I waited a reasonable time at the pharmacy and the pharmacy staff did a great job constantly scanning the people waiting to make sure everyone was being take care of. When it was time to pick up my script, the pharmacist (an older gentlemen), very loudly admonished me, from behind the counter and a plexiglass-shield, for not wearing a mask. Trying to shame me. I'm vaccinated, I don't have Covid. This was totally uncalled for, unprofessional and inappropriate. If you have something to say with concerns regarding my health, be discrete, don't ever loudly and publicly shame a patient.

This is a 24/7 operation. These guys offer up opinions, which have been very useful in the past, based open their product knowledge. There are other places that offer cheaper co-pays, and you can have them. Rite Aid, midnight shift, is all I'll deal with right now. Added note- one of them questioned a 'scrip that I was picking up. It was for my daughter who was in her third trimester of pregnancy. Turns out there was a class action filing against the manufacturer of this commonly used drug that HAS THE POTENTIAL to cause pulmonary hypertension in newborns. Baby is fine. Daughter did not take the suggested drug. Thank You Rite Aid.

You can even get medications that have to be compounded. With that being said, they require a 48 hours notice for a refill on compounded meds. We have to refill Omeprazole for our Pomeranian mix every 30 or so days, but it's hard to tell exactly when to order 48 hours in advance because it's a liquid and it's hard to tell when it will run out. It's also tecommeded to discard after 30 days.
