My 2015 Audi Q7 started making a terrible noise as if something was dragging under the vehicle. I was in a pretty remote area by myself with my vehicle packed to the gills with the contents of my son's dorm room. I was lost on a back road following directions to a gas station when a friendly mom waiting at a bus stop for her child suggested I make my way to Love's. It was a stressful 6 mile drive, but I am very grateful for her advice! I arrived at Love's in a stressed state, thinking that I was about to need to call AAA, get towed, unload the entire contents of the vehicle, and maybe stay in a hotel as I was over 2 hours from home. I walked in and asked the first person I saw if there was a mechanic available. Almost immediately, there were 3 employees around me, chatting, asking about what was going on, being supportive, and calling back to Brandon who came to my aid right away. It was clear that there is a policy at Love's that the service department is intended for truck drivers/18 wheelers. It was also clear that Love's employees have the autonomy to help a person in need of help if the situation permits. It took them about 60 seconds to decide to help me. Brandon's only condition was that I remove any Taylor Swift CDs from playing before he checked out the car. This lightened the mood! Brandon checked out my tires, took the car for a short drive in the parking lot, and looked under the hood. He determined that one of my tires was likely slightly misaligned and that the extra load from the dorm contents was causing the tread to hit differently and therefore make this noise. He said that his professional advice (and the advice he would give to his wife/kids) would be to head home, despite the noise, and have the alignment checked within a week or so. He also said that the noise would possibly stop at some point on my drive as the vehicle gradually adjusted to the load. This all turned out to be true! I am home safely, the dorm contents have been unloaded, and I'm about to call my local mechanic to take a look at the alignment. Everyone in this store clearly aligns (no pun intended) with the values that you share on your website: Clean Places, Friendly Faces in each location across the country, every day. The Love's difference is a dedication to treating each other like family and taking care of each other.

Signage to get off the highway was good with directional on the ramp. The business also has significant signage on the business. Pump area was clean and no issues gassing up. There was wash & towels. The trash was within its boundaries in the can. Once inside it was a standard layout. I used the restroom and found the Men's room clean. The store was organized and spic & span. I utilized the ordering kiosk to put in an order for my breakfast croissant. Its easy to use. Within 10 minutes my egg, cheese and bacon was ready. The checkout was easy and staff was great! She smiled and had nice small talk. Easy 4 and recommend this store and the chain.

It was a little off the highway I was traveling on, which I think made the gas price a little more competitive than the ones right off the exit. It was pretty busy which made me feel safe as a solo-female traveler. The bathrooms were clean enough. The convenience section offered a wide variety of snacks and drinks to choose from. I opted to get some hot food. I don't have a Sheetz in my area so it was a nice change from the Wawa menu, but I didn't really think the food was any better. I've come across several die-hard Sheetz fans who always swore I would find Sheetz to be a game-changer. It was fast, fried, and tasty. Overall it's a great spot to stop during your travels.

In terms of the location - it is off the beaten path but a good place to stop for gas or food before say heading to Pittsburgh, Bedford (back way), Frostburg etc. Many of the sheetz stores in this area have been remodeled, made bigger, updated- but this location still has the early 90's feel to it with modest upgrades that space allows. In terms of the food I've had it all at this location - subs, shakes, salads, sandwiches, apps, etc. All of which have been made well and quickly. Their staff is the best of the local Sheetz stores, and really in terms of food execution, second to none. When I get a meatball with cheese, the cheese is UNDER THE MEATBALLS so when it's wrapped the paper doesn't pull off the cheese. Other Sheetz stores struggle with the concept. Lifelong customer. And it will stay that way.

I did have a few of their fries, and they were great. Not quite skinny enough to be "shoestring", but definitely skinnier than, say, McDonalds fries. Hot and fresh, perfectly lightly salted. Bottom line: This Sheetz was not as much of a showy-showy as some bigger, snazzier Sheetz I've been told about. So I will eventually try to stop at one of the new Sheetz that are popping up all over Columbus, Ohio, then I'll have a better grasp on this chain. Till then, I'm definitely sticking with Wawa when traveling!!

I arrived at 4:10PM and paid and alerted I was an online order. The order wasn't prepared and then attitude was given to me for asking. So then- 10min went by and I still stood there. THE OBJECT OF THE ORDER VIA APP IS TO GET THE ITEMS UPON ARRIVAL - AND HOPEFULLY WITHIN A HALF HOUR TIMEFRAME! This Sheetz is by far, the WORST location in the tri-state of not the mid-Atlantic region. Manager should be ashamed.

Roger, the owner of this place, came out and took a look under my car, and started working on it immediately, and after 2 hours, my car was back to normal. And the price was really good. Last time I had the same issue, I fixed it in Baltimore, and they charged me 3 times more than this place did, and I think it is the same location too. Roger took out my exhaust pipe and welded it really nicely, and he even said he could have done better job fixing it but he didn't have the right pipe for it. I really appreciate his honesty, and if I ever have any more trouble with my car (knock on wood), I will be driving to this place, even though it is 2 hours away!!!!!

You can NOT get most prescriptions filled in less than 2 days which is unheard of. Constant…read morepartial refills, constant changing of manufactures of the medications and not all are equal, and constantly running back up there because for some reason they do not fill all your medications at once, and staff that will argue with you because they can not add correctly. They are not even that busy! No matter how much you communicate about a specific prescription and follow their directions you will still not get the correct one. Staff are nice, but there are some major issues with this pharmacy. Not the store itself, but the pharmacy. Even after a couple years of mistakes YEARS that is right I finally talked to the pharmacy manager and she was not the best at managerial interactions with the people that have been having the issues. She just made excuses. Acted like the she really did not care if we went to another pharmacy. Out of pure frustration I called Walgreens Corporate and they did contact the pharmacy, however issues still exist. One after the other. At this point I am leaving and looking for another pharmacy. Almost 3 years of pharmacy hell. I just will not longer give any corporation my money because they do not care!
