This was an awesome place to stop for a quick grocery run. We went there because it was open late. It was so quiet and clean. The aisles were so wide and everything looked great. They had a bunch of different sections, including a bulk section! You could get by the pound nuts and sweets. I would shop here every time if I could! Stopped here after leaving a dental appointment (right next door) to pick up a few groceries! The store is so clean and the produce looked so fresh and I was able to find all the items I needed. The employees are very nice and friendly, located in a huge plaza with plenty of free parking. Will most definitely shop here again. read more

That visit wasn't indicative of the current service the first visit gave me a very rude and unpleasant attitude was basically ignored by the counter staff person who refused to look up though I was standing directly in front of her... the assistant manager finally after I beckoned him to ascertain where I should play the lottery and he said said exactly where I was standing and excused the employee who had basically acted as if I wasn't there stating the glass was thick...very oft putting to say the least read more

The deli food choices are good. One of the deli staff lacked customer service skills. I had to repeat the same Oder numerous times since she was preoccupied with ordering a pie from one of her friends standing at the counter instead of focusing on the sandwich she was making. This place has some of the best employees!! We do only go during the week after 7pm since it's incredibly busy & gets a little crazy inside. There have been some issues with quality control like the fruits & veggies aren't always the best. The prices are a tad higher on somethings but there is always some kind of deal. It's set up nicely, the Starbucks is at the front door & they do always have carts available inside so that's a plus! read more

Prices comparable to walmart meat pricing. Produce cost higher but some items didn't appear as fresh as they should be some items clearly were bad and should have been thrown out. The hot foods counter foods smelled good and looked fresh. Large store and it was clean. read more

I unfortunately only have 2 grocery stores available unless I have to McDonough, Ingles's in Jackson is the worst, if you buy produce it's bad in one day, I stood at the seafood department for 15 minutes no body cared to help, I asked the manager why don't they put a bell on the counter he said they wouldn't let him, I'm so discussed with this store I usually go to locust grove at least you can get fresh produce and food there I'll be so glad when I move from Jackson read more

This store is higher than all not .50 more $2 more I don't like how they price gauge on everything the gas at ingles is $4.99 when in atlanta it $4.10, last I went their they were only selling their higher gas saying they're didn't have regular or plus and I don't believe it they should be reported! We shop in Ingles in Brevard. It's the worst store I've ever shopped in. NO ONE that works there wears a mask, even in the Deli. All they carry now are laura lynn brand groceries, which are the worst ever. We shop in Hendersonville, choice of Publix, Harris Teeter, Fresh Market. Fabulous customer service. People are nice and helpful. Manager isn't off stocking shelves and ignoring what's going on in the store, like in Brevard. Also bathrooms are filthy in the Brevard store. It's worth the drive over there just to come home feeling good and not angry and upset, which is what I get just driving into the parking lot in Brevard. Where is their quality control? read more

I ALWAYS go to Ingles in Locust Grove that is a TOP NOTCH store, clean, friendly, helpful, and much much more to choose from. I work in Jackson and wanted a salad or sandwich for lunch. Wellllll to my surprise this was just sad on soooo many levels. The salad bar was just pitiful with selection which was basically lettuce, tomate, cucumber and cheese at 6.99 a pound. NOT! So I figured I would just get a sandwich, how hard can that be., and it was 4.98. The store in Locust Grove should be a training store for all other Ingles. Hats off to the entire team at Locust Grove, you should be very proud of all the work you put into this store!!!!!!!!!!!!!! And ladies and gents in the deli you guys do an amazing JOB! read more

This Ingles needs some serious help. I understand the Starbucks JUST opened but the employees that work here from Ingles have absolutely no idea what they're doing. I ordered a simple ultra caramel frappe. THREE people got their coffees before I did in which we're in line behind me. When I asked where my drink was the worker complained about me saying something and rolled her eyes. Absolutely the worst customer service ever. read more

I love this store! It's always clean and has wide aisles so it's easy to maneuver with a handicap scooter. Good selection of foods/brands. Meat and produce is very fresh. Only thing I don't like is the traffic on Bill Gardner Pkwy. But that's not the store's fault. It just keeps me sticking closer to home, so I don't go very often. That said, it's still my preferred grocery store. read more

OMG!!! I'm so in love with my neighborhood Ingles. Since I've moved closer, I can now walk here to get my coffee. The meat dept is one of my favorites. The prices are great but it's even better when they have price markdown specials. The staff is very warm and helpful. I dare say that this store is as good as it gets for an Ingle grocery store. This store is huge. The isles are at least twice as big as my hometown Ingles. In addition to the large size, is the large selection of items. I was just passing through so I can't give a very in depth review. I will say their alcohol selection is in depth! I you have read some of my other reviews you know that I love alcohol and love to try different kinds. A large list of microbrews and an extensive wine selection for just a grocery store. Even on super bowl weekend the stock was depleted so I got a good sense of what is on hand. read more

This location is nice and clean. They also have a very good selection of products. The employees are always friendly and you can get in and out of this place easily and quickly. I did notice it was slightly higher than other Ingles I have been to as far as price goes. However, since you can get out of there quicker and with less hassle than Wal-Mart, without having to experience "the people of Wal-Mart", I give this place the clear nod. I will pick Ingles every time. They also have a nice little movie rental place where you can get movies and games. I used to go to this location 3-4 times weekly when I was living locally. I enjoy shopping at Ingles a lot. They have better prices and sales than other places do. The floor employees and management always provide the best customer service. But, there is one department that needs improvement.That's the Deli. The staff members in the deli seem to get caught up in their conversations and tend to ignore s customers that need help. I can say this because its happened to me quite often. So, I've just starting taking my deli sales else where. read more

The grocery store is very nice, but think twice before using the pharmacy! Possibly the slowest pharmacy in town. They will not answer the phone until you've been on hold for at least 5 minutes. They always quote a wait time of at least an hour for a single prescription. I recommend taking your business to one of the independents in town. read more
