We stopped in here on the way to Henderson for a quick purchase and bathroom run. OhMyGosh! This is one of the cleanest WalMarts I have ever seen. The Front-End was spotless. The Customer Service area wasn't congested and the Bathroom was super clean as well. Kudos to Management for ensuring the store cleanliness is in order as that is a part of overall service. The staff I interacted with was all super nice and hap smiling faces. Even better, the shelves were all stocked. None of the ailed or racks were empty which is something I haven't seen in a WalMart in a very long time. This was a very pleasant experience and has raised the bar for store cleanliness. read more

They are always stocking bad products. They do have some good items, but the majority of their items are cheap garbage.

If you're having a good day and want to be mad and want to leave. Go to this Walmart. They'll make your day awful guaranteed. I bought a candle here and left it at the register and I came back with the receipt and they said they could not give it to me. I literally came back 5 minutes later. Great deals, no crowds, quick service, and pleasant browsing. 5 stars Walmart is usually crowded with long lines unless you go late at night. This Walmart was perfect! I got some cute tank tops for $1-$2, more clothing clearance deals, every day house items I needed, and a few groceries. There were a lot of clearance items in the gardening section. I recently placed numerous on line orders to pick up at the tower inside this SUPERCENTER. I am without a vehicle and rely on local bus transportation, a friend, or a family member. Today on November 30th, 2018, Judy helped me retrieve 4 on line orders placed. She was kind and friendly. I also had an old watch battery replaced at the jewelry department. After that I found all my needed groceries there. Since it is Christmas season, the Wal-Mart Supercenter was extremely busy. I used the self check out with the help of another helpful employee and was able to make it back home just in time for a hair appointment. This Wal-Mart Supercenter offers a plethora of services from banking, Supercuts, vision center, automobile, gasoline, etc. I am also especially satisfied with their application and on line ordering. The staff is friendly, no complaints on customer service, but I must say the condition of the store is not what I would consider to be up to WalMart standards and that is not saying much. The bathroom was filthy, aisle floors needed attention and shelves did not seem to be stocked very well last time I was there. They definitely are adhering to COVID standards, keep job on that front. Have used the grocery curbside pickup many times. Often times seem to be "out of stock" on multiple items, which I don't fully buy, as those times never seem to be out of stock in the store. Still, cheap prices, which we put up with lower standards to save a few bucks. read more

Walmart in general is a dive- every one I have gone to is pretty much the same- the bathrooms are dirty, the employees- for the most part are miserable and wouldn't know good customer service if it slapped them in the face, the prices are oftentimes cheaper than other retail stores (Target), and there are always ppl out front asking for money. I shop at Walmart here in Hopkinsville b/c there aren't many other options and I am not driving to TN (where the sales tax is MUCH higher to buy something at Target). I wish Walmart and it's employees would take some pride in the place and clean it up and act like they aren't working in a hellhole. When I go, I try to make it there in the early morning before the crazies get up. I love good ppl watching but sometimes I would rather just get in and out w/o thinking where the hell am I?!! read more
