Hear ye, hear ye! Gather 'round, good people of Greenville, and lend thine ears to this tale of the Walmart Super Center! In the fair town of Greenville, there lies a Walmart Super Center, reasonably clean and well-kept. Yet, alas, my cart did make an annoying clicking sound, though I chose it over the one with the squeaky wheel. The shelves were mostly well-stocked, save for the cereal aisle, which appeared sparse and wanting. But lo, the most grievous matter was upon a Saturday afternoon, when but one cashier manned the tills. At the shift's change, the competent cashier was replaced by one who neither spoke nor separated soft and hard groceries. Verily, I do not frequent this Walmart often, as I dwell outside the city. Thus, I proclaim this review for all to hear! May it serve as a guide to those who seek the wares of Walmart in Greenville. Godspeed! read more

I am sure that Wal-Mart is very pleased with the improvements to the Greenville, MI. However, when the average height of an American female is about 5' 5" how in the hell are we supposed to reach the items on the top shelf which my guess is at 6'. I am 5' 2" and could barely get the product that I wanted standing on my tiptoes. Come on what rocket scientist designed the "NEW" format for shoppers? I am not a fan of Wal-Mart in the first place. went to purchase 2 canopy's. got home opened up the first canopy and the bars are broke and there are 2 holes in the top. take it back 2 days later and they won't refund or exchange it because the sku number didn't match the receipt. as if they don't have video surveillanc, the receipt and it literally says Walmart right on the tag on it. Seriously your store manager needs to learn manners. I went for a pick up order and a woman brought out my groceries. I called when I got home because my item was missing. The girl who put it in my trunk said I put it on the left side. I checked the trunk several times more and the item was not there. She got her manager Natasha. I told her I didn't get the item why would I lie about a small item. Makes no sense. Natasha put me on hold and said she was going to check the cooler. I was sent all over the store several times. I explained I was talking to Natasha. After Natasha got back on the phone she laughed that I was sent all over the store on the phone. I instantly got upset. Natasha said to call 800-Walmart for a refund. I called and Mir said I would get that refund from the store. I am not dealing with the store when the associate lies about a simple item. Sounds like she needed it more than I did. Stealing from customers is also illegal. Natasha hung up on me because I told her she can come check my house and car I didn't get the item. She lied about calling 800- Walmart. Never again am I shopping at this store. No one wants drama and this was a whole bunch of drama for no reason. These people shouldn't have jobs. We went to get a bookcase which were on the bottom shelf and very heavy. My wife (54) had to crawl in the counter to retrieve it. 3 associates around her and one walked by. Not one person asked if she needed help. What happen to customer service. read more

Went in after midnight on 1/18/2018 with my fiance and his sister (Keep in mind were 18,19 and 20) and were told to "keep it down" when we were talking in our regular voices to each other. And followed by the same older woman worker. She followed us and kept an eye on us until we left. Like we were stealing. So we left and went to meijer to buy our groceries. Then today 1/25/2018 went in to customer service desk to cash a check, and this young lady with black hair told us in a really cocky voice that you guys don't cash written checks. Its fine that you arnt able to do this, but her cockyness will make my family and I NEVER shop at this walmart again. VERY rude and cocky employees. read more

My all time favorite place to shop @ normally I buy my food and the other stuff that I need like clothing electronics & paper & ink so basically I enjoy shopping @ Walmart it's a little cheaper than Meijer's which is fine with me I like to save money $$$ when I can which is normal for me overall I like shopping @ Walmart only one problem with Walmart is they don't accept Apple Pay they take credit cards & cash but not Apple Pay which is my only complaint but other then that overall is not a bad store to shop at so I give it 5 stars read more

We went to Walmart Monday evening September 10th. If I have a full cart of items I will not go through the self checkout line. That is what they get paid for. It was 7:30 P.M. and the only line open that was not self check was one for 20 items or less. People were lined up and complaining. It took us 30 minutes to get checked out. That was ridiculous! The largest company in the world can only afford one checkout clerk? They don't have a manager with enough intelligence to pull someone off the floor and open another line? read more

This Walmart In particular has a couple of the rudest, judgmental, women in the Money center I have encountered!!!! Not only are they slow & take absolutely no pride in their work, they go above and beyond NOT TO HELP YOU!!!! I asked over the phone, gave them a description of my husband's retirement savings along with the amount to make sure we didn't drive all the way there for nothing. The representative over the phone that should be just fine...we get there 40 minutes away and They decline the check!!! Just ridiculous! read more
