My husband bought me a swim suit for Mother's Day. When I went to return it they said I couldn't because of covid19. So went to clothing dept. asked where I could try on clothes. I was told you cannot. Asked if I could return if it didn't fit. I was told no. I asked why my husband wasn't told that when they saw him buying a women's swim suit. I was told that a little white sign was posted at the register. I went to one self checkout and two regular checkouts. Nothing posted. I mentioned it to the gal supervising the registers. Best Walmart Ever! Ryan who is a cashier at this location is always so knowledgeable and friendly! He is by far our favorite cashier. You can definitely tell he is not just someone that is there to collect a paycheck. He cares about what he does and takes pride in it! This review is about Walmart Online. Please save yourself the heartache of ordering furniture from them. I ordered a purple Eclipse Bunk bed for my daughters 8th Birthday 9/28/16 the first nightmare of a box arrived looking as if it had been dragged through the dirt opened and then closed cheap packing tape. There were holes in the box where we could see that there were scratches and bent products inside. I wish I could post the pictures on here! That was delivered on 10/27 when it had been promised.Irish who I spoke with after the second nightmare of a bed arrived was kind but had only the power to give a ridiculous 15% discount. She said I could speak with her supervisor but there was no one else to help me. Now I get to tell my 8 year old she has to sleep on a mattress on the floor again until I can order her bed from a company that cares about taking care of its customers. 10/9. I called Walmart they waved the shipping and promised the product at the latest 11/9. The product that arrived came with a more professional driver who was helpful but I had to send the product back due to the large hole driven through the bent metal of the bunk bed we could see through the box! Again I had to call Walmart at first they offered a ridiculous discount of 10%. A whopping 18.00 for a bed my daughter had been waiting for since her birthday. To top it all off I still have the discussing hole ridden 1st poor excuse for a bed sitting in my living room because Walmart has yet to send some one to pick it up. read more

The auto center at this location is a complete joke. This is my second time having issues with them. I went in for an oil change. There were 2 cars already in the garage and I was the next car in line. I was told it would take a little over a hour. But it ended up taking over 2 hours. I did my shopping and came back after a hour. My car is still sitting outside in the lane and hasn't moved yet. I sit in the waiting area for another hour while I watch multiple mechanics sit around and talk. Once they finally got my car in and finished they tell me I can't check out my groceries there and will need to go to the front. As if they couldn't tell me that while they saw me just sitting there. Adam at the front desk was very unfriendly and all in front of Erik (who I assumed was the manager). Get to my car to find grease all over my door handle and steering wheel. So ridiculous. Usually the tire center is good. I was surprised when my wait time was over an hour and half. When I arrived there was only two cars ahead of me. I was told is was going in next. I went back 35 min after and it was still outside. My tire had a nail. That should take less than 30 min. There was about 6 employees just standing around. Very disappointed. read more

Today at this Walmart store, I witnessed a lady with a service dog leaving the store. While she was leaving with her service dog (by the way the dog was wearing a service dog vest), the Walmart Greeter "Joe" stopped the lady and was in her face interrogating her, eg. Is that a real service dog vest, is the dog a medical or behavioral service dog....Joe needs to be FIRED!!!! I have never witnessed anyone especially an disabled person with a service dog being treated so badly....boorish!!! read more

