I do not recommend delivery. They take forever and if you want them to come within two hours it is a $10 service fee. Tonight, I saw someone drive up, not approach the door, and leave. The person called and left a message telling me that if I didn't call him back, he would return the items to the store. I called back and the phone number just hung up on me. I tried to text, no answer, I called customer service, no help at all. The items that I needed for my granddaughters picnic tomorrow were returned to the store. The most horrible service ever. If I had Target close by, I would use Target they're great about it. They normally deliver within two hours with no extra charge. If I could give no stars, that's what they'd get. read more

This Walmart does a relatively great job with keeping their inventory stocked. It's in a convenient location and the parking lot, though packed a lot, makes for great parking. And even then, you know, it's Walmart and the only one in Kinston so you should expect that. The cashiers are friendly here. They close at 12 AM so be advised. I haven't heard of any conflicts appearing in the parking lot in my many times there. They have self service by both entrances, with registers in-between them. read more

This Walmart discriminates against people of color as if only African American steal and no one else they follow you around the store and don't ask you if you need help just slowly sneaks behind you and follow you until you get to the register then the lady that checks receipt will stop you on the count of someone was follow to make sure you paid for all your item by looking though all your bags I never felt my business was appreciated shopping here and I spend between $100-$500 every visit I recently bought my daughter a iPad from this Walmart in November 2019 it was defective and Walmart should have a policy for selling something soo expensive with no refund policy only a contact Apple as if we didn't just purchase this item and didn't get a chance to register it with Apple because it was defective first day read more

This Wal*mart is my favorite to shop at (yes, I have a favorite Wal*mart) because it's hardly ever "busy". It's nice to be able to go into a popular store, find everything you need (and some of what you don't) without the hassle of fighting for a parking space, engaging in a battle-of-the-carts at every isle-way turn and being able to check-out at a relatively quick speed. Terrible location. You will not get any help here!!! Employees don't know anything. Anytime you ask them for help they try to find someone else who in turn doesn't know the answer or it's no one anywhere to be found and always out of things... it's like no one does there stock read more

This store is horrible! The shelves are rarely stocked, the produce sits there rotten with flies all over it, and expiration dates on food that is way past date. I would rather go spend more money on one item somewhere else than buy it cheaper here. read more

I stopped at this Walmart for some supplies during a road trip and I was pleasantly surprised. The employees were friendly, the aisles were easy to navigate and items were generally in stock. Where I live, I am not used to a Walmart with beer/wine and I was able to stock up (good prices) and I am also not used to a fast check out. While there was a slight issue at the cash wrap, a manager quickly handled it and we were on our way. read more
