I would rather shop at the Locust Grove or Stockbridge Store or the Hudson Bridge Store. This store is constantly dirty with stock constantly missing. The parking lot is dirty as well. In my opinion this is a very busy Walmart for the amount of staff on hand which tells me they are maximizing profit by limiting labor. read more

This is easily the best Wal-Mart I have ever been to. I typically find Wal-Marts to be a headache, but it is obvious after coming here a couple of times that it is VERY well run. The employees all seem like they genuinely like their jobs, and they are quick to help you. I have been coming here for everything, whereas I used to go to Publix because I could not stand Wal-Mart. Very rude female in the bakery department and then I noticed a huge bug scampering across the floor....eww gross! Take my business elsewhere

At 7:30 on a Tuesday evening there were no checkout lanes available except self checkout. None of the employees could give an answer or reason on why. I asked where a manger was at and no one could tell me and not a single manager was in sight. Needless to say after 45 min we were finally able to be checked out and get our stuff in our car. Not quite sure what the problem was today, January 14, 2019 around 2:00 PM, but a lot of empty, sparsely stocked shelves. Frozen veggie section was maybe 40% stocked. Fresh produce section was very disappointing, Meat department looked very picked over....THEN the check out lines just added insult to injury. I counted 16 people standing in the self check out line. Decided to attempt employee manned check out line. Out of maybe 16 lanes, 5 were actually open. My cashier was kind and patient, but I could tell he/she was as stressed as I was. read more

Terrible service. Went for an oil change and tire rotation they had put wrong parts on my vehicle and the workers looked lost . I wouldn't recommend that anyone go here to get a simple oil change. The old saying you get what you pay for is so true. read more

Extremely poor customer service! Do NOT shop here! We took our car battery to the auto center to be replaced; we had to leave it there to be charged due to time constraints. When we returned they could not find the battery and after waiting for over half an hour without an update we asked what was going on and were ignored. When my husband attempted to speak to someone to let them know they needed to find our battery one of the workers called the police. My husband was not loud or threatening in any way. Stay far away from this awful awful store. read more

My son purchased a set of Samsung ear buds at the electronics counter. He had been saving up for several months. Upon purchase the box was placed in his bag and he went on to do his other shopping. At one point in the store he went to check the box but thought better of it knowing you shouldn't open up items in the store. When he got home the box was empty. We witnessed his disappointment and saw that the box had the seal broken. We have tried numerous ways to receive reimbursement and have not even had managers return calls. We were told that they believe the employee over the customer. We appreciate their loyalty to their workers, but the customer should have some recourse. I would advise against shopping in the electronic section of this Walmart. Obviously there is an issue of integrity and being able to ensuring their merchandise is not being stolen from within the store. We are extremely disappointed that a huge corporation that we have shopped at for years and never made any other claim would not to anything to help compensate for this. My son is out $160.....all he got was an empty box. read more

Walmart is years behind in Customer Service! I walked into the store with the intent to purchase a laptop using my walmart store credit card. When I got to the cashier, I realized that I did not have the card with me. I asked her if she will not be able to pull my card info in the system using my DL, to my surprise, she said no. I was in dismay and based on our conversation she seemed new, I asked to speak to a Mgr. Boy, I was wrong!. Mr Rasheem came over telling me to take off my ear phone so that I can hear what he has to say. "I'm telling you what you need to do" he said. Then he went on to tell me that he can not allow the item to leave the store without it being paid for. Was that what I was asking for? I was treated like a thief and felt humiliated, because what I was asking for is industry standard in most stores. Rasheem's attitude was very rude. read more

Whatever you do... Do not go to Walmart at this location. Lines are a minimum of 15 to 20 people deep and it took us 20 minutes to check out. We called the manager four times begging for more cashiers with no relief! They are definitely not staffed up for the Christmas season! Shame on them!!!! read more

The Walmart Tire Center is the worst. An hour and half for a tire rotation. Their is one clerk, who always is the worst. She apparently hates her job or position there and takes it out on everyone, it shows. I guess management dose care either. I tried to avoid if at all possible. I buy my tires at Walmart due to the savings, smaller tire chains or shops just can not compete with it's buying power. I realized long ago, you don't go to Walmart for customer service. Customer service is not a core value of Walmart, no need to complain it falls on deaf ears. read more

The employees are great, management really sucks. Worst thing about this store is the RUDE customers that frequent it. Yes, this is the store that got into heat about that thin blue line cake. What they didn't tell you was that the bakery was closed for the evening and the customer demanded the deli employees make it (which they weren't trained for. When the manager stepped in and did it the best he could, the bitchy customer went crazy and started a bunch of drama.) The manager who tried to make that customer happy was fired after over 20 years of working for the company. He was a really nice man who treated everyone with respect. If the customer had come earlier, the cake would have been made by trained bakers and no one would have ever heard of all that mess. Instead, a good man lost his job for trying to make a bitch happy. Since he's been gone, management has gone completely to shit and morale is at an all time low. Still a great store with great employees though. read more

I'm giving two stars because initially the phone was answered promptly...however i was transfered to the vision center and the phoned continuously rang! When someone finally decided to answer, she said "we don't have a doctor here, he closed his practice and we won't get another until two weeks". The customer service at this walmart is already CHALLENGED due to the limited amount of employees and the fact that this is one of the busier stores. One would think that they would want to have things running more smoothly...guess not!! Guys get staffed up and serve the community! read more
