    sign stating the pharmacy hours match business hours, yet they closed 2 hours early.

    this pharmacy chooses to close whenever they want, leaving the customers with medicine stuck there even though the store is open. staff wouldn't acknowledged sledge me waiting for minutes and then wouldn't help transfer it, or do anything. if you don't want to work, don't get a job. if you're going to close early maybe put a sign up on the door, or anywhere, rather than just locking up in the middle of the day.

Back story: I have been looking for high calorie protein drink options for my dad to try out as he's getting older and has lost some muscle mass. I saw that CVS carries these single Boost drinks which is awesome- that way he can try them before I buy in bulk. I looked online and this was the only store that carried them. I walked into the store yesterday and the app told me they were under the "health and wellness" section. I found Glucerna drinks in the medical section and Boost/Ensure with the protein drinks, but I wasn't finding these specific ones. There were two associates talking and I walked up to them and said, "Sorry to interrupt, I'm looking for a specific product" and showed them the product on my phone. One of them said, "Oh yeah, that's in the cancer section" and showed me where they were located and then went back to talking to the other associate. I picked up a handful of flavors and checked out (the cashier Dominic was really sweet). Here's the thing: I'm not someone who is easily offended at all, but really? She could have just as easily referred to it as the "medical needs" section or something to that effect. I didn't realize that CVS has a "cancer section". That comment has still stuck with me and I feel like it came off as insensitive.

About a month ago, I simply asked if there were any discounts available through GoodRx or if I could get a smaller supply of my prescription to help with cost. Instead of being treated respectfully, the pharmacist became visibly angry and raised her voice at me for even asking the pharmacy tech about it. I was shocked by how I was spoken to as a customer. More recently, I tried refilling a couple of prescriptions through the automated system and was told to speak directly with the pharmacy. After being transferred, I was placed on hold for nearly 30 minutes. Each time the employee picked up, she would immediately say "hold please" without allowing me to speak, even when I politely asked if I could talk with someone about my prescriptions. I was repeatedly ignored and put back on hold. I understand pharmacies are busy and stressful environments, but there is no excuse for treating customers with disrespect. Asking questions about medication costs, refill options, or trying to speak with someone should not result in being yelled at, ignored, or treated like an inconvenience. This pharmacy has some of the rudest employees I have ever encountered, and the experience has been incredibly disappointing and stressful.

She is great ! We proceeded to head for the pharmacy department . We were met by the very lovely person , named Ariel . Ariel is "top of game" -- professional , knowledgeable , friendly and assisted us in getting my husband's medications efficiently and quickly . Ariel is a stellar person . Thank you . I was coming to the end of stash... over 30 days in AZ. I have had meds from Walgreens before. I called Friday 12... the process is the Walgreens call the Ohio Pharmacy to transfer order. With 3 hr time difference..Did not get to them before closing. I actually went to AZ pharmacy Pharmacist called even over the weekend that I still needed b/ p meds. Yes I have missed now and blood pressure 202/83 and 170/92 respectfully I called first thing on Monday, spoke with female... she was very nonchalant and appeared not interested in my story. Now Tuesday arrived since I received text med "in processing" now it appears it is filled at a different location. Very poor customer service!! Also can contribute to do harm to people. Some do not be working in healthcare!!!

This is why I called yesterday, when I was told everything was good. The pharmacist on the phone today, she didn't care at all and offered zero solutions, the answer to everything was no. When I explained this, while still searching for a solution, I was literally accused of verbal abuse without any basis, then was told "I know you're struggling"" and was then hung up on. No, I am not struggling, but thanks for assuming! After this, I called another local pharmacy and they were out too, BUT a solution was immediately offered to me, actually more than one and now I am all set, no 5+ day wait! They took some extra time checking a few things for a customer in need, the same things that CVS easily could've done! If I treated my customers like this CVS, I would be out of a job in 5 minutes! If you go to this particular CVS, do yourself a favor and ask for Rohit, he is great to work with, but unfortunately was not in today.
