Today we visited another Verizon store in another state for a phone repair and after the store manager saw our account he stated that there were some "shenanigans" going on. We are STILL being charged for four lines instead of two, charged for a hotspot, etc...that we don't want, need, or didn't ask for! We were advised to contact Verizon customer support, if we don't get results T mobile here we come. If Verizon does not value loyalty then neither do we. It's sad that a store with such a large, less tech savvy, elderly customer base would take advantage of their clientele.
