else as this place just bombs in all areas. I came in to pick up a prescription and was greeted by immediate contempt i believe her name was rosha....not sure her coworkers didn't know her name or how to pronounce if that says anything. She said she couldn't find my prescription even though i got a call from the store location saying it was ready. I said okay so what should i do now ? She just looked at me crazy and said i don't know? Ma'am you're the professional it is literally your job to give me my prescription so she could've tried harder or give more then one attempt to my find prescription. So i asked to speak with someone else by the pickup window in which she rudely pointed me to go to the drop off window ?? I did and was greeted with immediate kindness and respect by a young man who helped me find my prescription. It turned out i had multiple accounts so he expedited my second prescription and even offered to merge my accounts together so there would be no future problems. I have several regular prescriptions I have filled each month and take multiple Proactive measures to ensure they have my medication in stock when I need it because I Cannot go even a day without it. Not only do they outright Lie when I call and say they placed the order. When I call again the day prior to ensure they ordered and it is in stock, there is always some "mistake", human or otherwise, that mysteriously occurred prohibiting the medication from being ordered and then, they order again and it still somehow is not ordered. To add insult to injury, when dealing with this situation several of the technicians are Extremely rude and speak to you in a manner of judgement, like they are on a power trip. Of course I am angry, I have spent at least an hour out of my busy week on the phone trying to ensure my mandatory medication is there when I need it and, still it is not. Pharmacy staff has Zero care or customer service skills. I would never share a review like this if one-off situation this is a repetitive situation month over month happening for months now. I have since moved my scripts and will have to inconvenience myself to drive further away because my local CVS pharmacy is incapable of keeping a solid, well trained pharmacy staff. Unfortunately my usual CVS pharmacy off Southern & Dobson has not had a medication in stock & I've been waiting a month. It was finally transferred to this location- and I am extremely frustrated with the lack of professionalism, follow up & legitimate operating hours. My script was transferred 24 hours ago. After not hearing back, I called to confirm it was processed & ready for pickup before driving 30+ minutes out of the way to the next city. It was certainly ready (with no indication or follow up before I called to ask) right before the rep tells me: "pick up before 6pm we close in 10 minutes"... what?! I asked why the hours differ at this location because EVERY resource lists 8pm as closing time. She very rudely snaps back "it's been this way for two years so you should know the hours". Excuse me?! I even went to double check the website, app & called the pharmacy back on another line to hear their recording with hours listed: it blatantly states 8pm, not two hours early at 6! Which is entirely inconvenient for anyone who works normal hours during the day/week. They already close for an hour at lunch in the middle of the day. How is anyone supposed to get there without taking time off work? I am not thrilled I have to go visit during their apparently self-made appropriate hours tomorrow. Medications aren't something you screw your customers on picking up so this left a really bad taste in my mouth after the hassle of already having to have it transferred after a month wait. And after the way the rep spoke to me on the phone, I don't have high hopes I'm going to be met with a nice experience upon FINALLY trying to pick up. The healthcare system is one aspect, but I shouldn't have to jump through hoops with a disgruntled pharmacy tech to get an answer or the medication I need on time. Her attitude was awful & she could have cared less about helping. And shame on CVS for not posting or advising of these alternate hours- claiming you have a sign up at the pharmacy counter doesn't help if I'm not standing there, nor would I have appreciated the hour round-trip drive to see that indication in person having to walk away & come back when you feel like being open to the public. Pretty sure I'm going to look into switching to Walgreens, now. No one deserves to be addressed like this, especially when they're literally trying to obtain required medical scripts. I recently ordered a same-day photo magnet as a gift for Mother's day. I went through the process of creating and ordering it online and then sent it to be printed at this location. My confirmation said it would be available to pick up a few hours later but I received a message in about 45 minutes that it was ready for pickup! Minus one star as there are many products out of stock, and 3 other items I wanted to purchase were on sale (buy one get one 50% off) however they only had one item left in stock so could not take advantage of doing any further shopping while I was here. read more

I noticed that this particular pharmacy is always out of certain prescriptions when other pharmacies I have gone to hardly have this issue. I understand logistics of it all but, I feel that they should have a least some back up prescriptions just in case. It sucks that I would have to go on two days without my medication. Especially when I am told, via automated voice message, that it will be ready within the next day of my order. While my case is not all that bad, I cannot help but wonder for other people who have major issues. I often wonder how they would feel if they ran out of prescription and then they drive all the way to this pharmacy only to be told "oh by the way, we don't have your medication ready yet" when the automated message would state otherwise. I might have to choose a different pharmacy that has better inventory practices. No shade. The people are nice, they just need a better inventory system. read more