I have had this problem now 4 times with this Walmart Center. First time was when my wife and I were asked for our ID to buy Tobacco. No Problem! But I asked them if they check everyones ID, She said Yes. Reminder yourself she did not with the guest before us. We both were listen! Ok, next time! Different Sales employee. I'm a regular night time customer here and I've been consistently disappointed by the complete lack of knowledge of the crew here, as well as one or two cashiers open, working slowly, with ten plus people in each line. DO NOT buy tires here. I came in and nobody was in line, my SUV went straight in. An hour and a half later and my tires are just now taken off. Spending $500 on tires and waiting 90 minutes to start is ridiculous. Yea they do oil changes also. But my SUV is the only one in the tire section. I don't recommend anyone go to their Auto Center what so ever. I will NEVER go there again. I took my car for an oil change and while waiting was shopping and they called me asking me how to start my car. I never had a problem starting my car, it's a 2012 ford focus pretty simple car to start. Then I get another call saying they decided not to change the oil because it is a "Liability".... ARE YOU KIDDING ME? I have never had a mechanic not want to change my oil because they thought it was a Liability. So, you are telling me a Women can start the car but a bunch of mechanics can't? What a JOKE. Then on my way home my hood almost flew up because they didn't close it. They are very Lucky it didn't fly up & hit my windshield. GUESS I will take my Business to Big O. Coming into Walmart is like gambling with a kick in the junk... When you walk through that door the greeter might say hello with a smile or..... HE MAY KICK YOU SQUARE IN THE NADS!!!! The latter is what I got this time around !! My wife ordered me a bike from Walmart.com . The bike was to small and now I am trying to return it and am getting kicked repeatedly in the junk!! At least that's what it feels like!! First it takes one cashier and two managers to tell me that I have to call 1-800-Walmart and there's nothing more they can do. Then I call 1-800-Walmart to be transferred to wayfair.com and then told that I have to disassemble the bike and pay to ship it back!! Terrible customer service! There seems to be more than enough staff on the floor but when you ask for help, it's as if you're inconveniencing them and they don't even know their store well enough; pointing me in different directions that lead to nowhere near what I'm looking for. When you're ready to checkout, there are only 2-3 lanes open at a time, which is so annoying! It's a huge store so make sure you know the store well before you go to avoid getting irritated & noticed you forgot something clear across the store! I was on my way to work so I googled a Walmart and found this one in gilbert. I when I pulled in I found that it was closed and started to pull out when the street sweeper drove straight at me so I panicked and stopped so he swerved last second and gets next to me and he's laughing so I asked him what his problem was and he drives off so I keep going disturbed. Then I am driving and he is going about fifty miles an hour weaving in and out of the lot and drives at me again so again I roll down my window and ask him what his problem is. He drives off again and then does a u turn gets behind me then as I'm turning onto main road cuts me off and then starts to cuss me out and then he gets out of his truck in the middle of gilbert road and starts cussing at me and gets out of his truck and tells me to get out of my car! Then calls me numerous names and I inform him I am an adult and I am not getting out of my car. I then try to find the phone number to Walmart but no one answers. The Walmart deli is pretty slow at getting some food. It took the lady a good 20 minutes to get chicken tenders and mashed potatoes for 3 people. She was also the department manager. So i bought a computer here and within 30 days it crashed so i go to exchange it . Before i exchange it i called the store and asked them to bring up the same exact computer and they said one second then said that i wuld have to come in abs get the computer myself. Annoying but thats fine. I go back to get the computer they have one similar for 100$ more. A worker asked if i needed help and i said yeah then he couldnt even tell me whether or not that was the same computer or if i could get that computer for the same price as the one i was returning. He called someone to come help and all she said was "this isnt the same computer" like OKAY THEN CAN WE GET THE COMPUTER THAT IM LOOKING FOR! The workers here are not helpful at all they look at me like a deer in headlights. The lady continues to tell me that the computer i returned got recalled. So tell me why when i called before i even came and asked about the computer they failed to mention they dont even have it here anymore. Then i said okay in that case can i get cash refund instead of a gift card so i can go elsewhere and their answer to me was no like what the fuck is this. Recently moved to area and this Walmart is go to Walmart. If you've been to one Walmart you've been to all pretty much but this one is nice and clean inside usually have good stock of everything and I go almost once a day during the week and never have any issues except not enough open check outs. Like usual for Walmarts biggest issue is check outs never enough open. read more

Took my car in for oil change 50 mins ago and it's not done. 20 mins ago was told it was done and was told by a different guy that it'll take a long time due to the fact we have a Camry and it needs a full lube inspection and a different filter. I have three kids, you couldn't have pre warned me it would be over an hour? Really? You already KNOW it needs a full inspection and you know it has a different filter from most cars, you couldn't be communicative to tell me this and let me know I might want to come back without my kids or how long approximately it would be. I have been going to this Walmart for at least 10 years and I used to bring the adds with me when I went in but they never asked for them they always said I can look it up, I just went two days and and I brought the add the lady at the register said I don't have to look everyone has been buying the Pepsi 2 liters we can't keep them on the shelve, with that being said I took the last 19 and when I got to the checkout the cashier didn't honor the sale price and I asked him to look it up and he said no he had to call his manager I said fine he called Mariah who just happened to be the CUSTOMER SERVICE MANAGER on duty that night did you catch the the CUSTOMER SERVICE MANAGER she said with out the add we don't honor the sale, I said that's funny most of your cashiers know the sales and if they don't they look it up, needless to say I didn't get what I went for so I went home got the add and since it said I had to get multiples of 5 I did but they only had 19 pepsi's so I grabbed one cherry Pepsi, the add said you can mix flavored long as it's multiples of 5 that caused another fight I had to get 5 of each flavor not 1 and 4 so I left with 15 pepsi's instead of 20 the worst customer service I have experienced there in 10 years oh an the not so lovely CUSTOMER SERVICE MANAGERS name is MARIAH, she gets the award for the worst customer service ever! read more

This Walmart SuperCenter has really great customer service! Employers are always in a good mood and they ask how's your day while they help you out finding a product your looking for. Employers are just so helpful and they really care about finding that right product your looking for, so if your having a hard time looking for your product don't hesitate to ask. Even the manager is kind of enough to help out sometimes and not just because the employer is not doing his or her job right, it's just because the manager cares about the customers a lot. I've been going to this Walmart Supercenter often with my family and it's close by where I live, and right when you enter the store their will times the employers will greet you. At this specific Walmart Supercenter all the products on the shelves are organized so it should be easy and efficent to find but if not just remember to ask for help. You will see this store with absolutely clean! No footprints and no sticky areas around the store, the employers always keeps this store nice, organized, and clean. Their will be at least one employer looking all around the store to make sure everything is clean and orgainzed and of course making sure the restrooms are 100% clean when you enter. Let us never forget their amazing low prices and great deals! Really this store is really great for your needs food, hair care products, auto parts, clothes, crafts, electronics, and more! read more
