This store has really lost it. The managers are not managers they are children with gratification of authority. They have no training and its a bunch of chickens with their heads cut off they dont know the policy they stick to thier own ways of how they want to do it. They say its the rules but show nothing of proof that it actually says what they claim as true facts. they dont care about the customer they talk to you like they are cops and act like you stole something because u dont have a receipt question u instead of a simple solution. Of yes i can or No i cannot. Then they change it by the way u look because 1 day i went looking like a bum &was refused then i go normal and oh Hi yes yes of course. Bipolar moods swinging weirdos. I cannot. They are not people they are power tripped robots acting like they are enforcing a law. HORRIBLE. I tried to return something that I did not have a receipt for, and despite the USPCS matching with what they had, they would not accept it. The real issue here, is that on the phone I was told I could return it no receipt just fine, while obviously that was untrue. I am really disappointed in this location because of this. read more

Tons of out-of-stocks...this is Sunday, the busiest shopping day of the week and the aisles are filled with pallets of merchandise making it impossible to get around. Watch what you are charged very closely at this store. I was shopping here weekly for some groceries but not anymore. I've had too many items where the shelf price hasn't been updated and you are charged more at check out. Not a few cents but ~25 cents or more on some items. Soup, bottled tea, sports drinks, frozen dinners, ice cream bars, candy, cheese, dental floss, etc. If you bring it to their attention they will adjust your order, but they still won't update the shelf price. Since I have to stick to a budget with money being tighter now, I don't shop here anymore. read more

I've only been to this Wal-mart once, but I have been to lots of other Wal-marts, so I definitely have a set standard for how they should be. This one did not meet my standards. It wasn't very clean, and a little trashy. I wasn't expecting the clientele to be so low-class, considering the area it is in, so that was a surprise. It seemed like a much smaller location than the other ones I'm used to, and I had a hard time finding what I needed because the merchandise was messy and unorganized. I'm glad I don't usually frequent this area, because this would not be my Wal-mart of choice. read more

Walmart will always give me anxiety. It's too big, too cluttered/disorganized, and the majority of their products are cheap, and not in a good way. However, they do carry a lot of national brands of quality products, that just happen to be cheaper because of the scale of economy that Walmart can accomplish. And that is why I occasionally find myself here. National brands of things like toiletries (sunscreen, toothpaste, etc), cleaning products, and other non-perishable and non-wearable items are worth braving the anxiety inducing chaos that is inherent to all Walmarts. Beyond that cheap is cheap here; their store brands and clothing/shoes are pretty rough in quality and the savings just don't justify wasting your money on those items. This store is newer so it is a little less claustrophobic than other older stores, and it is fairly clean which is a plus. Employees seemed nice too. But, for big box stores like this, my heart will always belong to Target. read more

A good friend of mine passed away a few weeks ago (cancer), and his widow needed some help with her car. The battery was dead and needed replacement. My friend bought the previous battery at our local Walmart, so that's where we went to replace it. After jump starting her car we grabbed a few tools and headed over. While trying to remove the old battery, I found the terminals corroded and stuck to the terminals -- I was struggling to remove them. The Walmart employee (Calan), even though the Auto Center was closed for the day, he delayed going home for the evening and came over to help. He pulled the car into a bay, removed the old, put in the replacement, and had us on our way very quickly. I HIGHLY recommend this Walmart Auto Center, and especially the very helpful and professional Calan. Walmart is lucky to have this young man. read more

This applies to their auto service department: Their two year battery lasted not even three years, which is apparently 2-3 years less than it should. After two years there is no proration. And they don't offer any batteries with longer warranties. They replaced the battery fairly promptly, however THEY BROKE THE BATTERY TRAY/CLAMP AND DIDN'T HAVE THE INTEGRITY TO FIX IT OR EVEN TELL ME. Must be the same types that work at the awful Brakes Plus close by on County Line. Figured it just be easier and quicker to Gorilla Glue the tray/clamp rather than waste time going back and likely arguing. So far the Gorilla Glue is holding. Really pathetic when mechanics break things on cars, and then don't even have the professionalism to fix it or own up to it. read more

