I really want to give them zero stars however, since I cannot, I will give them one star. On one particular day I wanted to go shopping, we needed some tape and baking paper which i know with target cicele you can get some great deals which is one of the many reasons I like target but I just don't know after this experience. While shopping on my way to guest services to get a price check on my flex tape, my granddaughter called asking if I could get her a needoh. Now I don't know what this stuff is im 62 years old and i dont keep up with kids and the newest cool things . I've been in this target plenty of times. I don't know why there is no review for it because I know I would've written one. It's just like any other target you've been in, overpriced with hardly any selection of merchandise. The service was OK though. Visited from Canada, the Target is large, as soon as you enter there is a Starbucks. It was fairly busy including the parking lot. The store is a bit overwhelming. The Fall items have arrived. Some areas were maintained well and others I just avoided simply because how cluttered and messy they were. Bought a few items and honestly considered if it was worth the line to cash out. Was very busy and you could tell the workers were overwhelmed which I don't blame them, back to school rush for UB students had a line going from self checkout to the pharmacy, but the employees on staff at every corner were genuinely rude even when I was actively trying to help them or other customers. While in line to cash out the woman in front of me spilled her laundry detergent and the bottle was broken so I offered to find an employee to help discard it so I can find a place to put it since I didn't want the cashier to have to worry about it since he was busy enough. I found one in the pharmacy/make up section who seemed annoyed that I was even asking for help, even though my hand was covered in Laundry Detergent. She ultimately she had me just place it on some random table. When I got back to my cart an employee named Brianna was cleaning up the spill. After whipping for a little bit she walked away, I assumed she was done so put up the divider so I can start putting my items on the belt. When I picked up the divider she returned and yelled at me saying "can you wait till i'm done." I apologized and thought it was a misunderstanding. The cashier David kept cashing and was very sweet and kind but switched with Brianna once it came to my order. I had got 2 ice packs that had no packing on them, I had no way of knowing if that was intentional, to which I was talked to like I was stupid for not knowing if there was packaging that was with the items. The whole transaction felt insanely patronizing and the hostile environment felt very bizarre and unwelcoming. read more

If I could give this establishment less stars I would. They canceled my drive up order due to "technical issues" after they told me it was ready to be picked up and I indicated that I was on my way. I had to reorder my order and then had to wait an additional 2 hours for the drive up order again. When I asked for my order to be expedited considering that it was already ready the customer service team was extremely rude, unhelpful, and didn't solve the issue. If you get a GED by studying Tar, then it's a Tar-GED. And if you're halfway between heaven and hell, and realize you're in this store, it's not purgatory. It's Targetory. And I've just invented this thing that catches your tears for you. It's called a Tear-get. Speaking of tears, I saw an older female employee badly insult a younger female employee, and the younger one went running into the back room crying badly. I should not be seeing that. Lots of other customers saw it too. They actually have cops on the door with guns intimidating people during the sales like Black Friday, which is awfully American indeed, so that's something that I don't like very much, but they do have some good stuff which Barbie likes and it's a pretty decent store. Not one of my favourites but they have a Starbucks in here where I can hang out on holidays when everything else is closed so I appreciate that. A very big store, but also very busy. The parking lot all ways seems a challenge whenever I got here. The shelves are stocked very well and the staff is not bad here. Very similar to all the other Targets. I will say though, from the store I usually go to. This location is alot more busier, but that does not have a negative effect on wait times. They have self check-out lanes, to help speed up the process. They offer curbside pickup, and there is plenty of parking spots for this service. read more

I have been getting many deliveries from Target through COVID-19. I really needed nutritional yeast and thought I might as well get some other items and go for curbside pickup. I was going to be in the area that weekend. I got sparkling water, lime juice, club soda and the nutritional yeast. I followed the directions on the app, alerted them when I was on my way, and then opened up the app again to say I had pulled in. I waited about 3 minutes at the most to get my order. The lady came up to the window, asked me my last name, scanned my bar code and asked me where I'd like the items. I asked for the trunk. She was extremely pleasant and made for a great exchange. I have done curbside at the Walden Ave. store, and I think I prefer the curbside at this one better. For one, you can pull through the parking spaces, without having a barrier like Walden does, and the employees are friendlier. read more

My latest visit to this Target was ok. The front half of the clothing section is now used for mobile pick up orders. After filling our cart with items to try, we made our way back to the change rooms only to see they are using the space Monday-Thursday as a vaccine clinic. This meant we were unable to try anything on :(. I am unsure why they couldn't use an area closer to the pharmacy for the vaccine clinic? The rest of the store was organized and stocked. The store seemed clean. It seems like each county has their own rules about masking. There were signs saying masks were mandatory but it certainly was not enforced inside the store. Overall I was able to cross a few things off my list I made in advance, but not being able to try on some items was definitely a bummer! read more

