In every order I receive (or don't), something is missing, something I would never order is included (necessitating the return process which has its own problems), requested substitutes are not chosen, the app can show the delivery driver as being across the street from my home, but the order is never delivered. My list could go on and on. I am beginning to seriously rethink my Walmart + membership. Walmart's grocery delivery cannot match Instacart's. Fortunately, I am not too price-conscious to avoid the use of Instacart. Especially since I often have to use it after receiving a botched Walmart order. I rarely shop in person, but when I have shopped in the LaVale Walmart, the store is clean and well stocked. But, have you ever attempted to call Walmart's customer service?? It's always odd when you see a Wal Mart attached to a mall. But I suppose in order to keep the mall alive, you have to do what you have to do. Thankfully this mall is the anchor at a part of the mall where there isn't much around. Allowing it to kind of take over the concourse to put items that are on clearance right there for people to browse. Even though they were able to do that doesn't outshine the fact that this is Wal Mart. Crowded as can be, items not stocked, and what is up with the way almost every store is set up differently now? I mean do they like to confuse us? I'll never come around to Wal Mart, I have been soured by them in the past. read more

Love this Walmart , I am from PA and I travel down here to Walmart a good bit . Larger Walmart in my opinion, very nice staff and always have the shelves stocked , clean store , they do great monitoring people coming and going during the pandemic . Walmart is all we have in the area for a lot of products. This is a store with good selection. The store feels safe and clean. I like shopping here as they carry almost everything one should need. The employees I know there seem to like working there. read more

I love this place. Whenever we go camping in the area, we stop here. Where else can you get a pedicure, a haircut and clearance items. The store is huge. I love the food selections. I have found cute clothing items. There is a decent amount of camping items. read more

The bathrooms in the front are always being cleaned. The only time ive actually been able to go to the bath room was twice. They need to pick a specific time to clean it. They could also have more people on registers during the more busy times of the day. Bring back Jane's Crazy Mixed read more

PLEASE bring the cashiers back!!!!! I do not work for you so I shouldn't have to ring up my own items at checkout. With the amount of cashiers you did keep, it takes almost 30 minutes in order to check out. Self checkout is extremely difficult if you are trying to watch a small child (either keeping them safe inside a basket or making sure no one takes them) or your purse and in today's world, both of those are a must. The people in the automotive department are some of the nicest people I've met! After getting stranded 13 hours from home with a flat and a busted spare (long story), they got me all set and ready to head out fast! And they were all so, so kind. I'm not usually a big fan of Walmart as the ones where I live are less than stellar, but this location and this group of guys really exceeded expectations. read more

This is the busiest place in town. Groceries? Check. Tires, toys? Check and check. Electronics, clothing, home goods? Check, check, check. The produce department isn't my favorite -- sometimes fruit is too ripe or too dinged for my taste. Grocery prices are markedly better than the nearby grocer chain, particularly for shelf goods and dairy. Use the self-checks to avoid the typically long lines. One of the biggest downsides to coming here is the parking lot -- it's crowded, crazy and cars are just parked everywhere, spot or not. My advice is just to park at the end of the aisle and walk. read more

Clean store, ample parking, nice wide aisles, basically everything you'd want in a big box store. McDonalds inside, but store is also connected to the mall, so there are other options if you're hungry. read more

Overall, the store is usually low on stock and employees are nowhere to be found. The idea of forced self checkout comes from corporate but is one of the many things that says Walmart has no clue what customer service is. Too many goods from China and the quality of the merchandise lately shows it. read more

I know Wal-Mart uses sweatshop labor to keep their prices down, but DAYUMN are they low, low, low! I do all my shopping here.
