Ok this is more of an update to my comment below the change in rating is because it's not a store…read moreissue but a corporate greed issue. After painlessly investigating why the service is so bad here I've come to realize it's not truly the store itself but Corporate, I use the analogy it's not the waitress but the cooks themselves, I've been soo frustrated with this store because I winter in AZ and never have a problem but I also notice that they tend to have more staff in Az at any given time. Obviously corporate cuts in Colo giving minimal staff for a high-volume store. Not only does the pharmacist have to give Vaccines which takes a while but also filling RX, unfortunately leaving the pharmacist stretched thin. Then they have only one other person to do the drive up, the front desk and stock RX for patients in the bin leaving NO ONE to answer the phones. In order to rectify this situation, it HAS TO START with corporate because I guarantee you that if a med error happens Corp. will throw the pharmacist under the bus.

I was told to give it 3-5 days for compounding but it is scheduled to ship on Monday. It wasn't delivered to the post office until Tuesday, wasn't accepted by the post office until Thursday, and not delivered until Saturday in a postal unit box in 90+ temps. When I opened the packaging, the ice packs were very hot along with the semaglutide being as hot. The packaging had even been crushed. I explained this in the text message conversation and was told to call so they could better assist me. The only assistance I got was a cocky young lady in pharmacy who told me a story about how someone locked theirs in a trunk for 7 days and the efficacy was acceptable. It just reduces the life of the product. This after we've been consistently told to keep it refrigerated. I'm frustrated because they want us to reach out to our politicians so they can continue to make such products and then treat their customers very poorly!!!! When I suggested that maybe I should go back to brand name, she responded, "Ok, bye!" I'm not paying these prices for reduced life of product. It isn't cheap.

I searched out independent pharmacies when I moved to this area and came upon Elite Pharmacy. They are wonderful! It's just a little family owned operation, it's exactly what I was looking for. They fill your prescriptions in 5 minutes or less and are very friendly. Dewey is the pharmacists, he's pretty cool, he's never to busy to bulshit with the customers. Very knowledgeable and takes the time to answer any questions or concerns you might have. Then there's a few other girls that work there, not sure if they are all pharmacists or pharmacy techs but one of them is pretty cute...her name is Hannah. This pharmacy will also deliver meds to your house at no extra cost and their meds are crazy CHEAP! I don't have insurance so I know what meds cost cash price generally, at least the ones I get on reg basis. One prescription I get cost me 67.89 at The Walgreens and here it cost exactly 20 bucks! Every med I get is significantly cheaper here! Give this place a try!!!! You won't be disappointed!!!