Love the prices hate the store. I wish they had more curbside offerings. The Niagara Falls blvd location has more items but it's silly that you can't get all of the same brands at each store. This particular Target is AMAZING. I find myself shopping here more than a healthy/normal amount of times per week. It has EVERYTHING you could possibly need. The staff here is very helpful and knowledgeable, always willing to help. The return policy is very lenient. The only items I have experienced difficulty returning are DVDs. Keep your receipts or make sure you bring the credit card you used to make the purchase and they will be able to locate a receipt. The place as a whole is kept clean and organized, except for the shoe section....(always a disaster) They are constantly getting new things in and end caps always have nice surprises. I'm always pleasantly surprised by their food section, they have tons of stuff! Their photo machine isn't great. The photos that I print from my cell phone constantly come out extremely blurry and discolored and I end up having to get a refund. This could be because I am using my iPhone to upload photos or it could be their machine, I'm not sure. Parking isn't great at all. You need to REALLY be alert when you're driving in this area. Terrible. Management is incompetent. Target Pickup takes ridiculously long. The team members aren't trained well. The aisles are always full with items to be put on the shelves. The clothing areas are always a disaster. You can't find anything and just get frustrated and decide not to buy. There is never anyone in the electronics area and the food is expired half the time. It's completely run down within the last two to three years. I don't know what changed but I'm driving further just to avoid this Target. read more

I think that just one extra person, who will go around and claen or at least be available if something needs some cleaning can make this store a very good one. Just the minor clean ups that needs to be done every now and then like bathrooms or at the parking lot area. Overall store is big and improved their storage and delivery services a lot. read more

The past two times I've visited the women's sections have been so incredibly messy. Clothes and hangers everywhere on the floor, clothes thrown everywhere in piles, it's like there was just a supermarket sweep in there and the place was ransacked. I am so very disappointed at the man that was supposed to be helping a customer with yard chairs. The chairs were unbalanced on a Target red plastic shopping cart, all stacked upon each other. As he was pushing the cart over the metal strip from the out going door, the stack of four brown, metal framed and material seat and backing chairs fell off the cart. The "man" continued to push the cart out of the way and the he turned the chairs upright. As he was doing that I could see that he was looking over the chairs. He then proceeded to take the top chair off the stack, look at it closer and then he put the other three chairs on top of chair #1. He then moved the cart and stack of chairs closer to the road. He appeared to be waiting for someone to come to pickup the chairs. I was sitting in the passenger seat in the handicapped parking observering all of this. When he finally finished and was just standing still I YELLED across to him " Really, your going to stick someone with a chair that you sctatched". He looked at me and then turned his back on me. I YELLED again that I hope that I was still there when whoever chairs those were came to get them. Well, an SUV pulls up after awhile and an elderly woman gets out. Yes, I did get very upset when he started putting the chairs into the back of her SUV. I did get out of my car, but I stayed between the first parked car and ours. So I was on the do not park stripes. I started YELLING and SCREAMING for that woman to check the chairs for damage. She appeared confused to have someone yelling about her chairs and who knows what he was telling her. I was pleading with people to please help her. Not to let him get away with it. He started to yell back at me to shut up. Thankfully a woman heard what I was saying and she went over and checked the chairs with the elderly woman. The woman talked to the "man" and pointed to a chair. He went, picked it up and they both went into the store. After a bit they both came with a chair and he placed in the back of the SUV and then closed the hatch. He went into the store and the came outside with the security guard and the two proceeded to stand in front of the store looking in my direction. After awhile they went inside and stood where they put they carts, looking out the glass. I definitely felt that if I would have tried to have gone into the store, I would have been denied entry. I will admit that I was extremely upset. I never once used profanity or disrespectful words towards that man. A fellow shopper even was calling 911 because she did not know what was going on, just that I was extremely upset. When she approached me she was talking to 911. Confirming what happened and to make sure that I didn't need medical assistance. The call was canceled. read more

I'm a little torn between 3 and 4 stars here, primarily because of the photo printing service, which I have recently tried to use several times. After getting sick of the terrible quality photos and inconsistent availability at CVS, I decided not to get photos printed there anymore and to try Target. Printing from my phone using the one hour service is not as easy as I would like, though the Kodak app in store is pretty cool. From a big picture perspective though, I want to know what the heck Target is thinking with how they have organized their photo services. The photo envelopes are left out on the counter so anyone could take or look through your photos. And there don't seem to be very many employees who know what is going on with the photo services. The ones who do are great, and the ones who don't are still very nice. But it's a little underwhelming if this is your primary reason for going. Quality. This was my major driver for leaving CVS. Well, let's just say both stores use Kodak printers and I'm not impressed. The quality is meh - sometimes visibly pixelated, sometimes cropping funny even if the photo was already the proper dimensions, sometimes issues with the color balance. The prints are better than CVS but not by much. As for the rest of the store, it is generally clean and well stocked. The employees are generally helpful (with the occasional exception, but we all have days like that). Overall it's a nice store but if they're going to tout photo printing as something they do, they need to improve the quality of the prints and the set up. read more

