Unlikely & a rear a person that works for Walmart in the food isles and meat department will help you & are short & rude. Most of the time I'm told they are to busy or can't ask someone to help you cause they are busy. Being in my 50's I've never come across a Walmart that is as terrible as this in Powdersville SC. I've reported this multiple times to management ( 2 diff. manager's since May 2025 - Dec. 2026. I only go there if I have to, gladly go to Easley SC. one no problems there. Very rarely do I give anyone at any business a bad review, if anything I be sure people/companies are recognized for what they do. I make walmart delivery orders from this place often. People dont care what they pick for your order. The delivery ppl are mostly foreigners who cant speak English so they have no idea who and wht they are delivering to. Nobody gives a crap. read more

Grocery pickup and delivery are a joke. If you choose to pick up your order, be prepared to wait an hour or more. And if you want your order delivered, you may get them hours past your chosen time or not at all. read more

If you have Walmart, plus it's very hard to get deliveries from the store. Three separate orders were not delivered to my house.

I ordered items from this store for delivery, including a bike and some other household items. Great service! It was only $9.99 (waived if you sign up for Walmart+), arrived within a few hours and, best of all, the bike was already assembled! (I couldn't have fit it in my car.) Hello. Im Norman and I would like to tell yall about my walmart experience. To start out with, this Walmart is a shittt hole. It is by far one of the most unclean Walmarts I have ever walked in. Not only are there homeless people, but the floor is so dirty and the carts have rust. The checkout is extremely slow also. I went shopping to pick up a few grocery items and went to self check out because only a few lanes were open and we're backed up at self check out. I was turned away by employees because I had more than 15 items note I had 20 items they would not let me proceed to check out, but the lady behind me had an entire buggy full of stuff, but because she is a spark driver, they proceeded to let her check out and would not allow me to after speaking with the general manager, who was also no help told me I had to stand in line I proceeded to leave the buggy and walk out horrible customer service and will never shop here again. Highly recommend target or Costco's over Sam's or Walmart any day !!!!!! read more

Great but small Walmart Supercenter. It is smaller than most Walmarts which makes it easier to get in and out after shopping. Their books and magazines are located in the back next to electronics. The customer service is I think above average here at least it was the two times I visited this Walmart. They CDs and DVDs for $5 back in electronics. Their bananas were so good and fresh. I highly recommend shopping at this Store. Their bathrooms were clean with no lines. read more

Worst walmart ever. Racist people working at the return counter. They are a rude as hell. Dont know their job and the managers are always covering for them. Ill never go to this walmart again. Im not sure who the older woman is that works in the customer service center is, but Ive dealt with her in person and now over the phone and she is RUDE AF. She refused to help me with my pickup order then refused to transfer me to someone who would. Told me to call 1800WALMART and "hungup". She put me on hold right in the middle of me speaking and didn't come back to the call. She shouldn't be working in customer service, I'd fire her. read more

Very disappointed. I placed an order on line that was supposed to be delivered, but got an email saying my order was ready for pick-up. I called the store and was told that there was nothing that could be done about the mix-up and I would have to come to the store to pick it up, if I wanted the items. That they could not transfer it over to be delivered. read more

This is the closest Walmart to my house. I come here 2-3 times a week and spend endless amounts of money like we all do in Walmart but geeze!!! This Walmart is always out of everything! Josilin in pickup is super rude and unprofessional! Even the CSM said she was extremely rude and her behavior was uncalled for. I've been waiting since this morning on this order . The only person that is trying to assist me is the CSM. Walmart corporate really needs to examine the teams unprofessional manner. Also Walmart.com shouldn't claim same day pickup if it's not available. Apparently the pick up team is lazy and disorganized. FYI- Josilin had on a name tag that said Ethan not her real name and I did bring that to the attention of the assistant manager Johnathan. I personally find it disturbing that they are allowed to have different names other than their actual name. I hope someone follows up regarding this. I also spent over a hour in the store waiting on this order that was suppose to be ready at 3:18pm per the tags printed but was never finished by anyone. I didn't get my order until after 7pm and it was placed shortly after 11am this morning. Disappointed and dissatisfied! read more

The last three times I've done a grocery pick up they have cancelled my order with out any explanation as to why and no email stating they have cancelled the order. I called up there and the lady said I will transfer you back there but they probably won't answer. At this time I've been on hold 15 minutes. read more

This store really deserves a zero but not an option! Some of the rudest people working there and the grocery pick up is a joke! When they send you a text letting you know your order is ready it's not really true. You get there and sit for at least 15 to 20 minutes while others pull in after you and receive there orders before someone that has been there longer, called in when arriving and turned on location services letting them know when you arrive! Attempted to speak with manager but the grocery pick up clerk refused stating she was the manager then told me all complaints need to go through corporate! Yes I'm aware but when your employees are standing outside the delivery door talking on their cell phone and smoking while no groceries are being delivered then that needs to be discussed with the store manager! She was extremely rude with excuse after excuse and not one apology! But hey that's what happens when big box stores corner the market! Customer service means nothing to their employees nor managers! Will never use their service again and will spread the word to as many as possible about the many horrid experiences with this particular WM. Visited this store yesterday. Could not find anyone to help in the fabric department. Walked all the way to the front of the store and a very friendly greeter had help paged for me on their PA. Five minutes go by, no one shows up in fabrics. I walk back up front to the greeter who was kind enough to suggest I cut the fabric myself and let them sort it out at check out. Half-way through my cutting my own fabric, someone (from on Electronics no less) showed up to finish the job for me. Then on to the drug department. Found a bottle of nail polish I liked that was unmarked and, of course, the scanner in the department wasn't working. (Do these things ever work, or are they just decoys?) So at checkout the item wouldn't scan. I was asked if I knew the price (duh) to which I answered no and told how I tried to scan it. After the checkout woman tried entering the code by hand several times, she gave me the astonishing self-decided price of 50 cents which I know was waaay less than whatever the price would have been. Very disappointed in their attitude when I called to inquire about some plants on the patio. I had to wait due to no one would answer the phone, even after the operator said that she paged someone. I then asked to speak to a manager. The manager said that the person had left for the day. Do they not have someone else to come in to cover that department? I inquired about some plants and he did not know what I was talking about. I asked if he could find out and he said he was in the bakery and did not offer to help.