This Walmart is disgusting. Every time we come, it's always trashed, dirty and unorganized. Pallets are always everywhere. Soft lines always is ransacked with clothes all over the floor. Grocery is never clean. You have to always dodge empty pallets and trash to get through. How does this store manager still have a job? read more

I called about a bike purchase I had made online for store pickup. The guy in electronics was extremely rude and low class. He was clearly angry when I requested to have the bike assembled (as promised when ordered) he ended up mumbling something before hanging up on me, so, so rude! I called back and Mariah answered. I asked to speak to the store Manager, and She said they did not have a store Manager and became nosey as to why I would make such a request. She said it was her job ro screen calls. She too ended the conversation rudely before hanging up on me! I never did get to speak to a Manager. I suppose I will only accomplish this in-person. What a joke! Goodness, this store is big. I come with a list every time, and every time I walk out having forgotten something. Pro: Walmart sells decent pants for men in extended sizes. Con: The men's pants section is always in total disarray. It's a typical Walmart store with typical Walmart store problems. Don't have high expectations. read more

Worst customer service ever. I went to make a return the line was about 10 people. There was two people working. There was a problem with a return the employee said she would have to call manager. BUT instead of calling one she taped a box and stapled paper. After 5 minutes she called a manager she came over then said she had to talk to store manager for a no receipt no id return. The manager comes over approves I asked if someone else could help. She said yes someone was coming. NO one ever came, after another 20 minutes I finished return. No thanks for waiting never called anyone to help. Money orders take so long vs a return instead of having them in one line the both were doing one when I left. Stopped by for a oil change, no one attempted service door,had to go inside to find someone. After longer then nirmal checking he told me 40 minutes for an oil change. At the fast lane checkout, the cashier (old woman) stupidly put 2 cartons of eggs, etc. in one bag (it was heavy! no commonsense at all) and I immediately took another bag to pack 1 carton in each bag. She objected. Then when I was getting out of the store, the bell rung (she tipped off the security guard) to check my bags!! They found nothing. VERY BAD!! Every time I call this store nobody answers. It rings for 5 minutes and hangs up. Every single fucking time. Their customer service is horrible too. I got a money order and then realized I didn't need it. Then I went to go cash it 30 minutes later, and they said they can't cash it for 48 hours! What the hell kind of system is that?! I have taken my car there numerous times for an oil change. The last two visits, they have left my cars window down. I spoke to them again today about this and told them to not put my windows down. Again when picking up my car the window was down. It is extremely frustrating to repeatedly having my car left open to anyone walking around. Will not be taking my car back!!! read more

Overall I am just not a Walmart fan. This one is the closest one and it serves a purpose, which I'm greatful for, but it's not what I would call a pleasant place to shop. It seems like there are always lines and the cashiers are not very fast - even in the "fast" lanes. And, the people there seem to not know where they are going and move very slowly trying to figure it out. I much prefer the Super Target which is closer to home, but this seems to be the only place that has the liquid antacid in original flavor, maximum strength, which my cat needs. (Yes, it's weird, but it's part of his meds after surviving kidney failure.) Other stores have the regular strength, but the maximum allows me to give him less and get the same result. read more

******DON'T BUY ELECTRONICS FROM THIS STORE****** We received a tablet for x-mas, and it stopped working about 45 days later. It was purchased online from walmart.com, so I called the local store to see about an "exchange" not a "return". The manager was adamant that they will only do this 15 days after purchase. I find it amazing considering their major competition including Sam's Club will take exchanges and even provide refunds way down the road on all items purchased. This is why I have always recommended not to buy electronics from Walmart, and I stand by this. Had home delivery today. The driver refused to bring my order into the house. Have had at least 30 other delivery's that the driver put in our kitchen. Had a terrible experience with IRENE. A elderly lady working as a cashier. Took my mom and I 25 minutes to get through her line with two people in front of us. She then went on to over charge and show great confusion when scanning our vegetables. Irene should NOT be a cashier. read more

I called into this Walmart trying to get in touch with the individuals at the photo/print center. I was directed to the operator who put me on hold twice after I told her who I needed to speak with. Then she tried to put me through to the photo center 3 different times and still no answer. I gave up and will go somewhere else from now on.