One of the worst run pharmacies I have ever experienced. Often times they won't answer the pharmacy phone. I spent 45 minutes on hold after being hung up on three times by the system after waiting for 15 minutes each time. I even called the store manager and was put on hold for 30 minutes. They will close the drive through right in front of your eyes, lowering the screen as you sit there. They never seem to have enough staffing. Just one more reason why I switched my RX business to Walgreens. I woke up with Pink eye today. Minute clinic was spot on, 5 minute wait for a virtual appointment. Kudos. An RX was ordered and filled apparently, I was never contacted. I had to call them. If 24 hours go by before I can go back to work, time is crucial. I called CVS, yup an RX was ready for pick up. At the drive up window, I asked when it was filled. It had been filled more than an hour ago-no call no text. "You are signed up for calls" and "The call system has a glitsch". Great, thanks CVS. I'm usually pretty happy with this location. Today I got a pretty good lecture from the head pharmacist for not wearing a mask. To her credit, I definitely deserved it. However, if she's that passionate about everyone's health, then she should take a look around her part of the store. The waiting area had someone's fingernail clippings under the chair. The counter had grime smeared in from attempted cleaning. Dust piled up on shelves along with dead bugs. I promise to wear my mask when going out from now on. This CVS pharmacy is unbelievable. They have pharmacy technicians handing out medication to patients without double checking the medication and making sure everything is there and its done correctly. My 8 month old son had a prescription sent there and they did it wrong and if I wasnt a pharmacy technician and known how to convert the measurements myself this situation could've ended up a lot worse. When I called the pharmacy to confront them the pharmacist i spoke to didnt seem to see the error and just said its an accident. The pharmacist name was Megan. Pharmacists do not show up at the scheduled hours so the staff has to sit there unable to help customers. I've arrived at 9:15 AM when they advised no one was there to assist. Came back after work at 7:58 (they close at 8) only to be told they can't fill a prescription because the computers shut off at 8. What a roller coaster of events to get a prescription. Don't use the self checkout machines here. I've seen people have issues with them here before but I guess today was my turn. I paid over $100 for some items at the self checkout, and it said I didn't pay. I checked my bank app, it shows the transaction went through, I told the cashier that came over that I paid and the machine had an issue. Then the cashier said it didn't go through on their end. She then went in the back to do something to void the transaction. Well...if the transaction could be voided, that means it went through...I mean, hey CVS, let that sink in. You can't void something that didn't work. I was buying medicine among other things and had my kid with me who needed to get home, spent entirely too much time dealing with this at cvs, and ended up having to leave to take my kid home, call the bank to verify, then come back, and re-buy the things I had already paid for, that had been needlessly voided, because no one could possibly think and realize the machine is faulty which would have allowed me to have left with my things the first time. Plus I ended up missing my workout class after spending so much time there because of this nonsense. You would have thought that even a manager would have realized that you can't void a transaction that didn't go through. TLDR; Don't use the self checkout machines unless you want to waste a stupid amount of your time and you enjoy bullshit. AVOID this location. They take an eternity to answer their phones, and you better be in line at least five minutes before they close because if you have to wait at all and get to the counter or the drive-through and it turns 6 PM, they will close that window so fast and don't care that you were in line. Then they all leave and are out that pharmacy door literally by 6:01 PM. and when people complain that they were there in time, the employees including the pharmacy manager just say " we close at 6, go to a different one." this happened to me more than once, and one of the times, the manager didn't even look at us as she said that and walked out. This pharmacy is very difficult to work with. Beginning in March 2020, it would take them more than 2 weeks to process prescriptions. Now in October, unfortunately it is not much better. I had to sit on hold with the pharmacy for over 20 minutes because they couldn't process a renewal without me contacting them. This was for a renewal for a medication I've been on for the better part of 6 months now. Mind you I never received a communication asking for me to contact them or that there was an issue, rather it was just explained to me that my renewal was just "on hold." I've been a loyal CVS fan for years (and in multiple locations throughout the US), but I'm beginning to lose my patience. If there are system wide issues, CVS needs to get its act together and get the correct patches in their systems ASAP. If the back end is working, then this store needs to hire additional pharmacists soon to help expediate their filling process. read more
