This review is specifically for the auto care center. Just absolutely terrible. Had to literally stop an employee after 20 minutes of waiting and watching him pass by 3 times while myself and 2 other customers had been waiting. Ironically he was the cashier assigned to that area and when I tell you he had no business doing that job I really mean it. Gave him my tire size and asked for my options and he had no idea how to accomplish doing that. Finally the service manager came out and was just bombarded by these incapable employees with questions. He was very knowledgeable but not exactly a people person and should stay in the garage. Ended up going to prichelles down the road and from start to finish , had new tires on my vehicle in less time than I was waiting for someone to start the process at Walmart. read more

Every time I come here I'm reminded why I hate is so much. The service is horrible. The store is disgusting. The staff is annoyed and not helpful at all. Nobody is interested in manning the prefer pickup station. I need to remember that there is a cost to a good online Walmart.com deal. Save the aggravation and pay a little extra. read more

Dont go there to have your vehicle worked on. There mechanics have to read your owners manual on how to install a battery and keep the owners manual after doing the work . Guess they need the owners manual more than me. read more

I've always driven 30 minutes to come here because they were fast and did a good job. Today when i came for an oil change i was told the wait was an hour, when i said that was okay i was told it was 1 and a half hours, i said i didn't mind and was told it would probably be more like 3 hours. After i said i didn't mind the kid asked if i was sure i wanted an oils change here, i said yes. After this encounter i spoke to a store manger who heard my complaint and said "thank you". I was never informed that anything would be done about the complaint and they didn't even take my name. read more

The prices are cheap, bakery is good and the people watching is outstanding. You never know what your gonna see when you enter! Kids speeding down the isles on bikes? Police taking people out in handcuffs? Basketballs being fired across the store? The guy with missing teeth picking through the grapes taste testing every other one? The family that is doing nothing but arguing with each other over nothing? Not to mention the fat women that wear barley any clothing! Don't they know no one wants to see their cottage cheese shake around the store. I swear every time i go in there its an adventure. Friday nights after 10 pm are the best, you got two cops one at the entrance and other patrolling the parking lot. Its like a zoo in the store all the animals come out. Ill be back:) read more

Bought a new Samsung TV. It was missing the guide stand. They will not replace the part. I can't mount the TV without it. I was disconnected 4x. I told them I could sue in small claims court. Walmart would need to send an attorney.......cost at least $2000 plus any damages. They don't care. They won't send me the $5.00 plastic part. My brand new TV is junk unless I lean it against the wall. Do they care???? no they dont. read more

awful customer service. I was in there later in the evening, looking for steel wool for a project. In the later hour (went around 9pm) they usually have there stockers out stocking the shelves. I asked this "kid" in the cleaning isle if he knew where it was. (Was a waitress for 10 years so I know what a PITA people can be so I was very nice). me and my friends were messing around in walmart (which we realized was wrong but it was 1am and we were just having fun) but when the worker told us to stop she decided to tell us her whole life story instead of just simply telling us to stop. things she told me was that we were "taking food off her children's table" even though she also told us she had another job in healthcare. which means she obviously is having no trouble with finances. we left soon after. other than that, the onsies were fun, but i do not appreciate the level of professionalism in this work environment. read more

The employees are excellent! I was greeted by a bright eyed funny man named Jason at the door who helped with returns. This was a pleasant surprise at 730am. I was so impressed and taken back by his care and enthusiasm that i called the store to share. Most people call to complain about service but who ever calls when they have had a great experience or is it just expected? Companies are built with people and the employee experience can make or break your day no matter how low the prices are. As a 37 year resident of Hamburg I have shopped at Walmart ever since they came to town. The employees have always been well informed about their products and very helpful....funny is an added bonus! Who cares about the long lines when your too busy smiling and laughing as you reminisce about the last half hour or hour of shopping and you can't wait to get home to open and use things you bought. read more

early shoppers beware...they don't have any cashiers 'till after 7 am. if you or someone else has a cart full this will make you CRAZY!!!
