Armondo promised me my refund in 4 hours...it has been 10 hours and still nothing. I placed an order online, and walmart promissed me same day delivery if i ordered in 20 minutes. I did. Once the money was stolen, then walmart changed my delivery for another day. I immediately cancelled because i needed my items TODAY. I refuse to wait days to get my money back! If I have to wait after walmart rushed me to spend in 20 minutes and once i did changed the delivery date, I will spend every frre moment to copy and post this message in Google every single day. On 1/31/26 I placed a Walmart order online for delivery. On 2/1/26 Walmart charged my card for $58.58 this was a temporary hold. Now usually they adjust this charge for the total price of the purchase after delivery. In my case that didn't happen. They actually charged me again on 2/3/26 for $58.27, this makes a total of two charges in my account from Walmart. When I noticed I called my bank bcs the second charge put me in the negative. My bank explained that I needed to contact Walmart bcs they had charged me twice for an online order. I called Walmart and the first person I spoke with named David claimed that none of my information matched their system. I asked him how when the information provided was the same information Walmart used to provide me with updates about my order. I was transferred to a supervisor who then told me that if I looked on the app in charge history I'd see they charged a minimized authorized hold then adjusted it to the total purchase. I the explained that I could see that on the App but my Bank and online banking reflected different. That instead of them adjusting the charge they did it again, that the first charge was actually one cent higher than the total or the purchase. Joanna the supervisor said it would take 48hrs to fix my account and that they could provide me with an email to report this account. I told her I'd prefer to speak with someone. After a long debate she then gives me a number and tells me she cannot provide me with an email even though she originally requested that I emailed. I got the number she hung up. 2-14-2021 a pair of work boots said they where delivered by a guy named Zackory and they were not. I had a text message even saying he delivered it and it says there was a picture. There was no picture that Zackory had taken. He straight up stole my boots. He would not even answer his cell phone when the manager tried to call, and customer service. I would not want Zackory representing my delivery service or Walmart. Because of Zackory's dishonesty I will probably end buying my boots else were. I have plenty of time to make a purchase else where, because it will take Wal Mart 7 to 10 days to credit my account. There is no excuses Zackory, just poor decisions. I delivered for years. I'm currently standing at the deli and witnessed the girl slicing the meats not only rub her nose twice, but remove her mask and touch her ears while replacing the mask. She continued to slice meats, and handed them to a customer who was to distracted by her kids to see this. She proceeded to clean the slicer with the same gloves, spraying it and wiped it down. She then begins to slice more deli cheese and meat with the same gloves! She tugs her work vest, then continued handling food with her contaminated gloves. No name tag. read more

I was in checkout line 7 today 12-09-2021 a little after 11:00 AM the light was on lane when I got in line also was when the person behind me got in line. I waited in line for over 20 minute. When i was next in line they said line was closed and I would have to go to another checkout line. I had over $150.00 worth of groceries in my care had already put some on check out belt. I asked if that applies to me since I was their before she turned light off she told me yes. I just left my cart in the line and walked up to serve desk and told them what happened. Um do not go to this store if you can help it. I will never go here again. Had several bad experiences here, but tonight was the worst. So they lock everything up in automotive due to being a high crime area and I understand that. But what I don't understand is why I stood back there for 30 minutes, telling 5 associates that I needed to get a stereo adapter. And never got help. Each one would say,(I'll let a manager know). Very bad store. Been there three times since I moved in the area. Many of my items are in the wrong place. By that not by the right price. And I don't just mean one or two. But fully stocked stuff at the wrong place. Got a few items for my son. By where It was Highest cost item was $15. At register it was $40. Did not get. Another time when I did say something. Took about 15 min for a manger/supervisor to come. Had me show her where I got it. Saw a stocked shelf. And said barcodes don't match. And I had to pay the real price. Not what the price said right below the item. They are to lazy to stock right. I should not have to sit and compare the item to the price tag. It's there job to stock right. My husband came home, from visiting Walmart at the baseline location. Consequently, the details of his experience were concerning, as he utilized the self-checkout; with a new understanding of the logistics of registers operating on cards only. Nevertheless, this particular register did not highlight that information and he used the register and ran into some complications. He advised a worker of this and she had to involve a manager. The manager was notably frustrated with having to assist and exemplified it in interacting with my husband, as he felt bad that it bothered her and apologized for any inconvenience. She began to notably make him feel like he was a problem, and when he asked her name, she replied, "Kenya, you know like the continent, aggressively poking her chest out for him to read. Consequently, my husband is African American, and she is White American perceived this as a racial and condescending response. Times are hard, and food prices are evolving, I think this is a lack of cultural competent training due to the biggest of the customer populations being minorities. Also, Walmart is held at a higher standard, and this behavior did not reflect the mission I know Walmart to have about their customers.
