I specifically requested a puppy cut which they did good on, and a simple sanitary trim, but his belly was shaved down to the point where his skin is exposed. He had zero matting or knots, so this extreme shave was entirely unnecessary. He came home constantly licking his irritated belly. To add to that, he had some uneven shave marks. I came to say hi on my break because it was his first time and I wanted to check in (don't judge he's my baby) when I came in to see him he was bleeding from his legs and paws, split a dewclaw in half and was covered in drool (one of his stress responses) the staff then told me he was moved to the other building because he climbed on top of the crate he was in. he filed down all his nails trying to get out of the crate/kennel they had him in. he was brought outside on a leash only. he was not able to free roam or play with other dogs. I guess doggy daycares here are different from where I am from because for me a doggy daycare is a place dogs can run around and not be in a cage all day. hence why I brought him there. I will never be bringing him back and I hope to find a place that will actually take care of him while I'm at work and not lock him in a crate. if you're comfortable with paying for your dog to be locked up all day, don't hesitate to bring them here but if you're looking for a place for your dog to run around and have fun with other dogs this is not the place. The staff was very friendly and sent 3 pictures of him while I was working. they were all very kind. I'm just confused on what their job is if they aren't watching the dogs in their care. this was all easily preventable.

The front desk technician (I'm sorry I forgot your name) being one of the most helpful medical professionals I've ever worked with, and Dr. Dayton was so kind, understanding and easy to work with, clearly explaining what she recommended and talking with me to brainstorm what it could be.
