Here they've divided the store into sections. One side antique, the other side thrift. The antique side is a nicely curated display of antiques that seem to give that Texas feeling. There's a huge assortment of old cameras I always like looking through. They have some guns and swords, lots of signs, taxidermy, silver plate stuff, old and new bar tap handles, and one old typewriter that I've taken a liking to. My only issue here is that the prices do seem a bit too high. For example with the typewriter, which may need some kind of repair to be functional, so I think the $75 price tag is too much. The thrift side is much less nicely decorated. It feels just like a thrift store and flows like a Goodwill. Some of the items are actually "new old stock". There's a small bookshelf, a bunch of decor and such, some cabinetry for a workshop, and plenty more to peruse. The prices on this side are much more reasonable. Even cheaper than Goodwill in most cases. If nothing else, a trip here is worthwhile because it feels a lot like visiting a museum, except that it's one you can buy stuff from.

As a bit of a lifelong closeted fantasy and pop culture fan, I love that this store has come along. I just wish it had been around when I was a teen. This store (and any location, really) is fully loaded. I'm going to let this review be taken over by a huge list here that still doesn't capture everything. - tarot and oracle decks and books - spellbooks, metaphysical, witchcraft, runes - goblets, mugs, candles, sage, palo santo, incense, wind chimes, crystals - buttons, pins, keychains, jewelry, stickers - vinyl and CDs, used and new, and players - musical instruments (ukuleles, guitars, and more) - t-shirts, hats, backpacks, and socks - pop toys, squish mallows, stuffed animals - audio books and movie DVDs - majority of the store is books of all kinds - always worth a look at the clearance section - puzzles, board games, tabletop trading card games like MTG and Pokemon - children's toys, Legos, Nerf, action figures - calendars, planners, journals, inspirational wall hangings - manga, anime, comics (DC, Marvel, and more) - video games for all systems current and past - Fred and Kikkerland knickknacks - mystery mini boxes, pouches, gaccha collectibles - antique/linen postcards - fantasy dragon and fairy statues - fandom specific collectibles (Harry Potter, Disney, and more) The store seems in constant disarray simply from the fact that there is so much variety. Literally nothing is fully alphabetized, and asking someone to look up an item you're searching for is mostly pointless beyond them being able to tell you it's most likely "somewhere" in the store. This is my biggest gripe here. However, if you're accustomed to searching through piles of random objects at places like thrift stores and secondhand stores, you may enjoy going on the hunt at this store too. They buy an array of pre-owned items here too. But worth noting that if you sell here in the morning then realize you forgot something and come back, they will not buy from you again in the same day. They lose stars for that inconvenience factor, too. I would imagine that based on need, they will buy anything that they would sell. I've personally sold Magic the Gathering cards here before. Value given in store credit is higher than cash, but be prepared to feel ripped off either way. Prices on used items are decent, but on new it can often be huge compared to buying online ($60 vs $35 in one instance). This is otherwise a great store to burn time in reading and browsing.

This Bath & Body Works in Lubbock, TX, is located at the Canyon West shopping mall…read more The area is on the west side of Lubbock which has easy access and plenty of free parking. Other nearby stores are Target, Ulta, DSW Designer Shoe Warehouse, Kirkland's Home good store, and many more within a short drive or a long walk. For a while - not sure how long, but I really like the way B&BW has been putting out products like hand soap refills and hanging fragrance diffusers. I also appreciate the Buy Online Pick Up In Store option and no animal testing. Earlier in September 2025, my daughters and I enjoyed the Disney Villains Collection displays. There was a new-to-me concept for smelling their wallflower fragrances... the displays now have tester wallflowers with lids for you to pop open and inhale. Clever. Vintage vinyl, a new warm + woodsy fragrance, is a very curious scent. I'm a fan of all the friendly employees here. Very clean and organized.