Big fan of this Target. Though the Eastern Hills location is closer to home, this Target often has more stock that Transit does not. The things I love about Target are infinite. But I do have a couple of complaints about this specific location: -Parking is a nightmare (actually navigating Consumer Square in general is a nightmare) -Being asked if I can be helped or if I'm looking for something by every single employee on the floor!!! No, that's not my confused face- it's my befuddled or overwhelmed face but not confused! It's a pet peeve of mine when retail employees are overzealous about asking customers if they need help. I know they are coached to do this and probably get yelled at if they don't, but If I need help, I can find you by your red shirt!! read more

My friends know that when I come to town, this is on the list of places I need to make pilgrimage to. In fact, they often drive me here, leave and come back in a few hours. I know that Toronto's getting our very own Target's in a year or two (argh why so long!?), but I would be amazed if they will have the selection or prices that Target USA offers. This location had the best pharmacy I've ever been too! Good pharmacies are very hard to come by. There are bad ones, decent ones, and the exceptional ones which are hard to come by. As far as Target stores go this is your average Target store. This particular store is in a great location on Niagara Falls Blvd. It's a one stop shopping kind of place. There are other store such as Best Buy, Bed Bath and Beyond, and Lowes. Go there on a weekend and parking may be a challenge but that wouldn't surprise anyone. The Target staff that work at this pharmacy location is phenomenal. My insurance can be a pain and the staff has alway been patient and helped me figure it out. Not only are they patient but are genuinely nice. They care about the customers coming to the pharmacy. They are also excellent at answering any questions that you may have. I live about 15 minutes away and have pharmacies within a few minutes from me but I go out of my way to go to this Target because of the pharmacy. It's worth it. read more

This is my favorite Target location because it has the most selection. I worked here in the past many years ago and they always received the most stock out of all the area stores because it's so much busier than the others. However, along with it having the most selection it is also the craziest location to go into. The parking lot gets insane around the holidays and the weekends. They often run out of carts during busy times and the fitting rooms have a line to get into. i have to admit, i was fascinated when i saw the number of five star reviews of a chain store so i stopped in last time passing through the area to confirm my suspicion, there's nothing particularly special about this location. It's a target store, same endless aisles of imported junk. Like every target i've been too, it's bright, clean, well organized, and the staff was fine (i'll even second a previous reviewer's friendly). But it looks like every other target i've been to, and has in my opinion has the substantial downside of a location that is perpetually congested. Which raises a question in my mind to the many other reviewers who gave this location a five star review. Is it five stars when compared only to other target locations. Or is this particular location really one of the best shopping experiences you've had in Buffalo? I thought the whole point of yelp was to crowd source local knowledge and find businesses, restaurants and shopping experiences that are the exact opposite of Target - a chain store that carries near identical inventory to every other chain store they compete against? Isn't the whole point of the chain store experience predictability and uniformity in your shopping experience and the point of yelp to find something local and better? Or did you all mean to let yelpers in Cleveland and Syracuse know that when they swing though Buffalo, their Targets are inferior and they should check this location out? Am I missing something here? This is one of my favorite Target locations. The staff is helpful and friendly and the store is kept clean and stocked. There is one downfall: the parking lot. I'm not going to take stars away on the review, since it's the poor planning of the plaza, but do note that this plaza is a nightmare to drive through. If you're heading to Target, I suggest parking in the Babies 'R Us lot and taking the short walk over. It will save you a lot of hassle and stress! Also, in regards to all Target stores, it's totally worth it to sign up for their Red card. It's the Target debit card that links to your bank account. Every time you use the card, you get 5% off of your total purchase. It's almost tax free shopping! Totally worth it! (There is a credit card as well that works the same way.) read more

This is a very nice, spacious, and clean Target, one of the ones I'd sort of call an "upscale" Target, if any of them really can be defined as such. Came here yesterday to register our wedding with Brad. Note: This review is based only on the wedding registry experience! I thought this was great! The scanner was perfect and so easy to use. I noticed a lot of things cheaper when registering at Target than at Macy's. Something I did wish, was that they would have a magazine of things I could register for that were off season (fondue pot) I can easily do it online though. I would definitely recommend doing this! read more
