I paid a premium for 3 hour delivery. Since I was in a campground tethered to a 5th wheel/pickup rig, delivery seemed appropriate. I called the store to warn them of the campground location and our unit site number. Then I got a call from "delivery woman" spoken just like that...NO ENGLISH whatsoever. I didn't know if she was here, lost or needed directions. She then just hung up. I called Walmart; the manager's lame response to the situation was that it was out of Walmart's control because they used a third-party delivery service. It seems that a company like Walmart could insist on a delivery person able to receive information and communicate in English in Nebraska. The woman finally found me and she was delightful but was unable to communicate other than pantomime. She couldn't even ask for the special number code that she was supposed to receive from me. This was ridiculous. This has nothing to do with the delivery person but everything to do with Walmart not taking care of customers. Just another conglomerate taking our money and putting little businesses out of business. It's fair that I would never have had the opportunity to get a late delivery from a small business but that's not who offered the service. Let's demand more from Walmart!!!!!!!! Said hi good morning to the ladies and the man when I walked into the store and didn't receive a response. When I arrived with my items to self checkout I said hi good morning and the young guy said nothing back also. When I tried to pay the credit card reader didn't work so I asked him for help and he was less than enthusiastic to help. He proceeded to suspend my transaction without a word. After transferring and paying on another terminal I said good bye have a good day and still not a word. When I exited the same lady that didn't say anything back to me when I arrived to the store asked me for my receipt so I know she can speak. read more

The photo center was HORRIBLE. My mom forgot a photo of my sisters and I and she paid for it already. I went back to grab it and he refused to give the photo to me even though on the receipt it said I paid. He argued with me even though the number on the ticket and receipt matched. He over charged for the photo and didn't realize it and he claims that's why he couldn't figure out why he didn't see it on the receipt. Never going again. read more

Went to Walmart South in Grand Island and was shopping in the Garden Center. There was a cart full of dead flowers but there was also some live lavendar plants. I asked the guy if I could buy them and he said, "No they're going in the dumpster." I told him they were still very much aiive and would be happy to buy them but he insisted that he was sending them to the trash. So sad. I would have loved to put them in my flower bed but nope, the guy was set in concrete. What a waste. read more

My father left to get a phone at Walmart South and Grand Island Nebraska he was gone for more than almost 2 hours and I got worried so I tried calling the store to get transferred to the phone center which failed multiple times and I got sent back to the customer service counter how she treated in address the situation and talk to me was very rude I was worried and upset because I couldn't get ahold of my father all I wanted her to do was to see if he was in the phone center but she repeatedly refused and was very mouthy she kept transferring me multiple times in each time the phone center did not answer I got sent back to customer service she got more rude this happened around 6 to 7 p.m. on Thursday August 23rd.. I couldn't get the lady's name because each time I called back she was very disrespectful and aggressive then she ignored everything I said and then put me on hold wish I stayed there for 15 minutes... she was a very rude bitchy woman isn't it pretty understandable for somebody to freak out if they can't find their family? All I wanted to know was if he was inside the store and the phone center and she just would not help me please fix this luckily I was able to contact him but what if something would have happened... The motto happy to help does not apply to the store most importantly to her please fix this please address the problem.. she shouldn't be working in customer service she isnt friendly and dosent seem.
