The service wasn't good at the older location, no wonder why they switched to a smaller place. When I first started going (because I wanted to support a small business), it was definitely a little uncomfortable, mainly because one time when I was there, the cashier was looking for my prescriptions after I said my name and spelled it for her, and she still then from looking for the medications asked me out loud to tell her the medicine name and my doctor's name- what the hell? Continuing on for most of the time I was going to the older location, the employees did gossip a lot when there were other customers and made sure to take their time and be unhelpful to customers. Also, each time I went there, they said my insurance doesn't cover any of my meds- no proof, no nothing- so you know you'll be ripped off and lied to. I tried to file a complaint with the main store about the Frostburg one, and the lady who answered the phone acted like she couldn't hear me, imitated bad static reception sounds and hung up. I will never support this business and will gladly let everyone else know to go elsewhere.
