Manager just blew off the lady who asked if there was another person that could check people out and she said no even though there were 3 people standing around in customer service just talking and not doing anything. Tire service SUCKS !!! Got here at 5:50 and they are telling us that it's going to take until at least 8 o'clock to just patch a tire. There are only four cars in front of us in one of the cars are they have to do is check the light. The guy out front is rude and I think they only have one mechanic working. I went last night to pick up a TV and after waiting for 15 minutes an employee finally walked past me and said, "what do you need hoss". I said I have been waiting 15 minutes to pick up my order and he proceeded to tell me no I have not been waiting 15 minutes and after he got mad at me he walked to the cash register and told me he couldn't help me and walked away. The way that this Walmart treats their customers is appalling. If you ever run into an employee named BRAD who works in the electronics section be ready to enjoy some horrible customer service. I very much dislike this Walmart....I think I am not a big fan if walmarts in general but especially this one. The fruit and vegetable area seems to always be swarming with fruit flies. The thing that really gets me is going to check out and finding only a handful of registers open with lines backed up....I understand days that this happens from time to time but it seriously seems like it happens every single day. Went to get an oil change first thing in the morning, and it was about an hr wait. It wasn't too bad. I just walked next door to Starbucks, had some coffee and did a little bit of reading. This experience was pleasant, but my previous experience last Tuesday, 6/3/14 gave me a bad taste in my mouth. I brought my car in an hour before closing, and the guy behind the counter refused to take my car for an oil change due to 4 cars being in front of me. Notice that the shop closes/ or stop taking vehicles at 7pm, I brought my car in at 6pm. I had really needed an oil change, and I came strait there from work. This was terrible customer service, and I was heated. I will eventually mention it to the store manager..i know him personally. read more

The gentleman in Royal Nails is so great at doing artificial nails. They have a autoclave to sterilize their equipment. David is able to make fake nails look incredibly real. He did both of my friends nails, so I am going back to have him do mine. read more

I liked the auto center here. Had two tires replaced for 225 total on truck would have cost 150 more at Gattos. I always used to use Goodyear tire but they are junk. These generic brand are better and less price. Waiting are not to clean but it is a auto shop. Mechanic look at act professional. I would recommend read more

I'm in here doing my shopping and need to use the restroom. I go to the closest one to me which is in the front of the store. There's a sign on it that says is closed for cleaning and to use restrooms in the back, OK no problem so I walk all the way to the back of the store just to see the same sign is on that restroom door, men's and females. there is no restroom available at 4 o'clock in the afternoon on a Saturday. I had more shopping to do but I need to get out of there quickly so I can get to an accessible restroom so I proceeded to self check out because I have no other choice since they only have one cashier at any given time. the self checkout lane I go to is filthy and has trash scattered around the entire area. Absolutely disgusting. It's worth it to go down the road to Target or Publix & spend a little bit more money to go to a cleaner store with accessible restrooms. This place is not managed well. It often has inventory shortages of basic items. It is also not the cleanest store and the restrooms are often broken and unhygienic. Many of the employees are rude, but you can hardly blame them as they have no job security and no benefits. read more

So I was at Walmart today around 11 PM on July 25, 2016 and I accidentally dropped a couple of napkins on the floor and this rude African American worker there named Venice screamed me from across the store demanding me to pick up the napkins while pointing at me while I was sitting in a motorized wheelchair because I'm disabled and can't bend well because my hip surgery was botched. On my way out of the store I looked for her name tag and she gave me this dirty look and got in my face pointing to her chest like some barbarian barking at me with this strong bad attitude in Ebonics "MY NAME'S VENICE!" talking to me like I'm trash with a dirty look. I'm so appalled. If I had done that while I was on the job I would have been fired. I have no idea how she got hired but I can think of about a billion different people who deserve that job who would *NEVER* talk to anyone like that and would be more than grateful to have that job even if they had to pick up a couple of accidentally dropped napkins. Luckily while we were shopping there was a nice workers named Shane, CJ and Carlos Juan who were very nice and helpful. They helped us find our stuff and I hope they continue to do well there. We need more people like them in this world and I truly hope you all don't run into Venice when you are at Walmart in Viera, Florida. I never thought I'd write a review about Walmart but this is just a shout out to Josie in the Jewelry Department for going way above and beyond the call of service. I bought a timex watch that was too tight fitting. When Josie and I realized that no replacement bands would fit, she offered to add links from a broken band that she had lying around. It took awhile, and she didn't have to do it. This is better customer service than I have ever received in a Walmart. Please give this lady a raise and a promotion! read more

Like usual your products are great,store is clean in and out. Isle workers are knowledgeable and friendly. But when it comes to checking out my wife and I have never seen anything like it. We have stopped and shopped from the east to west coast at your stores. You must have 25 checkouts at this store with never more than 8 open. You must have a decent employee application pool in this area of Brevard County. Please hire a floor manager to monitor client traffic and complaints. I think you will solve a lot of problems and increase your sales. This manager at this site should be monitored, to make sure he is not getting payed by your competition!!!!!!! read more
